Is there any Truth to the Doom and Gloom Warnings and Predictions?

Warnings of Economic Collapse, Armageddon and The End of the World are Everywhere!

Everywhere messages of doom, gloom, death and destruction dominate TV, radio, magazines and the Internet, warning us of wars, destruction, corruption, conspiracies and cover-ups which can no longer be ignored.

So is there any truth to these depressing prophecies, forecasts and occurrences, or are the hyped headlines nothing but scare tactics and fear mongering to recruit readers and subscribers? Is this stuff for real, or are they obsessed ramblings of paranoid conspiracy theorists like Rush Limbaugh, David Ike, Michael Moore, Alex Jones, Paul Joseph Watson and myself, Tom Retterbush?

When you consider that any good conspiracy theorist knows that he is being watched and blacklisted by Homeland Security, the FBI and just about every acronym the US government has for “signs of discontent” (see my articles U.S. Homeland Security Monitoring Facebook, Twitter and other Sites for Signs of Discontent, How Our Government is Tracking and Databasing Your Every Move, Is the FBI Monitoring Your Social Networks?) and that we are possibly risking serious consequences by sharing some of our information with you and the general public, we must be either crazy, passionate or serious about wanting to warn you about what is happening right now and what we believe is headed our way very soon.

I myself have written countless articles trying to warn my readers and the public in general from disasters and tragedies I feel are headed towards us, like Is Collapse Of America Inevitable?, Fears of a Total Stock Market Crash triggers Fears of Worldwide Economic Armageddon, Are You Prepared for a Possible Stock Market Crash, Depression, Anarchy, even Civil War? and The Economy is still in Trouble; Many Experts still Predict Global Economic Meltdown, as well as several other articles published here on CW, on Before Its News and on some other sites.

I get little if anything out of my sharing this information with you, other than being ridiculed by my family, friends and society as a whole, while being blacklisted and possibly persecuted by those I blame for our troubles, but the advertising revenues from my site which barely covers the coffee I drink while writing the articles.

Although prophets, priests, seers and shaman have been warning humanity of the end of the world since the dawn of civilization, we are still here. More recently, scientists, political analysts and economists have taken over trying to warn mankind of coming social, political, economical, biological and environmental destruction, but mankind is still here.

The 1950s shiny happy futurism of The Jetson gave way to much darker predictions for humanity in the 1970s. With the Cold War at its height, an energy crises, fears of terrorism and unemployment similar to today, Americans of the 1970s became very pessimistic about the future. Out of this dread, movies like Future Shock and books like The Late Great Planet Earth served up apocalyptic visions of the American future. But again, man is still here.

To the casual observer, it would seem that man is continuing to wreak havoc on the planet he lives on without much consequence, but we all know that this is not true.

This time around, man cans sense the trouble brewing. These days man no longer needs a prophet, priest, seer, shaman, scientist, analysts or economists to know what’s coming. Everybody knows that both mankind and the planet man lives on are coming to an end.

We may perish through a nuclear war, a natural disaster, a super-virus, disease, famine, starvation, overpopulation or a combination of all of the above, but the outcome is always the same no matter what destroys us. We may not admit it out loud. We may not even admit it to ourselves. But anyone who is in tune with the environment, life and the ways of the world cannot deny the sense of approaching doom.

There is no stopping it. We may be able to slow it down. We may be able to prolong our existence a few more years, but the end is inevitable.

The only possible way for mankind to survive as a species is if we are able to start over on another planet or a man-made colony in outer space.

Although there are those who believe that this technology already exists, if so, it would belong to the super-rich, who undoubtedly wouldn’t want to share an obviously limited resource with all of mankind. Particularly when taking into account that rich elitists have already been observed planning depopulation on this planet.

Considering that any possible current technology to escape earth and settle the cosmos belongs to these rich elitists, I think we must stall the destruction of our planet until we are sure even average folks can hope to be included when mankind heads for truly new worlds.

That is, unless we decide that humanity is too evil, destructive and predatory that we should not be allowed to infest the universe beyond. But who would decide?

Truly this decision could only be intrusted to a god. Man has revoked his right to decide anything of this magnitude. Man by his actions throughout history has shown capacity for evil that sets us appart from other violent, predatory animals, making us monsters in the eyes of any species observing us. If there are aliens watching, it is obvious why they haven't made contact. If intelligent beings, they have trurned about face and left the planet earth in their rear view mirror.

