The question is why they have had wars. I admit that I do not know the answer to that but to imply that there is something wrong with the present governments stance on this issue by stating that it has had several wars with its neighbors during the last 150 years or so isn't right.

Even to read a present day history book to understand why a war took place is likely to lead someone to an incorrect conclusion. For example, the US-Vietnam war is blamed on the US believing that communism was a danger to the "free world" and that Vietnam attacked the US, which neither of these points are true. There are many similar examples that could be given.

Another point is that many countries engage in war not because they were the aggressor but because they were attacked or provoked. We can say that Poland was at war with Germany and Russia during WWII but Poland was attacked.

Not to mention the most glaring point of why it is wrong to imply that the country is bad because they have been at war several times, which is whether it is the same government that was involved in a war. Should the present day Germany be considered hostile because of Adolf Hitler (although, I do consider it to be a hostile country)? The present government of Bolivia has not been engaged in any war and has advocated peaceful solutions in regards to geopolitical issues around the world.

Bolivia has a history of being hostile to their neighbours. They've had wars with chile, peru, paraguay and brazil. Although telesur likes to demostrate the loss of territory to chile what is noteworthy is that bolivia have also lost land to Argentina, Brazil, peru and most recently to paraguay. For its part chile have only had ONE war with its neighbours which way way back in 1879 which was against the Bolivia-Peru colalition. Boliva and Peru for its part have had SIX wars with its neighbours since the start of the 20th century with the most recent one being back in 1995.

Pour les diriger, ces projecteurs, le plus simple serait de faire appel aux snipers postés dans le grand hôtel qui abritait l’état-major de la contestation, ceux qui tiraient dans le dos des manifestants et sur la police.
