Pertama, pemilik lahan menawarkan lokasi yang diketahui memiliki kandungan batu bara kepada pengusaha, meskipun tidak memiliki izin usaha pertambangan (IUP). &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Kedua, pengusaha pertambangan kerap mengubah titik koordinat yang menjadi lokasi penambangan. Ini, kata Machfud, bertentangan dengan ketentuan karena lahan penambangannya tidak sesuai dengan dokumen. Menurut Machfud, sepanjang Januari-November 2013 ada 122 kasus penambangan liar. Sebanyak 33 kasus di antaranya dalam tahap penyelidikan. Sedangkan jumlah tersangka 89 orang. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Barang bukti yang disita selama operasi penertiban berupa 120 unit ekskavator, 6 unit buldoser, 4 unit &lt;em&gt;dump truck&lt;/em&gt;, 11 unit tronton, 6 unit &lt;em&gt;loader&lt;/em&gt;, 1 unit kendaraan beroda empat, 1 unit laptop, 6 plastik berisi emas, 200 metrik kubik batu gunung dan 211.886 metrik ton batu bara. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Kasus lain yang diungkap Polda Kalimantan Selatan adalah penyalahgunaan narkoba. Selama periode Januari-6 Desember 2013 terdapat 1.272 kasus narkoba dengan 1.691 orang tersangka. Enam orang di antaranya berstatus mahasiswa. Barang bukti yang disita berupa ganja seberat 1.634,18 gram, ekstasi 2.677 butir, dan sabu 4.744 gram. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Sedangkan pembalakan liar periode Januari-November 2013 tercatat sebanyak 62 kasus dengan 63 orang tersangka. Barang bukti yang disita di antaranya kayu ulin 4.527 batang, karuing 183 batang, kayu pelat 35 potong, &lt;em&gt;dump truck&lt;/em&gt; 22 unit, kendaraan beroda empat 11 unit, perahu kelotok 1 unit, dan kapal besi 1 unit.     &lt;br /&gt;Polda Kalimantan Timur juga menangani 204 kasus penyalahgunaan BBM bersubsidi selama Januari-November 2013. Sebanyak 210 orang dijadikan tersangka. Barang bukti teridiri atas solar 416.564 liter, minyak tanah 22.440 liter, dan bensin Premium 26.780 liter. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Polisi juga menyita 2 unit truk, 37 unit kendaraan beroda empat, 2 unit kendaraan beroda dua, 1.767 buah jerigen, 186 buah drum, 7 buah pompa, 18 unit kapal, 4 unit perahu kelotok, 16 buah tandon, 6 buah alkon, 24 unit tangki, dan uang tunai Rp 88 juta. Pada tahun 2014, Kementerian ESDM memproyeksikan produksi batu bara nasional akan stagnan. Untuk itu Pemerintah berupaya untuk menahan peningkatan produksi dari masing-maisng perusahaan.&lt;br /&gt;

Menurut Direktur Pembinaan dan Pengusahaan Batu Bara Kementerian ESDM, Edi Prasodjo, pihaknya tidak akan memberikan persetujuan kepada beberapa perusahaan untuk meningkatkan produksi batu bara di tahun depan.&lt;br /&gt;

Adalah semua/zat yang berbentuk padat, cair, gas atau campurannya yang apabila terkena suatu aksi berupa panas. Benturan atau gesekan akan berubah secara kimiawi menjadi zat-zat lain yang lebih stabil, yang sebagian besar atau seluruhnya berbentuk gas dan perubahan tersebut berlangsung dalam waktu yang singkat disertai efek panas dan tekanan yang sangat tinggi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;2. DETONATOR&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Adalah suatu benda (selongsong) yang mengandung isian bahan peledak (petn) sebagai penyala awal ledakan (penggalak)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;3. BAHAN PELEDAK PEKA DETONATOR&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
