      <description>The Bentley Technology Precinct Structure Plan has now been lodged with the City of South Perth and the Town of Victoria Park and is going through all the normal council approval processes. 


We will let communityofminds people know on this blog site when the plans will be available for public comment. The Councils will also place advertisements providing that information in the paper and on their websites. 


Thank you for all your input to date through this site and the community surveys, open days, dialogue cafes etc.

      <description>Professor Jeanette Hacket was appointed Vice-Chancellor of Curtin University of Technology in April 2006. Prior to this appointment she held the position of Deputy Vice-Chancellor, a role that she had undertaken since 2004. Professor Hacket has a particular interest in international higher education and quality assurance and has undertaken numerous roles in international education leadership including Pro Vice-Chancellor International and Enterprise at Curtin University.


Professor Hacket holds undergraduate and masters degrees in law and a PhD in Strategic Management. She has worked as a legal practitioner and later as a legal academic with a particular interest in international law and health law.
