I agree with your post here. It's a natural thing in a person that everything he do or what he says must have an approval from our elders or from other people. We want others to see us as a good person.

Hi Steve,
You are completely on target here. So many problems can arise from people not communicating their feelings to each other. I guess poor communication is at the root of so many misunderstandings. Daily or nightly communication with God is a must! That is our most important line of communication! It's funny that we can tell anyone anything in anger, yet under calm circumstances we have problems speaking. A point to ponder. Excellent article.

You're exactly right. People who learn the most about their job usually earn the most because they can be trusted with the big stuff.

Hi Steve,
Very inspirational article. And, you are so right. If you just learn everything there is to learn about your job or your duties, you will usually earn the respect of everyone around you, because sooner or later you will have become the 'go-to-guy' in your area. Many times, leaders are leading and don't even realize it. Those are the people I admire most.

These are really solid pointers... It takes a lot of self discipline to resist the urge to answer your own questions, or resist cutting someone off in order to express your own views... I've been in groups that were uncomfortable and others that were very conducive to learning and sharing. In the latter, the group leader was well aware of most of these tips...