Adalah bahan peledak yang dapat meledak dengan detonator nomor 8&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;4. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;BAHAN PELEDAK PEKA PRIMER &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Adalah bahan peledak yang hanya dapat meledak dengan menggunakan booster bersama detonator nomor 8&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;5. JURU LEDAK&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Adalah seseorang yang diangkat oleh perusahaan pertambangan atau KTT (Kepala teknik tambang) untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan peledakan dan orang tersebut harus memiliki kartu izin meledakkan (KIM)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;6. &lt;b&gt;BAHAN RAMUAN BAHAN PELEDAK&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
adalah bahan baku yang apabila dicampur dengan bahan tertentu (solar) akan menjadi bahan peledak peka primer.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;7. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;GUDANG BAHAN PELEDAK (HANDAK)&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Adalah suatu bangunan atau kontainer yang secara teknis mampu menyimpan bahan peledak secara aman.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;8. &lt;b&gt;GUDANG BAHAN PELEDAK UTAMA&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
adalah gudang yang digunakan sebagai tempat penyimpanan atau penimbunan bahan peledak yang letaknya dilokasi tambang.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;9. GUDANG BAHAN PELEDAK TRANSIT &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
adalah gudang yang digunakan sebagai tempat penyimpanan sementara bahan peledak sebelum diangkut ke gudang utama.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;10. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;GUDANG BAHAN PELEDAK SEMENTARA &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
adalah gudang yang digunakan untuk kegiatan pertambangan tahap eksplorasi atau untuk penimbunan sementara menunggu gudang utama selesai dibangun&lt;br /&gt;

Sejarah pertambangan dan energi di Indonesia dimulai dengan kegiatan pertambangan yang dilakukan secara tradisional oleh penduduk dengan seizin penguasa setempat. seperti, Raja, ataupun Sultan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Pada tahun 1602 Pemerintah Belanda membentuk VOC , mereka selain menjual rempah-rempah juga mulai melakukan perdagangan hasil pertambangan, pada tahun 1652 mulailah dilakukan penyelidikan berbagai aspek ilmu kealaman oleh para ilmuwan dari Eropa.&lt;br /&gt;
Pada tahun 1850 Pemerintah Hindia Belanda membentuk Dienst van het Mijnwezen (Mijnwezenn-Dinas Pertambangan) yang berkedudukan di Batavia untuk lebih mengoptimalkan penyelidikan geologi dan pertambangan menjadi lebih terarah.&lt;br /&gt;

Menjelang tahun 1920, sesuai dengan rencana Pemerintah Hindia Belanda menjadikan Bandung sebagai ibukota Hindia Belanda, maka dilakukan persiapan untuk memindahkan kantor Mijnwezen ke Bandung.&lt;br /&gt;
Departement Burgerlijke Openbare Werken (Departemen Pekerjaan Umum) yang membawahi Mijnwezen dan menempati Gedung Sate. Pada tahun 1922, lembaga Mijnwezen ini berganti nama menjadi Dienst van den Mijnbouw.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pada Tahun 1928 Pemerintah Hindia Belanda mulai membangun gedung Geologisch Laboratorium yang terletak di jalan Wilhelmina Boulevard untuk kantor Dienst van den Mijnbouw dan diresmikan pada tanggal 16 Mei 1929. selanjutnya gedung ini dipergunakan untuk penyelenggaraan sebagian dari acara Pacific Science Congress ke IV. Gedung ini sekarang bernama Museum Geologi, yang berlamat di jalan Diponegoro No. 57 Bandung.

