May is a powerful month as we gear up for more retrogrades & a huge ENERGETIC shifts in our collective karmic path.

On May 5th, 2020 we had one of the most important astrological events of the year: the Lunar Nodes change signs, as the North Node enters Gemini, and the South Node enters Sagittarius.

The Nodes will be in Gemini and Sagittarius until January 2022 and they will bring profound changes in the way we do life, the way we communicate, commute, learn and travel.

The Lunar Nodes are associated with our past lives, with our karma and destiny.

The South Node – is connected to past lives and past karma. It represents our unresolved karma that we need to ‘sort out’ in this lifetime. Some of your long-held beliefs may crumble, and they will crumble when the South Node is in Sagittarius so that they can leave space for more relevant beliefs that better serve you in your new reality.

The North Node – reveals what your soul came here to do, it is connected to our future karma and with the opportunity to change our karma and re-write the script of our destiny.

The North Node will be in Gemini from May 4, 2020 – January 18, 2022. When it changes signs, we learn a new set of lessons, gain mastery over new things, and clean up aspects of our culture. It will be providing a new focus for the collective. It will ask us to open our minds to a more scientific, fact-based approach.

Don’t embrace a belief just because everyone else does. Instead – just as Buddha said – “doubt everything and find your own light”. When you start living your North Node purpose, we all win, because you not only begin to light up your own life. You light up the world

Remember to keep your inner LIGHT clean and clear and follow your LIGHT sweet Soul ! The North Node is kind of like our North Star. When we follow the path of the North Node, we have a better sense of our purpose and direction. It helps us adjust our priorities according to the most significant lessons our souls need to learn.

Some of you may be wondering how many more shifts & waves of energy that you can take!

But remember that you have been in training for lifetimes for this time on earth.
You already are an expert of energy flow, you just need to REMEMBER who YOU are. When you find yourself in shadow, chase the light. When we bring light to the shadow, the shadow disappears. How cool is that?

Dearest AA Michael, please clear away any energies from within and around me, that are not of God’s Love & Light!

Archangel Michael please clear myself, my home, my Loved ones, and all on our Planet, from low energies of fear, unhappiness and anger, and elevate us all on the greatest vibration of Divine Love, Peace and Freedom. Thank You!

Invocation to Archangel Michael

In the name of God, I call forth the Blue Flame of Divine Love of Archangel Michael to clear my path of all interference of the fulfillment of my Divine Plan, expansion of my Faith and my Ascension. Infuse my Soul with the energies of Divine Will, and surrender to my Holy Vows.

SIT, BREATH, RECEIVE, AND BELIEVE

May is a 9 Universal Month of “IMAGINE” as we ‘RE-EVALUATE’ our 2020!

MAY – brings seasonal changes along with contrast of expansion and contraction , feeling all the feels as we tune into our HEARTS.

We are indeed moving into a kinder and more connected world.
9 is wisdom, compassion, discernment, its warrior heart energy.

Use this month to RE-THINK what is important to you.
You are cleaning house – making room for new experiences and relationships in your life.

Release what is keeping you down, discouraged or distracted.
2020 is a 4 Universal Year of Heart Healing and Patience as we – learn to work within restrictions like LOVE- DOWN and the Divine Pause which in turn is strengthening us.!

Breathe. Be patient with yourself and one another.

WE are in a state of re-birthing upon our planet earth and birth is not a process that can be easily rushed. It must come in its own time. We going through intense contractions right now – many planets retrograde this month including Venus, the planet of LOVE.

One moment we feeling very hopeful that things are progressing and that we can see the light at the end of the tunnel, and in the next feeling stuck, frustrated, and stagnant.

That’s what happening now – we learning to adapt, setting new priorities, being responsible with our time , honoring our hearts – (4 is heart chakra energy) , look for what is most meaningful to you. what is Illuminating for your heart, what is empowering for your sweet self.

It’s so amazing to me that the human heart has the capacity to hold within it , so many numerous contradictions.

It can hold sorrow for the suffering of all human /sentient beings along with contentment of a day well spent. The heart doesn’t think – or feel – in binaries, it has the capacity to hold space for it all!

If you are feeling irate, stagnant, or stuck, start by giving yourself a hug and speaking kindly, gently to the child within that feels helpless, afraid, or is just simply throwing a tantrum.
Love this part of your soul that is irate or fearful. Talk to and reassure your inner sweet self.

Remind yourself that there are always solutions even if you can’t see them yet. There is always a Divine Presence and your Teams of Light, your Angels available to assist you if you just
SIT, BREATH, RECEIVE, AND BELIEVE!

