      <title>CodeZ QR Licensee Snags New Opportunity In 24 Hours</title>

      <title>BlackBerry's QR Reader Officially Released</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;RIM has finally &lt;a href="http://www.engadgetmobile.com/2009/10/08/blackberry-messenger-5-now-available-we-go-hands-on/"&gt;officially released BlackBerry Messenger 5.0&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp; BBM 5.0  includes a built in QR Code reader.&amp;nbsp; Leaked versions of the software have been out for several weeks and there have been You Tube videos demonstrating the QR Code reader.&amp;nbsp; Now the software is in general availability for existing BlackBerry users for the first time.
&lt;p&gt;Owners of BlackBerry camera phones can &lt;a href="http://Blackberry.com/messenger"&gt;upgrade to BBM 5.0&lt;/a&gt; and now easily read QR Codes just like their other smart phone counterparts.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;RIM's improvement of their code reading capabilities was an essential move in their battle for market share with Apple, Nokia, Google, HTC and others smart phone manufacturers.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;With RIM and Nokia now including QR readers as  a preloaded feature of their phones, don't you think Apple, Google, and the rest of the gang will do the same soon? &lt;/p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