Selama Perang Dunia ke II, kerap dipergunakan sebagai tempat pendidikan Assistent Geologen Cursus (Kursus Asisten Geologi), dengan peserta hanya beberapa orang saja diantaranya, Raden Soenoe Soemosoesastro dan Arie Frederik Lasut. Dua orang peserta pribumi itulah yang kemudian menjadi pegawai menengah pertama di kantor Mijnbouw sejak tahun 1941 yang dikemudian hari menjadi tokoh perjuangan dalam membangun kelembagaaan tambang dan geologi nasional.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Pada masa penjajahan Jepang (1942-1945), Mijnbouw dengan segala sarana dan dokunennya diambilalih oleh Jepang dan namanya diganti menjadi Chisitsu Chosasho. Kantor Chisitsu Chosasho tidak dapat berbuat banyak karena ketiadaan tenaga ahli dan anggaran. Tenaga aWl Belanda pada awalnya masih dipertahankan tetapi kemudian diinternir, kecuali mereka yang diperlukan oleh Jepang.

Proklamasi Kernerdekaan Indonesia pada tanggal 17 Agurus 1945 mengantarkan perubahan yang sangat besar di segala bidang, termasuk bidang pertambangan. Setelah disiarkan melalui radio. berita tentang proklamasi dapat diterima secara luas oleh masyarakat di seluruh Indonesia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pegawai pribumi di kantor Chisitsu Chosasho yang sebagian besar masih muda, menerima berita itu dan mereka langsung mempersiapkan diri untuk mengambil Iangkah yang diperlukan.

Pada tanggal 25 September 1945 keluarlah pengumuman dan Pemerintah Pusat yang menyatakan bahwa semua pegawai negeri adalah pegawai Republik. Indonesia dan wajib menjalankan perintah dari Pemerlntah Republik Indonesia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dengan mengacu kepada perintah Pemerintah Pusat itu Komite Nasional Indonesia Kota Bandung yang baru terbentuk, pada tanggal 27 September 1945 malam mengumumkan lewat radio agar keesokan harinya semua kantor dan perusahaan yang ada di Bandung diambil alih dari kekuasaan Jepang. .

Pada hari Jumat pukuI 11.00 tanggal 28 September 1945, sekelompok pegawai muda di kantor Chisitsu Chosasho pun bertindak, mereka dipe1opori oleh Raden Ali Tirtosoewirjo. A.F. Lasut. R. Soenoe Soemosoesastro dan Sjamsoe M. Bahroem yang mengambil alih dengan paksa kantor Chisitsu Chosasho dari pihak Jepang, dan sejak saat itu nama kantor diubah menjadi Poesat Djawatan Tambang dan Geologi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Keesokan harinya dibentuk Dewan Pimpinan Kantor yang terdiri dari tujuh orang, dan Raden Ali Tirtosoewirjo ditunjuk sebagai pimpinannya. Selang beberapa hari  terjadi pergantian pimpinan, R. Soenoe Soemosoesastro yang semula menjabat sebagai wakil pimpinan. diangkat menjadi pimpinan dan A. F. Lasut sebagai wakilnya. Beberapa minggu kemudian, terjadi lagi pergantian pimpinan A. F. Lasut diangkat sebagai Kepala Poesat Djawatan dan R. Soenoe Soemosoesastro sebagai Kepala Bagian Geologi. Sebagai pimpinan. A.F. Lasut pada tanggal 20 Oktober 1945 mengeluarkan pengumuman yang pertama bahwa semua perusahaan pertambangan ditempatkan di bawah pengawasan Poesat Djawatan Tambang dan Geologi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tiga bulan kemudian, pada tanggal 12 Desember 1945. sebagian kantor Poesat Djawatan Tambang dan Geologi, dipindahkan ke gedung Onderling Belang, di J1. Braga No.3 dan No. 8. Bandung. karena terdesak oleh datangnya pasukan Belanda bersama pasukan Sekutu. Kantor Poesat Djiawatan Tambang dan Geologi pun diduduki oleh pasukan Belanda.

