When Angela sent me on of the first revised drafts of this book, I read it in a single day while at work. I even stayed at my desk late so I could finish reading it. It is an incredible story full of suspense and terror. I look forward to watching her grow and succeed as an author. She is an amazing story teller with huge talent!

I have read this book and have to say I could not put it down. I was up all night reading it. It’s hands down the best book by Angela I have read to date and the best author I have ever read. watch this author she is going far. If you like to be disturbed you wont be disappointed with this book.

I received an Early Reviewer copy through Librarything.

If this was made into a movie it would of course be a horror movie with all the gore, ancient legends and creatures you could imagine.
This is a story of friends just hanging out at the cemetery, drinking, smoking and maybe dabbling in things they really don’t know about, and what the consequences will be. This was an engrossing and well written book.

Got this from Library Thing from one of their giveaways. I regret that I procrastinated reading this but when I finally did it was worth reading every word. I’ve never read a version of Hell like Reuter’s and an asian succubus for a heroine. An unexpected good book.

I just watched this movie today! Perfectly written review. I have been watching Scream movies since I was a kid (mum’s horror genes), Scream 4 was a good sequel.

And I generally share your feelings about novellas – I just really love longer involvements with my characters, lol – so I’m particularly pleased you were happy in that regard. My quest to create characters readers would care about in 10k words was by far my biggest challenge. (That said, HAWTHORNE will have a sequel!)

Your side bar is so ironic. Yes I have thought about how creepy some people are in the movies.
Last time I was there 2 guys behind me and 2 in front of me kept getting up and leaving together and then coming back at the same time. It was a little weird and I was getting a little freaked out by them.