So, I guess we'll just have to wait and see how this all plays out. I guees I will continue to try and keep you alerted to any approaching dangers that could be headed our way, keep you updated to any conspiracies, deceptions and cover-ups that you should know about, keep trying to motivate you to prepare for the eventuality of anarchy, and hopefully influence you to fight for your freedom, stand up for you rights and advocate justice for all.

Man may be a monster, but we don't all have to act like it.

China Plans to Conquer the World

The Chinese Economic, Political, Technological and Military Takeover of America and the World is Happening Now!

The Obama administration is secretly conspiring with China’s leaders to destroy the value of the dollar to save the American political system for imploding.

Most people believe that the US is still the world's number one economy.

According to statistics and some economists, China has already overtaken the US as the world's largest economy, and is not far behind in military might, political influence, technology and scientific research.

Over two hundred years ago, Napoleon warned, “When China wakes, it will shake the world.”

Over a year ago, on Wednesday, April 13, 2011, I published a forecast, Chinese Economic Takeover now Inevitable Many Experts Predict, which has come to pass.

Nobody listened, but my pride is comforted by the fact that nobody even choose to listen to Henry Kissinger, the man whose historic visits opened US relations with China 41 years ago in 1971, when he says we must accept a new global hierarchy with China in a dominant role.

China has awakened. And now, it’s about to shake the world to its foundations, starting with the United States.

The facts I present to you here will render everything you think you know about our government, about our economy and about investing obsolete.

This is the sum of an investigation I have compiled, where much of the information I have obtained from a report by Larry Edelson. You may have seen Larry in Forbes, or on Bloomberg, CBS Marketwatch, CNBC or another major financial program or publication. He is a major financial adviser for several large investment funds, as well as founded his own brokerage and money management firm with offices in New York, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Vienna and Osaka, Japan.

Larry accurately warned his readers of the stock market crash of 1987 and the chaos that followed. He warned of the bursting tech stock bubble in 2000 that cost US investors an estimated $6.5 trillion in losses and the 2007 collapse in US stocks. He also foretold the bottom of gold prices at $255 in 1999 and the bull market that has taken it back to well over $1,800 per ounce. In June of 2004, he warned that the price of oil would skyrocket, from $38 to well over $100 a barrel, and gas to almost $4 a gallon. Today, Larry's forecasts and advises on Money and Markets and his own Uncommon Wisdom website.

Recently, Larry has made another truly shocking discovery: It is so disturbing, in fact, that most people who read this report will simply refuse to believe it. But ignoring this warning will have consequences and will be catastrophic for millions of Americans. It’s a story that’s so shocking, nobody in the U.S. media has dared report it:

Larry has uncovered compelling evidence that the Chinese government is conspiring with Washington, D.C. to impoverish you and sentence your children and your grandchildren to lives of financial servitude.

Everybody knows that China is on the move. Even despite the recent global slowdown. But what most Americans do not know and what our media firmly refuses to admit, is that China is already so rich, it can now mandate economic policy to the world; even to the United States of America.

It’s hard to believe. Especially since many have been saying that China’s economic explosion is over. But consider the report that Yahoo Finance recently published:

“The International Monetary Fund has just dropped a bombshell, and nobody noticed. For the first time, the international organization has set a date for the moment when the ‘Age of America’ will end and the US economy will be overtaken by that of China.”

According to the IMF (International Monetary Fund), by 2016, the United States will no longer be the world’s number one economic power.

According to the IMF, China will be richer than America in less than five years.

China vs. US statistics

But according to the esteemed Peterson Institute, based on data just published by the University of Pennsylvania, the IMF is wrong: The Chinese economy will NOT surpass America’s by 2016, not in 2017, not even in 2020.

Both the Peterson Institute and the University of Pennsylvania have proof that China is already the world’s #1 economic power.

These highly praised institutions just presented irrefutable proof that when you adjust for the domestic purchasing power of respective currencies, the U.S. economy produced goods and services valued at $14.6 trillion, while the China’s Gross Domestic Product soared to $14.8 trillion in 2010.

This clearly proves that China’s economy is already larger than the economy of the US. And the United States is falling farther behind every day:

The US economy grew about 1.7% while China’s economy grew 9.2% in 2011. This means China’s economy nearly doubles in size once each decade.