Akibat serangan pasukan Belanda yang semakin gencar, pada tanggal 23 Maret 1946 kegiatan Poesat Djawatan Tarnbang dan Geologi pindah dari Bandung ke Tasikmalaya, kemudian ke Mage1ang, dan Tirtomoyo. Sedangkan yang masih tinggal di Tasikmalaya, pada tanggal 6 Desember 1946 menyusul mereka yang lebih dahulu mengungsi ke Jawa Tengah.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 Keterbatasan dalam sarana kerja, memaksa Pimpinan Djawatan untuk memencarkan para pegawai ke berbagai tempat. Sebagian ditempatkan di Borobudur, Muntilan, Dukun, dan Srumbung di kaki Gunung Merapi. Untuk memudahkan hubungan dan menghimpun kembali para pegawai itu. maka terbitlah Surat Kepumsan Menteri Muda Kemakmuran NO.902/T.O/J.O tanggal 20 Nopember 1947, yang memerintahkan agar Kantor Poesat Djawatan Tambang dan Geologi dan bagian-bagiannya pindah ke beberapa tempat di Yogyakarta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Selama perang kemerdekaan. Desember 1945 - Desember 1949, kantor Poesat Djawatan Tambang dan Geologi dalam pengungsian dan berpindah-pindah. Untuk mengembangkan Poesat Djawatan Tambang dan Geologi, A.F. Lasut bersama dengan R. Soenoe Soemosoesastro membuka Sekolah Pertambangan-Geologi Tinggi (SPGT), Sekolah Pertambangan-Geologi Menengah (SPGM), dan Sekolah Pertambangan-Geologi Pertama (SPGP).

A.F. Lasut sebagai orang muda memiliki sifat tegas, menolak bekerjasama dengan Belanda.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pada waktu Yogyakarta diduduki pasukan Belanda itulah AF. Lasut pada pagi han tanggal 7 Mer 1949 diculik oleh pasukan Belanda dari Tijger Brigade dari kediamannya di Pugeran, dibawa dengan jip ke arah Kaliurang, dan kemudian dibunuh di daerah Sekip. yang sekarang masuk lingkungan Kampus Universitas Gadjah Mada. Dan atas jasa-jasanya, A.F. Lasut kemudian dianugerahi ge1ar Pah1awan Kemerdekaan Nasional dengan Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia No_ 012/TK/Tahun 1969 tanggal 20 Mei 1969.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 Dengan ditetapkannya A.F. Lasut sebagai Pahlawan Kemerdekaan Nasional, maka memperkuat landasan bahwa pengambilalihan kantor Chisitsu Chosasho pada tanggal 28 September 1945 merupakan peristiwa heroik yang penting bagi sektor pertambangan dan energi. Pada tanggal 28 September 1945. juga terjadi pengambilalihan kantor Jawa Denki Koza (Perusahaan Listrik Jawa) secara paksa oleh para pemuda.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Dalam menetapkan Hari Jadi Penambangan dan Energi, Menteri ESDM menerbitkan Keputusan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral No. 1319 K/73/MEM/2006 tentang Tim Penyusunan Buku Sejarah Pertambangan dan Energi kemudian diperbaharui dengan Keputusan No. 0147 K/73/MEM/200R tanggal 14 Februari 2008.&lt;br /&gt;

Setelah tim melakukan kajian di sektor Pertambangan dan Energi ditemukan beberapa hal penting, yaitu: pertama. 28 September 1945, kedua, 7 Mei 1949, ketiga, 22 Februari 1952, keempat, 14 Oktrober 1960, kelima, 2 Desember 1967, keenam, 27 Oktober 1945, ketujuh, 3 Oktober 1953, kedelapan, 5 Oktober 1945, kesembilan, 26 Oktober 1960 (peristiwa pada semua tanggal tersebut termuat dalam Buku Sejarah Pertambangan dan Energi).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Penetapan Hari Jadi Pertambangan dan Energi diputuskan dalam Rapat Pimpinan (Rapim) DESDM yang berlangsung pada tanggal 1 Nopember 2007 di Badan Geologi Bandung. diikuti oleh para Pejabat Eselon I dan II DESDM dipimpin oleh Menteri Energi dan Surnber Daya Mineral.&lt;br /&gt;
Berdasarkan hasil penetapan tersebut. Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral menyampaikan surat kepada Presiden No. 1349/04/ME~LS/2008 tanggal 26 Pebruari 2008 mengusulkan Hari Jadi Pertambangan dan Energi untuk ditetapkan dalam Keputusan Presiden.&lt;br /&gt;

