This is very bed news and there is much need to the parfaits.
Because this road a Nero and there is much traffic rush. We see the miss
happenings in this road day by day. Looking such kind of matters tourists also
avoid the travels of such kind of destination so there is need to a quick step
for stop such kind of happenings.

‘Marne do salon ko’ attitude of the present government is the root cause of such indifference towards the hill people. When the whole economy and survival of hill people was at stake during the rainy season of 2010 and they were running from pillar to post, a BJP MLA who runs a star hotel had said on record that the government had other priorities than their problems.  The people still not have forgotten when a hotelier  Chief Minister had ordered firing on peacefully protesting hill people killing many.
Despite giving most of the assembly seats to the BJP by the hill people, the hatred continues. Even the congress when in power had not done any thing concrete in the interest of hill people. People have now to consider seriously  a Hill Council to watch their interest on the anology of Darjeeling in West Bengal where it is already functioning because the interests of gurkhas were being constantly neglected by those in power. Otherwise hill people will be ruined by these topiwalas, red or green.

Till the time personal responsibility is not fixed of the PWD officials and the minister our youth will keep dying on Himachal roads. At this place if there were perafits were installed the mishap could have averted. As Gaurav mentioned above, the priorities of this govt. are all wrong. They are busy catering to themselves by buying latest cars and extracting every penny from the state exchequer.

Only if such an tragedy happens in the family of these govt officials then only they will know what it is like to loose such young boys in the family.

Solely the PWD is responsible for such accidents where  paraphets are not provided on the roads. Things would be set right if the  top brass from the army of engineers is booked for dereliction of duty. It is extremely tragic to have lost so many young lives only for the fault on the part of  PWD who is just shameless.

Tragic indeed. So many young lives wasted in the accident. Why don’t the Himachal government place perafits around Shimla when every year so many accidents happen in snow and rain. Isn’t it the duty of the government to safe guard the public? Or Toyota Corolla cars for the ministers are much more important for the government than public safety?

I also visited this holy place in july 1st week 2011.The trek is very difficult and totaly depend upon weather. This is only the piligrim where no govt arrengment in all the way to Sri Khand Mahadev, only villagers manage the arrengment of tour by camping and tents up to Parvati Bag. There is no medical aid provided by H.P.Govt. The holy yatra depend on Lord Shiva’s blessings only. We enjoy a lot as weather was rainy till we reach Sri Khand Mahadev and on return it was pleasent. I wish to visit once more this wonderful yatra and request to H.P.Govt for necessary arrangement in shape of medical aid for this holy yatra.
