It seems that some street racers in the Suffolk area have taken this advice to heart recently, as they stole some nitrous canisters from storage Ipswich and from an ambulance parked outside the city’s hospital.

Inexplicably popular film references aside, NOS can be used as a way to boost the performance of the car and make it go much faster than a regular transmission would do, but it also has a range of medical uses which is why the canisters were found in the Bury St Edmonds storage unit and the vacant ambulance. Canisters have also been stolen from Haverhill, Stowmarket and Cambridgeshire.

Whether this is a case of life imitating art, or some youngsters thinking that the only way they can have a good time is to tear up the streets in their Astras with some nitrous, the fact remains that breaking into medical facilities, storage units or Ipswich-based ambulances and stealing what is predominantly a medical supply is an illegal, irresponsible and selfish act and it’s not something we at Lets Talk More can support.

London’s Imperial College has reported that high protein foods hinder slimmers following the health study that included participants from 10 different European countries.

Meat consumption was found to increase weight gain in men and women and argues against the notion that high-protein diets, such as the Atkins diet, encourage weight loss.

If continued studies again show that meat does cause weight gain, it is vital that people that cut meat out of their diet are well educated in which other food types provide sufficient protein levels for a healthy diet, with protein supplements promoted as an alternative.

Of the 1,000 people surveyed, it was revealed that 52 percent do not wear prescription sunglasses, despite the majority being well aware of the health issues this can cause. With temperatures currently soaring in Britain and the holiday season fast approaching, it is important that consumers carefully consider their choices when eyeing up designer sunglasses. It is thought that the majority of glasses wearers feel that the price of prescription sunglasses can be prohibitive and view it as an unwanted expense on top of the cost of their every day lenses.

The survey showed that 80 percent of glasses wearers were in agreement that prescription sunglasses are just as important as their regular pair. Perhaps the statistics will encourage more people to think carefully when they pick out their shades for the summer.

Why didn’t they move off the ball? Why were they caught out of position on numerous occasions? An England insider has leaked to LetsTalkMore.co.uk that Capello will keep his job but the FA are to employ mobile cranes to move the players around the pitch.

That’s right, they’re not going to investigate problems at grass roots, a lack of qualified coaches, facilities, etc, but they believe a quick fix, with qualification for Euro 2012 on the horizon, will be to use mobile cranes during games to physically move players that are out of position so that a repeat of the Germany game won’t occur again.

Glen Johnson has already been earmarked as a player that simply cannot go 90 minutes without switching off and day dreaming about the best way to steal toilet seats, so the FA are to begin Beta testing with the Liverpool fullback.

Manchester United have been assured that Wayne Rooney’s game will only be supplemented by his (heavyweight) mobile crane during England matches as the FA know that he only performs for teams managed by puce-faced, wrigley’s chewing, watch-pointers.

Umbro are expecting to profit from replica models of England’s mobile cranes and are looking to collaborate with toy manufacturer Mattel in time for Euro 2012.

Their chic yet understated range of glasses has attracted a strong following, particularly within the fashion capital of London and now the brand looks set to build on that success with four new designs.

Prism launched last year, with a reputation for stylish, handmade glasses frames that made an immediate impact amongst London’s hipsters. The brand is the brainchild of fashion writer Sarah Yaub and her foray into creating designs rather than just commenting on them has clearly been a success. Her frames have become must have fashion accessories, regardless of their functional use, with even those possessing perfect vision seeking out the handmade frames.

Fans had begged Yaub to release a summer sunglasses collection and she has listened, producing a unisex range that will hit niche stores such as Harvey Nichols and Dover Street Market in the near future. Undeniably cool, they look set to be the summers must have eyewear.

A plan to fit wheelie bins with a microchip to monitor how much we are recycling looks set to change our household waste management methods. Several recycling schemes such as the much criticised ‘pay as you throw’ scheme have been rubbished, and government Communities Secretary Eric Pickles has now confirmed that David Cameron will be lending his support to the microchip scheme.