Perang menjalar di Timur Tengah. Negara – Negara Arab menyerang Israel dan terjadilah krisis minyak Presiden Soeharto, waktu itu, memandang bahwa batu bara layak menjadi sumber energi alternatif. Ia pun menginstruksikan para menteri untuk mengembangkan batu bara. Pada 1980, pemerintah RI mengundang kalangan investor dunia untuk pengembangan potensi batu bara di Kalimantan dan Sumatra. Tercatat, ada 11 perusahaan pertambangan yang dibentuk untuk menjalankan kontrak itu. Volume produksi batu bara dari para kontraktor PKP2B generasi pertama itu amat besar. Hingga saat ini, pemerintah sudah meneken 376 kontrak pertambangan batu bara. Ada 141 kontrak PKP2B dari generasi I hingga VII. Volume produksi kontraktor PKP2B generasi pertama tercatat menyumbang 75% dari seluruh total produksi.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Para pemain pertama itu memang mendapat banyak keuntungan. Semua kontraktor PKP2B generasi pertama, misalnya mendapat ketentuan system perpajakan yang telah tetap. Jadi sepanjang masa kontraknya, perusahaan tidak terkena aturan pajak baru. Jika ada pajak baru yang tidak tercatat dalam kontrak, maka pemerintah akan me-reimburse nilai yang sama pada kontraktor.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Pada tahun 2005, Mentri Keuangan merilis peraturan No 95 tentang pungutan ekspor batu bara – untuk meningkatkan pasokan batu bara ke pasar domestik. Nyatanya, beleid itu tidak efektif. Para kontraktor PKP2B generasi I tidak terkena aturan baru itu. Padahal 75% produksi batu bara berada di tangan mereka. Alhasil, pungutan ekspor yang didapat sangat minim.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Pada tahun 1983, lahir UU tentang pajak pertambahan nilai (PPN). Karena PPN lahir setelah sejumlah PKP2B diberlakukan, maka PPN juga tidak masuk dalam kewajiban kontraktor PKP2B generasi pertama. Kalau PPN itu dibayar oleh perusahaan PKP2B, pemerintah wajib mengganti. Enak nian, memang.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Belakangan, mekanisme pengembalian itu tersendat. Dari situlah, konflik antara konraktor PKP2B generasi pertama dengan Lapangan Banteng Berkobar.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Saat ini, perusahaan – perusahaan PKP2B generasi pertama sudah tidak lagi merupakan perusahaan asing. Sesuai kontrak PKP2B itu pula, asing-asing tadi memang harus menjual sahamnya ke perusahaan domestic dalam kurun tertentu setelah kontrak berjalan. Di saat harga batu bara mahal seperti saat ini, kontrak PKP2B generasi pertama itu sekarang telah berhasil menjadikan para pemilik barunya masuk dalam daftar orang-orang terkaya di negeri ini. Mungkin ini yang membuat mereka terlihat begitu pede ketika harus berhadapan dengan para pejabat Departemen Keuangan.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Kesebelasan Pertama Itu&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;1. PT KALTIM PRIMA COAL (KPC)&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Awalnya, KPC merupakan perusahaan patungan milik &lt;strong&gt;Rio Tinto Australia&lt;/strong&gt; (50%) dan &lt;strong&gt;British Petroleum&lt;/strong&gt; (50%) dari Inggris. KPC adalah operator batu bara terbesar di Indonesia. Kegiatan produksi secara komersial di KPC dimulai pada tahun 1991. setelah itu KPC sanggup memproduksi batu bara secara stabil di level stabil 15 juta metric ton per tahun. Kini, KPC berada di bawah kepemilikan PT Bumi Resources, unit usaha kelompok Bakrie. Pada tahun 2007 silam produksi KPC mencapai 50 juta metric ton.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;2. PT ARUTMIN INDONESIA&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Sejak awal kelompok Bakrie terlibat di Arutmin. Perusahaan ini tadinya merupakan hasil; kongsi antara Bakrie (20%) dengan BHP Minerals Australia (80%). Arutmin mengoperasikan dua tambang terbuka di Kalimantan Selantan. Arutmin bias memproduksi 19 juta metric ton batu bara setiap tahun. Kini, Arutmin juga sepenuhnya berada di bawah naungan PT Bumi resource.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;3. PT ADARO INDONESIA&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Perusahaan ini sekarang dimiliki PT Adaro Energy. Awalnya, Adaro dimiliki oleh New Hope Corporation Australia (50%), PT Asminco Bara Utama Indonesia (40%), dan Mission Energy Amerika (10%). Adaro memiliki sumber daya batu bara sekitar 2,803 milliar ton-separuhnya merupakan cadangan. Saat ini, produksi tahunan Adaro sekitar 40 juta ton- nyaris setara dengan 20 % produksi nasional yang, sepanjang tahun 2007, mencapai 205 juta ton.