Beijing has become so powerful, it can now dictate economic policy to the US.

The Chinese government has almost no debt, while Washington has nearly $145 trillion in debt and obligations.

China has $3.2 trillion in cash — and its cash reserves are growing ever larger, month after month ...
But Washington has almost no cash on hand and has to borrow nearly half of every dollar it spends — much of it is borrowed from China.
China’s total tax revenues are up nearly 30% from a year ago ...
But Washington’s tax revenues are dramatically down due to the sluggish U.S. economy.
The U.S. has about 160 million workers ...
China has 810 million workers — more than 5 times more than the United States.
97% of all Chinese workers are employed ...
But 14 million U.S. workers are either unemployed or underemployed.
In China’s urban areas, wages ROSE 7.6% in 2011 — and the increase was about double that in rural areas.
Meanwhile, inflation-adjusted wages for U.S. workers dropped 1.7%.

The investment facts are even more startling:

Securities valued at more than $6 trillion trade on Chinese exchanges every day and that number is growing by leaps and bounds.
China enjoys the largest foreign capital inflows of any nation on Earth, surpassing the United States as the world's favorite place to invest.
China is now the world’s #1 mine operator ... its #1 car maker ... its #1 manufacturer ... its #1 exporter.

China is growing more now that the US during the American boom of 1950's.

New York and Beverly Hills were once the world’s premiere spots for high-end shopping, while now the Nanjing Road shopping district of Shanghai puts them to shame, as does the New Shanghai Shopping City in the Pudong financial district. And these are only two of the many massive, world-class, state-of-the-art shopping districts located throughout China.

Once Las Vegas topped the world when it came to luxury hotels and entertainment, but now even Vegas’ best can’t hold a candle to the world’s largest hotels and casinos in China.

Once Palm Beach’s mansions and posh housing communities were the ultimate, but now they can't compare to the massive luxury housing developments and neighborhoods filled with extravagant Western-style mansions of China.

China is on the way up while the US is the nation on the way down.

The Program for International Student Assessment has ranked Chinese students #1 in the world. American students were luck to be ranked #14. China’s Tianhe-1A super computer is the fastest in the world, capable of processing more than 2.5 thousand trillion calculations per second, far quicker than anything the US has at this time.

The US betraying NASA and scrapping its space program has practically handed China and Russia the Space Race. China is now even preparing to put a man on the moon!

But when you look at China’s military, it gets downright scary

With 2.2 million active-duty military personnel, China has by far the largest army in the world, with 600,000 more soldiers than the US military has. And while the U.S. is cutting its military expenditures, China has increased military spending every year for more than 20 years ... and is still boosting it by an average of 11.8% per year.

China’s military is state-of-the-art: It just unveiled its first stealth fighter, the J-20. It also has modern battle tanks, aircraft carriers, nuclear attack submarines, cruise missiles and spy satellites.

China’s nuclear arsenal is especially worrying: While the U.S. has been steadily reducing its stockpiles for nearly 30 years, China continues to build up its forces and is refusing to even begin talks on nuclear arms reduction.

In the size of its economy and economic growth, its technology, its education and the size and might of its military, China is already the world’s most powerful nation.

Now, because of China’s newfound status as the world’s #1 super power, it is ready, willing and able to mandate economic and political policy to the rest of the world, including America.

And there is another reason why China is in the position to be able to dictate economic and political policy to America: Nearly 50% of every dollar Washington spends today is borrowed money, most of which it borrowed from China.

Without the billions Beijing loans Washington, the entire US government would go bankrupt. Millions of Americans who count on the government for Social Security, pension and unemployment checks would be financially destroyed, as would government employees and contractors. As you see, the entire world, including the United States, must now bow to China’s superior economic power... because everybody owes China.

At the recent Nuclear Security Summit, we were treated to images of our own president bowing to Hu Jintao, the current Paramount leader of the People's Republic of China. Nobody who watched that humiliating display on television had any doubt which man has the greater power; which man is in control.

And the Chinese know they’re in the driver’s seat. The People’s Liberation Army Senior Colonel Liu Mingfu recently said, “To save itself, to save the world, China must prepare to become the world’s helmsman.”

It was painful to watch the President of the United States bow down to the Chinese, but not nearly as painful as it is for me to have to tell you of our country's demise.

