We invite you to join us for our Meet the Doulas gathering held once each month and get acquainted with our doulas. Meet the Doulas is held in the Columbia Center Family Room. Moms’ Group: Friday Edition

Join us each Friday from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm in the Columbia Center Family Room to learn from and share your experience with other new parents. There are two alternating Moms' Group topics:“Parenthood: Fantasy to Reality”Meets the first, third (and fifth, when available) Friday of each month. All moms are welcome to attend. Moms' Group is free and there is no registration required.Come join us as parents of new babies gather to share the joys, challenges and treasured moments of early parenthood. Learn parenting secrets and tips with other parents. All families with babies from birth to toddler age are welcome to attend. You don't have to be “on time” nor do you “have to stay.” Feeding, snuggling and baby care during class is welcome.Bring your baby, your thoughts, parenting tips and ideas to share. We look forward to seeing you!“Nursing Your Baby, Nurturing Yourself” A Gathering for Breastfeeding FamiliesMeets the second and fourth Friday of each month. All moms with new babies and infants to one year of age are welcome to attend. Moms' Group is free and there is no registration required.Come join us as parents of breastfeeding babies gather to share the joys, challenges and treasured moments of breastfeeding. We will provide support, guidance, information and encouragement as well as share breastfeeding tips and secrets of how to fit breastfeeding into your busy life. Beyond the Baby Blues Support Group

Columbia Center partners with Eichenhofer Psychological Services to provide Columbia Center’s Postpartum Emotional Health Group (also known as Beyond the Baby Blues Support Group). Anyone is welcome to participate, following a brief screening by one of our team members.Our hope is to provide a resource for any mother (or her family member) concerned about the wide range of emotions of motherhood.
