This fab couple visited me and my studio setup for their maternity photography session. We all had a great couple of hours getting to know each other and chatting about everything baby related :). Mum to be was amazing, really rocking that ‘with baby’ look!

Their excitement and love for their soon to arrive baby was obvious. Since these photos were take little’un has arrived (Yay) and I was lucky enough to meet and photograph him. BTW he’s very cute :-) keep an eye out here as they’ll be featured soon.

Today’s gorgeous little lady is the furthest I’ve travelled ( so far :) for a newborn photography session.  The 300+ mile “road trip” involved an over night stay giving me time to be rested before the shoot.  Luckily I love road trips and this one was extra special for me as my newly parented clients where my brother and his wife, Yes I’m now an Uncle!

Baby B was fab for the session, showing a great range of adorable expressions for someone who was just 6 days old.

This gorgeous baby girl of 13 days was just perfect to photograph. Very cute smiles, slept beautifully and pulled some fab expressions that made as all giggle.

This lovely, cheerful little 11 day old guy was great for his newborn baby shoot. So wide awake and alert for most of the session. He eventually succumbed to having a nice snooze after a cosy cuddle in mummy’s arms.

I bring you today a selection of images of a handsome 12 day old little man. Had a really lovely day over at the family’s home and I must say his nursery looks beautiful, lots of hard work put in by mummy! Am hoping to go back for a return visit once it’s completed just to photograph the completed room :-).

Just six days old and this little lady charmed us with an adorable smile and plenty of sleepy yawns for her first photo session. She loved to be snuggled in a blanket or in mummy and daddy’s arms, such a cutie!

Today I’m featuring a collection of summer lifestyle photographs from a recent shoot I did with my own boys and grandpa. We were graced with some soft late afternoon sun while we explored a meadow and searched for the noisy grasshoppers.

I love working out on location, it’s great for families with active children and we always have a blast.

I also manage to grab some new product shots for a range of new “Inspired by Wildlife” handcrafted knitted hats created by CobWebKits. My youngest is featuring a rather cute cheeky monkey hat which coincidentally matches his personality perfectly :-)

I went to visit this gorgeous little lady at 9 days old for her newborn baby portrait session. She slept so well for me while we did the shoot and also had a lovely catch up with her mummy and daddy afterwards.

It was a beautiful day for Fiona & Warren’s spring wedding in Brighton. They had a beautiful ceremony in the Town Hall  followed by wedding portraits taken in and around the area. These guys were seriously adorable and if you missed them, you can catch their pre-wedding photos here

Remember this maternity photo session from earlier in the year? Well I was very happy to get the call from mummy to organise their new arrival’s newborn photography session. I met up with them all at their home a few days later and while mummy and daddy relaxed I photographed their cute and totally adorable 13 day old son. He slept so well for the session and when he was awake he happily observed all the goings on around him in a magically calm and serene way.

We had such a lovely time and after the session had finished I was offered a chocolate ice-cream, a perfect ending to a wonderful afternoon! I think my lovely client’s are getting to know me too well :-)
