Remember when laundry detergents competed for your business by putting towels, dishes, and/or figurines in their boxes and you would buy that brand because you wanted the gift bonus. Basically, they did this cause the detergent was all the same.

Now every few months the ads say new and improved. What are the criteria for new and improved?

Could it be like a popular breath mint in the 60’s, 70’s did by promoting that certain mint now with retsin. Who had ever heard of retsin, but this mint had it, it was new and improved and they made you feel that if you didn’t you were not cool, and your breath would stink. Well, retsin is a derivative of cottonseed oil…Mmmmmmm they had one on us.

Nowadays to be new and improved you need add an inth of a new ingredient or idea.

How about if each of us would strive each day to just add an inth of improvement in our lives. Just think each day we would be new and improved person, after awhile we would overcome the habit or problems just by changing an inth a day…each day we will become better…. better… line upon line precept upon precept.

I met Jackie from Ireland who is a well known celebrity stylist over there….yet her greatest love is her son and being his mom…..No celebrity client can beat that…… I met Aisha from Saudi Arabia who is empowering over 500 women in a leadership academy in Saudi. I met April from Nashville who lost over 100 lbs and is changing her life so she can be a healthier mom….. This summer was filled with exciting people from all over the world, and I realized that we all have the the same dreams and hopes and challenges. We all need to live our life at our highest level……Do not shirk your life for another, or for the feeling of lack within your self……Let your highest light shine…as you may be the inspiration for your own life, as well as others who see your light.
