Jabardasth" Katharnak Comedy Show is a popular Telugu TV comedy show, rated "excellent" among Telugu, broadcast on ETV channel, in Andhra Pradesh, India. The concept was primarily, a competition between 6 different teams, later on it became between 5 teams who on a weekly basis will compete with each other by performing a comedy skit. At the end of the show all teams will be scored out of 10 points by both judges Nagababu and Roja. Finally winner will be announced and rewarded with 10,000 rupees Cash Prize and Poster of the week will be decided based on the skit performed by the winner.In addition to above mentioned Comedy Skits, all team leaders used to tell a joke and will be rewarded 10,000 rupees cash prize for the best as Joke of the day. But later on it was removed from the show.

Shanvi Srivastav Will Act In Telugu Remake

Southern actress Shanvi Srivastav will feature in the yet-untitled Kannada remake of Telugu blockbuster "Ala Modalaindi", which has already been remade in Tamil and will soon see a remake in Hindi as well."I have signed the Kannada remake of 'Ala Modalaindi'. We'll start shooting from the end of April," Shanvi told.

Shanvi recently starred in the Kannada remake of Telugu hit "Prema Katha Chitram". This is the second remake she's starring in a row.She has no qualms about working in remakes."I guess getting remake offers is much more encouraging because it shows someone trusts your talent and then it becomes our responsibility to do well. It encourages us to perform better," She said.

The Kannada remake will be helmed by Sadhu Kokila, while actor Sumanth will play the male lead.Shanvi is also currently awaiting the release of Telugu romantic-drama "Pyar Mein Padipoyane".The Tamil remake of "Ala Modalaindi" titled "Ennamo Yedho" is getting ready for release, while its Hindi remake will go on the floors soon.

She has signed up as the host of popular dating reality show "MTV Splitsvilla", and she is excited.Sunny, who recently hosted MTV's "Haunted Weekends" made inroads into the Mumbai entertainment industry following her 2011 appearance on "Bigg Boss 5".

"I recently hosted a show for MTV and I totally loved working with such a creative bunch of people. So when they came back to me with the offer of hosting 'MTV Splitsvilla', I immediately said yes," Sunny said in a statement.Sunny Leone Excited to be a part of the show: Sunny Leone.

"It's a fun show focussing on the youth and one of the biggest and most watched shows on MTV. I'm excited to be a part of 'MTV Splitsvilla' and I hope people will love me in my new avatar as well," she added.The show has an equal number of girls and boys fighting their battle of love to win the crown of the king and the queen.

Sunny will co-host the seventh season of the show with Nikhil Chinapa. It will go on air in a few months, said a source.The actress has been successful in creating space and visibility for herself on the Bollywood screens so far. After her debut with 2012 erotic thriller "Jism 2", she featured in "Jackpot" and "Ragini MMS 2". She has also grooved to an item song in "Shootout At Wadala".The last season of "MTV Splitsvilla" was hosted by Sherlyn Chopra.

Sunny Leone-starrer Ragini MMS 2, promoted as a 'horrex' -- a combination of horror and sex, had a good start at the ticket counters and experts are also recommending Lakshmi and Ankhon Dekhi as a must see. Critics and viewers have, however, given Gang Of Ghosts, which released on Friday along with the other three, a cold shoulder. Directed by Bhushan Patel, Ragini MMS 2 has collected about Rs.16 Crore in two days.

"Ragini MMS 2 had a solid start at the ticket window. Despite the India versus Pakistan cricket match making a dent in business, the Friday total was impressive. Ragini MMS 2 earned on Friday Rs.8.43 Crore, on Saturday Rs.7.50 Crore. India business only," tweeted trade analyst Taran Adarsh.

The movie hit the screens on March 21, a day when most of the people were glued to their television sets to watch the India-Pakistan match in Bangladesh as part of ICC World Twenty20 tournament. "Ragini MMS 2 has sex, horror, comedy and hit music to ensure that it will prove a hit at the box-office," trade analyst Komal Nahta tweeted.

"Gang Of Ghosts, also a horror film with comic elements, neither made the audiences roll with laughter on the floor nor gave them goose bumps. Gang Of Ghosts was meant to be a laugh-riot. But it hardly makes you laugh. Poor show," Nahta posted on Twitter. The Satish Kaushik directorial, made on a budget of Rs.15-Rs.16 Crore, collected about Rs.1 Crore in two days, said Rajesh Thadani of Multimedia Combines.Quirky drama Aankhon Dekhi, directed by filmmaker-actor Rajat Kapoor, has been lauded for its content, but its chances of box office success seem to be bleak. "In two days, it must have collected less than Rs.15 lakh," Thadani told IANS.

Nahta is also not expecting it to hit the bull's eye. He tweeted: "Ankhon Dekhi is not commercial but has superb acting, ambience of mid-class family and excellent dialogues."Actress Neha Dhupia is also batting for the movie. "Ok all the ones who love good cinema, do yourselves a favour... watch Ankhon Dekhi. Rajat Kapoor's finest!" she posted on Twitter.

Nagesh Kukunoor's Lakshmi opened to rave reviews, but commercially it's not so viable. One hopes word of mouth helps the film as celebrities are lauding the movie on child prostitution, inspired by a real life story.Filmmaker Shekhar Kapur says the Monali Thakur-starrer is a "must see". "Yes. It goes over the top. It's melodramatic. Yes, it will disgust you. But what else is child prostitution supposed to be? Go. Must see Lakshmi," Kapur told his Twitter followers.Adarsh praised it saying it is "a heart-rending tale that ought to be told", while actor Rannvijay Singha lauded the director and the cast for their efforts and tweeted: "Making Lakshmi wasn't easy!