Though I was born (on an American Air Force Base) and raised in Germany, I will remain an American through and through, to my final breath. My mom, my sister, my brother and my grown daughter all live in Germany, but I live in the States, in San Antonio, Texas. I want nothing but the best of everything for my country, The United States of America.

Which makes it all the more painful to tell you that China is not satisfied to merely surpass the US economy; it has already begun a campaign to takeover the US and the world in its entirety. It is a mad grab for power that many have tried before, from Attila the Hun, Alexander the Great and Julius Caesar, to Napoleon Bonaparte and Adolf Hitler. The good news is, none have ever succeeded and I don't believe the Chinese will either. The bad news is, they will reek havoc and bring about a destruction never before seen on earth.

The shocking part is that our own leaders in Washington, D.C. have become Beijing’s willing accomplices. I know this is an outrageous assertion, but Larry Edelson has provided me with some pretty convincing evidence; so please hear me out.

China has already begun to wage war against the dominance and value of the US dollar with the help of our leaders in Washington!

Since shortly after World War 2, one of the advantages the US has had going for it is the dollar's status as the world’s currency of choice. Most of the world’s central banks hold their reserves in US dollars. Most international transactions are settled in US dollars. Any government, business or person can buy from any country anything and everything in the world with US dollars. No other currency has this kind of buying power.

That means there is always a high demand for dollars everywhere in the world and because of that demand, the our trusty dollar has held its value more effectively than most other currencies.

Unfortunately, President Obama has spent more than $10.6 trillion, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner has borrowed an estimated $4 trillion and the Chairman of the U.S. Federal Reserve Ben Bernanke has created nearly $8 trillion out of thin air, all since 2009.

Because of these irresponsible actions of our leaders, the value and the buying power of the dollar have begun to plummet:

Gasoline prices have skyrocketed!
The price for heating oil has skyrocketed, sending home heating bills up more than 50% per month!
Milk and cheese prices are up 18% and 15% respectively
The price of beef and veal used in restaurants is up 17%
Coffee prices are up more than 20%
Egg prices have soared nearly 30%!
Health insurance prices are up
Medicine and medical care prices are up
College tuition prices are up a
Airline tickets are more expensive than ever, as is most everything else

As a result of this precipitous decline in the dollar’s buying power, France, India and many other countries, the U.N., the IMF and other international organizations are ALL calling for the end of the dollar’s reign as the world’s reserve currency. Even the official newspaper of the Chinese Communist Party says:

“The world urgently needs to create a diversified currency and financial system and fair and just financial order that is not dependent on the United States.”

In fact, the US dollar is already being abandoned by many countries and companies in favor of the Chinese yuan:

Investors can now buy yuan-denominated bonds in Hong Kong.
Caterpillar and McDonald’s recently financed their mainland China projects directly via yuan bond offerings instead of US dollars.
And China’s trade with Russia, Vietnam and Thailand is now being settled in yuan instead of US dollars.
Apple Computer is even accepting iTunes payments in yuan!

Now, China believes it’s time to make the supremacy of it's yuan official, by gutting the U.S. dollar. And our own leaders, including President Obama, Treasury Secretary Geithner and Fed chief Bernanke are obediently helping Beijing do just that!

Hard to believe? Especially in an election year? I agree! But President Obama saw what a weaker dollar did for U.S. stocks in 2009. It gave birth to his huge rallies! Having the stock market explode higher just before the elections would greatly increase his reelection chances!

Everybody has seen the news reports of Obama, Geithner and Bernanke complaining about China’s currency. Those complaints are only growing louder now — even in this election year!

The administration claims the “weak yuan” gives China an unfair trading advantage. It makes China’s products cheaper than ours on world markets.

So they’re demanding that China increase the yuan’s value in order to level the playing field for American exporters. But anybody with even shred of common sense can instantly see the Obama administration’s claims are pure baloney.

The average U.S. worker earns nearly 6.5 times more than his or her Chinese counterpart. Those sky-high labor costs are cooked into every product produced in America and that’s what makes American products far more expensive than similar Chinese-made products.

China's Economic Takeover is only the First Step of it's Plan

China upgraded its navy to allow control of what its military calls the 'first island-chain' in 2010. The first island-chain includes Japan, Okinawa, Taiwan, the Philippines and Brunei. It now plans to take control of the 'second island-chain'. The second island-chain includes Japan and extends to Australia’s doorsteps.