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Adaro pernah dilaporkan melakukan transfer pricing pajak. Selain itu, Adaro punya kasus sengketa saham dengan Beckett Pte. Ltd. gara-gara kredit yang diberikan Deutsche Bank sebesar US$ 100 juta kepada Asminco. Pemilik Asminco adalah PT Swabara Mining energy. Beckett adalah pemilik utama Swabara. Asmingo mengalami gagal bayar dan Deutsche Bank mengeksekusi jaminan utang asminco di Adaro dan IBT kepada pemilik Adaro sekarang, seharga US$ 46 juta. Syahdan, penjualan itu dilakukan secara diam-diam dan harganya kemurahan.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;4. PT BERAU COAL&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;PT Berau Coal saat ini berada di tangan kendali PT Armadaian Tritunggal (51%)- milik &lt;strong&gt;Rizal Risjad &lt;/strong&gt;(anak Ibrahim Risjad). Selain itu, ada juga Rognar holding BV Belanda (39%), dan &lt;strong&gt;Sojitc Corp&lt;/strong&gt; dari Jepang. Tadinya, Berau dimiliki oleh &lt;strong&gt;United Tractors&lt;/strong&gt; (60%), PT Pandua Dian Pertiwi (20%), dan Nissho Iwai (20%).&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Berau memiliki tiga lokasi tambang di kabupaten Berau, Kalimantan Timur, yaitu Lati, Binungan, dan Sambrata. Berau memegang Perjanjian Karya Pengusahaan Pertambangan Batubara (PKP2B) dengan pemerintah Indonesia atas konsesi sekitar 118 ribu hectare (ha) dengan lahan produksi 40 ribu ha. Tahun ini perusahaan menargetkan produksi 15 juta metric ton batu bara setelah tahun lalu mebukukan 12,5 juta ton.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;5. PT KIDECO JAYA AGUNG&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Saat ini, Kideco adalah andalan utama &lt;strong&gt;PT Indika Energy&lt;/strong&gt; ( milik keluarga Sudwikatmono). Tadinya, seluruh saham Kideco dimiliki &lt;strong&gt;Samtan Co. Ltd&lt;/strong&gt;. Dari Korea Selatan. Di tahun 2008, Kideco menargetkan volume penjualan sebesar 22 juta metric ton dengan perkiraan harga rata-rata antara US$ 45-48 per ton. Tahun depan, Kideco berniat menggenjot produksi hingga 30 juta metric ton.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;6. PT ALLIED INDO COAL (AIC)&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Perusahaan ini merupakan hasil patungan antara keluarga Thohir dengan keluarga Salway. Tapi, kini, keluarga Thohir menguasai sepenuhnya perusahaan pertambangan yang beroperasi sejak 1987 di Sumatra Barat itu. AIC setiap tahunntya sanggup memproduksi sekitar 2 juta metric ton batu bara. Pada tahun 2005, Allied sempat membayar tunggakan restitusi senilai Rp 4,2 milliar atau 21% dari jumlah tunggakannya saat itu.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;7. PT MULTI HARAPAN UTAMA (MHU)&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;New Hope tadinya memiliki 40% saham MHU. Lalu, ada Asminco Bara Utama (10%) dan kelompok Risjad (40%). Perusahaan ini berbasis di Busang, Kalimantan Timur, dengan cadangan potensial sekitar 126 juta metric ton. Setiap tahun, MHU memproduksi sekitar 1,6 juta metric ton batu bara. Kini, pemilik MHU meliputi pihak Australia (40%), PT Agrarizki Media (37,5%), Ibrahim Risjad (12,5%), dan PT Asmin Pembangunan Pratama (10%).&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;8. PT TANITO HARUM&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Sejak awal, PT Tanito Harum adalah perusahaan local. Setiap tahun, perusahaan ini sanggup memproduksi sekitar sejuta metric ton batu bara. Pada 2005, PT Tanito Harum sudah melunasi tunggakan royaltinya senilai US$ 4,4 juta.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;9.PT BHP KENDILO COAL INDONESIA&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PT BHP&lt;/strong&gt; Kendilo Coal Indonesia didirikan sebagai perusahaan patungan antara BHP (80%) dan Mitsui (20%). Kendilo beroperasi di Petangis dan Rindu, di Kalimantan Timur. Kini, BHP Kendilo sudah tak lagi beroperasi. Tapi, tunggakan royalty dikabarkan cukup besar.