						<description>&lt;p&gt;In its submission Council has strong concerns with this proposed variation to the Territory Plan.  Concerns related to the period of community consultation for what appears to be dramatic change to the Territory Plan; the complexities of the considerations; increases to the number of blocks subject to redevelopment; the reduction in block sizes; and an apparent outcome that will weaken the requirements to comply with existing neighbourhood character.