This has enormous implications, as China claims the US and international community has no right to intervene in the internal affairs within its sphere of influence. By setting their sights on calling all of Southeast Asia and the South Pacific part of their sphere of influence, China is claiming all that happens in these nations and island states their "internal affair," not subject to outside interference. It also authenticates the conclusions drawn in Hegemon: China's Plan to Dominate Asia and the World, a book by Steven W. Mosher.

Mosher claims that China has "a three-tiered plan for achieving hegemony (that means a single, all dominant power -- a single axis of power dominating the world). The first is local hegemony where the Chinese move to take back Taiwan. The second stage of hegemony will be regional, where they take back territories that China historically dominated but lost. The third stage, Mosher claims, from around 2011 to 2014, the Chinese will achieve a military force superior to the United States. This is not at all far fetched, maybe even being probable.

China expects war with the US

China fully expects a war with the United States. Though the fighting has already started in the form of an economic war, both sides know what it will eventually come down to. US political leaders with any sense won't admit it, but know that it's just a matter of time before the economic war turns violent.

In my article from December 14, 2011, China Warns Russia of Coming Armageddon Initiated by the United States and its Allies, I quote the minister of defense of the People's Republic of China, Minister Chi Haotian, saying, "War with the United States was inevitable." He didn't say 'possible or probable, he said, 'inevitable.'"

The Chinese military has orders from president Jiang Zemin to prepare for war. President Jiang Zemin, the head of the Chinese Communist Party and the country, said to his central military commission, the leading generals in the People's Liberation Army, air force and navy, that they should "... prepare for war with the United States by the year 2008."

The Chinese already believe that China can win such a conflict with the United States in Asia, including a Chinese attack on Taiwan. More importantly, the Chinese believe that 20 to 30 years down the road there will only be one country left standing, a Hegemon, and the Chinese intend for China to be the Hegemon.

China's recent war games using 110,000 troops to simulate amphibious landings went way beyond wanting to intimidate Taiwan. They used army-sized invasion exercises in full simulation mode. If Mosher's time-table is at all correct, Taiwan will be China's first, but by no means last military target. Taiwan is no match for China and should be considered nothing more than an exhibition match.

Military sources caution, the huge military expenditures that far exceed the $14.6 billion that the Chinese government officially claim. "China's intensive military buildup in recent years is certainly not targeted only at Taiwan. China's real target is the US," said Taiwanese National Defense University lecturer Colonel Jen Yi-ming. If that is the goal, then the war games utilizing 10,000 soldiers during the second week of October and the 100,000 troops used in amphibious landing training in September demonstrated China's resolve. The military demonstration was the biggest display of Chinese weapons and military skills since 1964.

China carving out a place in the new world order

Because China knows that the Illuminati striving for a New World Order are primarily of European or Jewish decent have little intention of sharing a piece of the world's power pie with orientals, the Chinese are also secretly at war with the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Morgans and other big bankers. For a long time, it was the power of these banking elites that held the balance of power in favor of the West.

Unfortunately, China has gotten too big that even these big banking dynasties can no longer save America!

The End of America's Dominance is Eminent and Inevitable

America has gotten itself in so much trouble, that no country or even group of countries can bail it out! Yes, while the average American is totally unaware that world government is just around the corner, China fully understands what is happening and is positioning itself as the regional powerhouses and global supremacy. And while the insult to our national pride and patriotism will be painful, the personal toll will be excruciating.

The dollar’s demise will be catastrophic for everyone who earns, saves or invests dollars. The price you pay for food, electricity, gasoline and just about everything else will skyrocket. But when war breaks out, there will be hell to pay. Literally.

Many Americans, particularly those on fixed incomes, will have to choose between buying medicine, paying the rent, or buying food.

Homelessness, hunger and hopelessness will be the everyday reality for millions of Americans.

Some will rightfully blame Washington for their misery. Others will blame Wall Street. Mass demonstrations and hunger marches will dominate the headlines.

Cities will burn and violence will prevail on the streets.

When the dust settles, the United States will be little more than just another name on the long list of once-proud countries that squandered their wealth ... that were ultimately driven to their knees and forced to submit to the nations that took their places.

And China will have easy pickings of what's left over.