So this month of MAY make it your FOCUS to bring more LIGHT into your life. Light is a HIGH vibration that lifts fear.

Do things that lift your spirit that brings more EXPANSION to you.

Practice bringing more LIGHT into your energy field – into your body, by breathing in and expanding your body with LIGHT.

Sit in the sunshine every single day while consciously breathing sunlight into all the cells of your body.

Teach yourself to LIGHTEN up- watch your narratives, as number 5 (may month ) is Throat Chakra Energy – your voice + boundaries .
Keep out the fear vibration by watching what you’re thinking and saying.Notice who you aligning with, do they lighten you up or bring you down. Clean up your Facebook feed by blocking or deleting people whose posts disHEARTen you.

So how do you manage through difficult times, scary stories on the news, and no end in scientific sight?

If you do nothing else today, try this. It feels delicious…

You can be totally sucked into the fear vibe or you can sit quietly and focus on your HEART and feel the Presence of Love, there. inside you. Fear and Love cannot be felt at the same time. One is the cure for the other. I take time to connect to this LOVE inside me, often. It is not just a spiritual exercise. It is incredibly practical.

If you’re willing to just “sit, breathe, and receive,” within 5-10 minutes you can be calmed and feeling better.

It works especially well if you do the Vagus nerve breathing which is a slow inhale and then a very, very slow exhale, as if you are breathing out through a drinking straw. (In to the count of 4 out to the count of 6). It’s your dear little vagus nerve that tells your sweet body to rest and digest. It is your biological “you are safe” signal.

It works even better if you can do this outside, or near a little nature, such as a plant, a tree or hold a crystal, because nature’s energy is pure, unfiltered “Source in-form.”

I’m on my way to the future, he said & I said “But you’re just sitting there listening” & he smiled & said, “It’s harder than you’d think, with all the noise everyone else is making”.

So, I breathed again. I began to listen.

I looked around at the beautiful day and remembered that these things I worried about were all very small in the greater scheme of life.

“Ok, God, you’re in charge. What shall I do next?”

”Just look to your future.”

Human challenges come and go. Some are bigger than others. Some take a long time to heal or fix. Some change lives permanently. Yet there is always a silver lining.

What I know for sure though, is the challenges I’ve faced over the years have all taught me that when I don’t know how, God does.

When I can’t figure something out, a higher intelligence is there doing it for me. When I don’t know who to call, I will be guided. I no longer ever feel alone. The entire universe is coordinated and cares about my needs. I know that now. I know how to ‘get out of the way’. The universe cares about your needs too.

Sometimes we just have to relinquish control over how life looks. Sometimes we have to dig deep and find faith and trust that everything works for the better.

Even in the midst of circumstances that don’t look all neat and tidy and wonderful, it is possible to experience a beautiful reality in which you truly tap into and feel the love that is always there, and receive the guidance that is ever present.

What a wonderful thought it is that some of the best days of our lives haven’t even happened yet.

Our beautiful futures are waiting.

There is never a time when you are without help, alignment, healing, love, support or guidance.

Important to not confuse Healing with Alignment. Healing implies that there is something wrong, something mutated , infected, flawed, a distortion that needs to be corrected. Alignment, on the other hand, is about direction. Being in Alignment is acknowledgment that you are already whole perfect,safe and complete.

To find alignment means to pick the thought, the energy , the tone which vibrates to the same frequency with that which you wish to align with.

All you need to do to stay in alignment therefore is to care first and foremost how you feel, choosing to think thoughts that feel emotionally good to you and stop focusing on thoughts which feel emotionally bad to think. You are perfect, whole and complete, just the way you are. Love yourself, love your life, love right where you are and who you are. From that place of deep and abiding love, you will be guided .

Please know that All is in right order Sweet Soul. In this moment, while the world is in chaos, you are being held in the arms of Love . Your Angels, step forward reminding and reassuring you that there is always light, love, and alignment to draw upon.

Do this…

Breathe. Take a moment and imagine you are relaxing into the arms of the Divine and the arms of your Angels. Imagine you can lean back against them and feel their hands over your shoulders, wrapped around you , hugging you , comforting your heart. Close your eyes for a moment and simply breathe in love, breathe in light… Intend to receive the Alignment of Love. Whether you feel them or not, they are with you soothing your energy field, amplifying your light, and sending you a loving, comforting, and reassuring vibration, aligning you to the eternal truth of LOVE and LIGHT.

Do this any time you are in need of comfort or love or alignment, and Rest Sweet Soul , simply rest easy.