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;10.PT INDOMINCO MANDIRI&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Awalnya, PT Indominco Mandiri sepenuhnya dimiliki Kelompok Salim. Indominco mampu memproduksi 1,5 juta metric ton batu bara setiap tahunnya. Kini 35% saham Indominco dimiliki Banpu Public Limited asal Thailand. Sebanyak 35% lagi dikuasai oleh PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;11. Semoga bermanfaat.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Didalam MineScape Stratmodel, ada 2 (dua) cara membuat Prognosis seam pada titik bor yang direncanakan, yaitu:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ol&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Single Hole ( Prognosis pada 1 titik bor rencana) &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Multi Hole ( Prognosis untuk lebih dari 1 titik bor rencana) &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ol&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Kegunaan Prognosis Seam:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ol&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Memberikan informasi stratigraphy pada masing-masing rencana titik bor. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Memberikan informasi prediksi elevasi dan ketebalan seam batubara. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Membuat perkiraan yang terencana dan akuran sesuai model yang dibuat. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Efektif dalam pembuatan rencana bor karena sesuai target pemboran (jumlah titik bor, dan kedalaman) &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Untuk pembuatan kontrak pemboran dengan drilling kontraktor mengenai jumlah meteran (open hole/coring) yang di schedulkan. &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ol&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Syarat membuat Prognosis Seam:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ol&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Model Geologi Initial (awal) sudah dibuat sebelumnya &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Titik bor rencana sudah di tentukan posisinya &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Posisi Titik Bor Rencana berada didalam sheet model. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Nama Titik Bor rencana sudah ditentukan (Multi Seam), misal (DP-01,DP-02, dst..) &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ol&gt;  &lt;blockquote&gt;   &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tingkat keakuratan prognosis seam tergantung dari Model geologi yang telah dibuat sebelumnya.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/blockquote&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Prognosis / Predict (Single Hole)&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Berikut adalah Step-stepnya :&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;1. Tingkat keberhasilan eksplorasi gas metana batu bara (coal bed methane/CBM) lebih besar dibandingkan eksplorasi minyak dan gas bumi konvensional karena lapisan batu bara selain bertindak sebagai source rock, juga sekaligus sebagai reservoir.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sifat kedalaman pengeboran CBM relatif lebih dangkal bila dibandingkan dengan gas konvensional, tidak migrasi dan terserap pada pori-pori mikro. Sementara gas konvensional, biasanya memerlukan pengeboran yang relatif dalam, migrasi serta mengambang.&lt;br /&gt;