Most people who read this presentation will probably think I’ve gone off the deep end.

They can’t accept the fact that we are no longer king of the hill. Much less that hell is getting ready to rain down on them!

Are You really a Patriot if You Buy American?

The Truth about Buying American: Does ot do any Good?

Though I actually believe in free trade, every time I see someone believing to be a “Good American” drive by in a Hundai, it makes me want to yell at them, “buy American, you traitor,’ but would I speaking the truth? Are people who buy Korean cars, Japanese stereos and Chinese toys bad Americans?

Well, I did some investigating, to not only put my mind at ease, but also so I would know if I should spread the Buy American, or keep my moth shut.

The article, "Buy American" Sounds Patriotic, But The Protectionist Policy Could Start A Trade War, by Gary Shapiro, President & CEO of the Consumer Electronics Association, pointed at everything wrong with the Buy American concept. However, it approached the Buy American concept primarily from a government policy angle.

I agree with Gary that if the United States would make it policy, or even politically or economically beneficial to buy American, that other countries might retaliate and do the same to us, causing the whole policy approach to backfire.

Obama recently went as far as to introduce a nearly 700-page stimulus text that includes a short clause called "Buy American" and provides that all iron, steel and manufactured goods used in stimulus-funded projects be produced in America. What true American patriot would dare speak out against it?

Indeed, there are those who say that it would be a good thing to turn our country inward and halt trading opportunities. In fact, a growing number of Americans believe we should worry about ourselves and “to hell” with the rest of the world.

However, we know what happens when the United States makes a conscious step toward protectionism, ratcheting up tariffs and closing its borders to the outside world. If we wanted to move in that direction, we should have done it right after World War 2. Our economy is just too complex o attempts something like this without moving our society back 50 years.

A nonpartisan think tank, The Peterson Institute for International Economics, estimated that though a few thousand jobs would be created by "Buy American" as many as 65,000 jobs could be lost if other countries put similar laws in place.

The United States has been a global economic leader for quite some time. We have managed this status through ideas, imagination and innovation. We have cultivated this through complex international relationships and friendships.

The consequences of protectionism would be far more damaging to America than critics of free trade realize. Most of our trade deficits are because of our own policies.

Protectionism is a two-way street and would injure many American companies without bringing back large numbers of factory jobs—heck, half of the profits for US companies listed on the S&P 500 index are earned overseas.

American labor has always competed effectively against low-wage foreign competition in the past. Germany, for example, has higher manufacturing wages than those in the United States today, yet it has a very favorable trade balance. Obviously there are other factors responsible for American job losses beside China’s lower wages.

Most people don’t consider the fact that, most of the manufacturing in China is done for American companies, which gain most of the profits. For example, the Apple iPhone adds $2 billion to the trade deficit with China, although it is entirely designed and owned by Americans and is made of parts imported from Europe and other Asian nations. According to a Wall Street Journal analysis, “Not Really Made in China,” China’s actual input is only $6.50 out of the $178 wholesale cost! The actual trade deficit with China is actually only about half of what the statistics show.

This applies to many other imports as well, like sneakers, for example. A pair of Nike shoes may cost $3 to make, which goes to China. The rest of the retail price is accounted for by advertising, shipping, design, raw materials, and profits, most of which revert to Americans.

No, we cannot make it official policy to Buy American any more than we can make it a tax break. We must make Buy American a voluntary decision of well-meaning, patriotic Americans.

Apparently most Americans are thinking about our country, as a recent survey found that 61% of Americans would be more likely to purchase a product if it was marketed as having been “Made in America.” However, the problem with this is, not only are most American made products more expensive that products made in China, Korea or Mexico, but they are becoming ever harder to find.

When was the last time you tried to buy a pair of socks made in the United States? You’re going to have a hard time finding any. Most socks are now from Vietnam and China.

Of course, you could join the "How Americans Can Buy American" email list today and have the October 2010 edition of the American-made Retail E-guide emailed to you for FREE. The American-made Retail E-guide features over 2,500 American-made products from over a dozen popular retail stores like Dillard’s, Home Depot, TJ Maxx, and Costco.

