St. Francis Assisi

We learned about him^ so I thought that I would write a story about him!! Enjoy!!!

   <texts>
    <text>Here we go again!!!
This is about St. Francis of Assisi.
I'll talk about his life and facts about him. He was born in 1182 and he unfortunately died in 1226 at about the age of 45. Quite early on in his life he pleaded to god for his love through prayer. When he died he got God's love for sacrificing himself. He went into heaven and he stayed the peacefully for ever. When he was in church he was praying for God's love, the painted crucifix with Jesus on it spoke to him!! It said, "My church, San Domiana, is crumbling. I want you to rebuild it.
Don Piero was furious because St. Francis had rebuilt San Domiana.

And that is the end for today! Keep firing in your friend request!!</text>

Radiowaves Awards 2010

Ye I went to the 2010 Award Last Night Because They Were Cancelled By The Snow!

   <texts>
    <text>I went to the radio waves awards last night with Exogie, Messi1010, Emmzy2700 and Mrs Tee and some other people. It was held at Rothes halls in Glenrothes, when we got there we had a drink of orange juice and a load of Chile crisps...

After we had our snack we went into the hall and got to get a free glow stick and a badge that says RW on it. So we went to are seats and the bad thing is we were 3rd row from the back so we were stuck behind lots of other people. It looked like there we're 100 people in the hall. So five minutes after we took are seats the lights went of and the awards begain. At the start a video came on about what radio waves was about. And i'm sure we all know what radio waves is. So after they gave out the 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th but on the 7th it was the reporter of the year and we all had a feeling that Exogie might get it... AND we we're right Exogie got reporter of the year for Fife.

When the awards we're over Exogie showed us what he got in the bag. He got a radio waves top a Flip HD ultra camcorder and a few other thing that i can't remember but overall it was a good night and well done for Exogie for getting reporter of the year!</text>

    <text>Hi! Its misschipmunk10 here! As it close coming to Burns night I would like to know what you have planned to make this day special. Our school is having a Scots week and are doing a lot of poems and a lot of things different to do with Scotland. Our class are doing a poem called to a mouse. It starts like this:Wee sleekit courin` timourous beastie,Oh what a panics in thy breastie,thou need na start awa sae hastie wi bickirin` brattle,I wad be laith to rin and chase thee wi murderin` prattle. Its cool. On Burns night at home we usually have haggis. I'm not sure if I like it though! Please tell me if you do anything at home or at school on Robert Burns night!</text>

    <text>Spy Week at our school was great.
There was four classes that took part.
We made gadgets and our teams had to equip themselves with weapons, food and vehicles.
We even got to design our own Doctor Evil.
Mrs Gough made movies to introduce our missions for the week. she also did this ending.
At the end of the week we had a ceromony to present medals to all the pupils that worked hard and did well during the excersise.
It was a great week, full of fun and learning.</text>

Kingdom FM Awards

On April 30th at the Rothes Halls in Glenrothes

   <texts>
    <text>We were invited to the Rothes Halls in Glenrothes to take part in the Kingdom FM Radiowaves awards.
Five children from primary seven attended, along with myself and their parents.
Lots of schools were being represented at the awards, with around three hundred guests.
When we arrived we were treated to a lovely buffet and drinks, before taking our seats for the show.
The whole evening was fantastic, very proffesional and entertaining. All of us enjoyed ourselves and i do hope there will be another awards next year.
Thankyou to Radiowaves and all their sponsors for a great night!</text>
