Hi Anju,

For the water, use luke-warm water. Some people use luke-warm milk as well. Either of these should ensure that your roti’s won’t get hard. Do give it a shot and let me know if it works out.

Love your blog, i have never been able to make roti’s properly, after a few minutes they become very hard. Thanks for an excellent recipe, i am thinking of trying it.

I get the sandwich masala from the store. I’m pretty sure you can find it at any local Indian grocery store. If I can find the recipe for it, I’ll post it here.
