This administration just can't seem to stop stepping in the cow patties. I wonder how much their lack of foresight and understanding has cost NC? I wonder where they will next blunder into to mess NC up even further? Are they even admitting it was a bad move and repealing it, or are they being "pig headed" as the old say goes and sticking to losing money cause"They can't be WRONG" My wife is doing without needed Rx's from the mess they made of the State Employee Health Insurance "To save money" I don't know if with the damage they are doing if the people in NC can afford to wait 4 years to vote them out: Googled the Art. 23 info below: I think maladministration, is the key word here! Trouble is I was told by an attorney is that being incompetent isn't breaking the law. But maybe maladministration could be considered making decisions that are fundamentally flawed and harm the overall welfare of citizens and decrease state revenues. I think that both of those cases would be easy to prove.
North Carolina Constitution of 1776, ART. 23
Thorpe 5:2792
That the Governor, and other officers, offending against the State, by violating any part of this Constitution, maladministration, or corruption, may be prosecuted, on the impeachment of the General Assembly,.....
So this wasn't accomplished by just one person so the GA needs to be looked at as to their voting record.
Well the members of the General Assembly that voted Yes in both cases need to be identified for the 2010 election. Thats a first step, and you know the other guy isn't going to do this for you, you are the other guy or girl! I'm not going to do it Jessie post here is the quickest fix, it's easier to stop it from happening than fixing it.

Doesn't PMA offer RSS feeds? And I don't mean for comments. I would make keeping track of things much easier. I would like to subscribe to the North Carolina posts for example.

Offering subscription feeds for your entire site and each category could be a big boon to getting the word out.

I've been dropped from some of my favorite parnters: Bloomingdale's, Shopbop and Amazon, to name a few, after nearly 2 years in their programs. I live in NC because home is where the Air Force sends us...and this is a lose-lose situation. Extremely frustrating to be "geographically undesirable". Boo NC :(