Berdasarkan road map pengembangan CBM di Indonesia, ditargetkan pada tahun 2011 dapat dihasilkan 9,25 MMSCFD dari 7 wilayah kerja CBM. Gas tersebut ekivalen dengan 23,01 MW. Pada 2015, ditargetkan dapat dihasilkan gas sebesar 500 MMSCFD, 1000 MMSCFD pada tahun 2020 dan 1.500 MMSCFD pada tahun 2015 mendatang. This raises a number of environmental challenges, including soil erosion, dust, noise and water pollution, and impacts on local biodiversity. Steps are taken in modern mining operations to minimise impacts on all aspects of the environment. By carefully pre-planning projects, implementing pollution control measures, monitoring the effects of mining and rehabilitating mined areas, the coal industry minimises the impact of its activities on the neighbouring community, the immediate environment and on long-term land capability.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;h5&gt;Land Disturbance&lt;/h5&gt;In best practice, studies of the immediate environment are carried out several years before a coal mine opens in order to define the existing conditions and to identify potential problems. The studies look at the impact of mining on surface and ground water, soils, local land use, native vegetation and wildlife populations. Computer simulations can be undertaken to model impacts on the local environment. The findings are then reviewed as part of the process leading to the award of a mining permit by the relevant government authorities.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;h5&gt;Mine Subsidence&lt;/h5&gt;Mine subsidence can be a problem with underground coal mining, whereby the ground level lowers as a result of coal having been mined beneath. A thorough understanding of subsistence patterns in a particular region allows the effects of underground mining on the surface to be quantified.&lt;br /&gt;

It has been estimated that there are over 847 billion tonnes of proven coal reserves worldwide. This means that there is enough coal to last us over 130 years at current rates of production. In contrast, proven oil and gas reserves are equivalent to around 42 and 60 years at current production levels.&lt;br /&gt;
Coal reserves are available in almost every country worldwide, with recoverable reserves in around 70 countries. The biggest reserves are in the USA, Russia, China and India. After centuries of mineral exploration, the location, size and characteristics of most countries&#39; coal resources are quite well known. What tends to vary much more than the assessed level of the resource - i.e. the potentially accessible coal in the ground - is the level classified as proved recoverable reserves. Proved recoverable reserves is the tonnage of coal that has been proved by drilling etc. and is economically and technically extractable.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Definitions&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/b&gt;Reserves that are not only considered to be recoverable but can also be recovered economically. Proved reserves will therefore change according to the price of coal; if the price of coal is low proved reserves will decrease.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/blockquote&gt;Over recent years there has been a fall in the reserves to production (RP) ratio, which has prompted questions over whether we have reached &#39;peak coal&#39;. Peak coal is the point in time at which the maximum global coal production rate is reached after which the rate of production will enter irreversible decline. However, recent falls in the RP ratio can be attributed to the lack of incentives to prove up reserves, rather than a lack of coal resources. Exploration activity is typically carried out by mining companies with short planning horizons rather than state-funded geological surveys. There is no economic need for companies to prove long-term reserves.&lt;br /&gt;
All fossil fuels will eventually run out and it is essential that we use them as efficiently as possible. Coal reserves could be extended further through a number of developments including:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;the discovery of new reserves through ongoing and improved exploration activities; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;advances in mining techniques, which will allow previously inaccessible reserves to be reached. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;Additionally, significant improvements continue to be made in how efficiently coal is used so that more energy can be generated from each tonne of coal produced.&lt;br /&gt;