The scheme has been trialled by Windsor and Maidenhead borough council and sees families rewarded with shopping and restaurant vouchers for the amount they recycle. This figure is calculated by weighing the bins, which have been fitted with microchips, which can then build up points that can be redeemed for up to 130 pounds worth of vouchers.

It is hoped that the scheme will give families a much greater incentive to recycle and is more sustainable given that it will reward people for recycling rather than punishing them for failing to do so. The trial conducted in Windsor and Maidenhead proved as much, with recycling up 35% amongst those properties that participated.

It had been speculated that Prince William was set to pop the question when it was revealed from a Royal insider that two days in early June – the 3rd and 4th – were blocked out in the Palace diaries.

After months of speculation the rumours were today confirmed to LetsTalkMore.co.uk from a Royal source and an official announcement is set to be made imminently.

Speculative stories and blog posts have surfaced in the last few days, but no official statement has been made.

With England building up to the start of the World Cup in South Africa, and the sun shining at last, the feel good factor is set to continue when the official announcement takes place in the next few days.

Businesses are set to cash in on merchandise sales with supermarket chain, Asda, stocking up on Royal mugs to commemorate the occasion.

As Prince William has a busy schedule ahead, including the completion of his RAF helicopter search-and-rescue pilot training, the likelihood is that the Royal wedding will take place next year.

Even so the great need of it cannot be denied, not least for the reason that law requires that it is enforced fully. So how will you get your workforce to take an interest in health and safety? The answer concerns the health and safety consultants you opt for to tutor your staff: they must be interesting!

There are various businesses that will specialise within this particular area, and therefore selecting one is not easy. Should you be in charge of health and safety, you ought to choose health and safety consultants which make training useful. For many this may seem out of the question. However, if you devote plenty of time searching, you’ll discover the right consultants.

Whatever industry you’re employed within, health and safety is important. It might seem that sectors like construction or manufacturing may need this advice most. Nevertheless it is not true. Service sectors need to put money into getting high quality health and safety consultants. Once more, the office environment may well not seem that hazardous or in actual fact intriguing, yet a zealous teacher will provide inspiration to all your staff members.

There are lots of parts of health and safety, such as fire risk assessments that need attention. Making use of professionals to help with teaching your employees might lower expenditures and make the procedure a lot quicker. Most significantly, a highly skilled instructor can make any staff members really feel serious about learning. As soon as they know how vital this part of work is, they will no longer find the subject of no fascination.

The World Wide Web is a wonderful way to find professionals that will cater for your business and your budget. A good site will tell you all you need to learn regarding using the services of high-quality teachers for your company. A little bit of time spent researching will create a safer environment for your employess to work in.

The Brixton Bomber has set his sights on becoming a bodyguard, offering close protection to celebrities, rather than working the jab in the ring.

Williams will be best remembered for knocking out Mike Tyson (albeit a Tyson way past his best) in 2003. He then had a shot at the World title, but was stopped by Vitali Klitshko inside eight rounds: Williams should have called it a day there and then.

But like so many fighters, Williams carried on, searching for a big pay day that never came. After losing in the first round of last year’s Heavyweight Prizefighter, Williams defended his British title, but put up little fight as Chisora comprehensively took him apart inside two rounds.

So now for a career in close protection, defending others instead of his own chin. Good luck Danny, Letstalkmore just wish you’d done it earlier!

Pre-orders of the Xbox 360, PS3 and PS3 Limited Edition currently each hold a top five position in the appropriate format chart, making the game the biggest pre-order title so far this year and already one of the most successful games of the year.

Amazon’s Chris Poad said that ‘Demand has risen significantly over the last week as excitement and buzz around the game has built, making it one of the most successful titles we have seen on Amazon.co.uk this year before it has even been released’.

This could be attributed to early reviews calling it a potential game of the year candidate and the vast amount of people wanting to indulge their inner cowboy in a GTA-style sandbox.

With the popularity of Second Life’s Western destination, it’s perhaps surprising that the Wild West isn’t an area that gets mined more in console gaming, but considering the popularity that ‘Redemption’ is sure to enjoy, I’ll be very surprised if there aren’t more virtual John Waynes doing the rounds in the near future.
