Derrita la mantequillay cocine cada porción en forma de torta. Cuando empiece a secar coloque una tajada de jamón, una de cada queso y el maíz al gusto. Cierrelo en forma de empanada y termine la cocción. Luego envuelvala con el perejil y rerigere una hora mas. Cuando la leche este medio caliente saque un cuharon de la mezcla y agréguele las dos yemas, batalas para que no se cuezan, agréguelas a la mezcla sin dejar de mover, luego agregue la fécula de maíz ya disuelta y siga moviendola hasta que espese a su gusto. Agregue los huevos de uno en uno, las nueces, la harina cernida junto con la levadura en polvo. Engrase un molde y espolvoree con harina, luego verter la mezcla y llevar al horno previamente calentado a 160 grados centígrados, por 30 minutos.