How Americans Can Buy American is mentioned in President Bill Clinton’s new book Back to Work: Why We Need a Smart Government for a Strong Economy on page 182 describing 46 ways to “create jobs and increase growth.” His comments are as follows:

Promote affordable opportunities to "buy American." Roger Simmermaker, an electronics technician from Orlando, Florida, is the author of How Americans Can Buy American. It contains more than sixteen thousand products and services made in the United States and includes a special list of a thousand union-made products. Simmermaker also offers Americans a free e-guide to more than twenty-five hundred products available in popular retail outlets like Dillard’s, Home Depot, and Costco.

There are many other Buy American clubs, groups and societies throughout the US these days, so even if it might make life a little more difficult and more expensive, you could be a Good American and Buy American if you wanted to.

Personally, I believe, if you can at all afford it, you should be buying products Made in America, even if its more expensive and even if it hurts a little. Not if it's going to break you, but otherwise, it's what it means to be American. It's what it means, belonging to a society. Everybody must do their part. Everybody must sacrifice.

Its all a matter of priorities.

New Black Panther Party Instigating Race War of Hate, Violence and Death to White Devils

Not long ago, organizing the Trayvon Martin National Day of action protest, The New Black Panther Party engaged in violent, racist, hate filled speech.

In a conference call, a Tampa, Florida chapter NBPP member says race war is long overdue with “these honkeys, these crackers, these pink people, these pigs.” She also calls for the death George Zimmerman and says “I am for violence” and “and pissed off that the state of Florida is not on fire right now.” She even went on to say that real black men “aren’t scared to kill a cracker.”

"The New Black Panther Party will descend on New Iberia the next time Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies use tear gas to break up a crowd, a party spokesman warned.

Although the original Black Panther Party, called the Black Panther Party for Self-Defense, was a controversial civil rights and self-defense organization active within the United States in the 1960s and 1970s, members of the original Black Panther Party do not recognize the new party," which was formed in Dallas in 1989.

Further investigation by Conspiracy Watch into the New Black Panther Party has revealed some troubling information. Apparently some high ranking Washington officials, including Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Harvard Professor Henry Louis Gates all have long standing close associations with dubious figures in the black underground movement of the original Black Panthers, the New Black Panthers, the Weathermen, the Nation of Islam, the Black Muslims, even Hezbollah and Hamas.

These associations first came to the surface during my research for the article, The Corruption of President Barack Obama, where I first reported to you the relationship between Barack Obama and dangerous militants, particularly the infamous extremist, Derrick Bell. It was during this investigation that I also looked into the background of Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton, Professor Gates and Eldridge Cleaver, as well as others involved in the left wing’s Dark Side, including Malik Shabazz, H. Rap Brown, Abdul Alim Musa, Khalid Abdul Muhammad, Carlos Torres, and Marilyn Buck.

The Dark Side gets even darker, when we uncover that Torres and Buck were just released from federal prison, when the Obama appointed Attorney General Eric Holder quietly set in motion a policy to free terrorists, with that insuring the release of Marilyn Buck.

Buck had been a member of the Weathermen, an American radical left organization characterized by Black separatist rhetoric, along with Obama associates Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn, and had participated in homegrown terror during the 1960s and 70s. She had also maintained membership in the Black Liberation Army and the Black Panthers. She had been serving an 80-year sentence, and her full sentence would have kept her incarcerated until Jan. 31, 2061. What reasons could the DOJ have had to release Buck from prison?

It is believed by some, that Buck’s affiliation with friends of Barack Obama gave Holder the incentive for early release.

Obama’s longtime pastor, Jeremiah Wright printed a Hamas manifesto in Trinity United Church of Christ’s Sunday bulletin, showing that there are those running our country who are sympathetic to Islamic jihad.

A new investigation by Congressman Peter King, R-NY revealed New Black Panther ties to the Middle East terrorist group Hezbollah. King, who has been investigating Hezbollah's activities within the US as part of a probe into domestic terrorism, is the House Committee Chairman on Homeland Security. As if to confirm King’s claims, a researcher who works with retired General Paul Vallely, issued a separate report exposing significant collaboration between Hezbollah and the New Black Panthers.

Most, if not all of The New Black Panthers are Muslims, and most are ex-cons.

Blacks are Directing their Hate at the Wrong People

No matter how hard I try, I cannot understand why The New Black Panthers have such hate for America and white people.

As a white man, I have long been saying, many black and Hispanic people are just as, if not more racist than whites. Many of these violent, hate-filled, racist people of color blame on white people what they should be blaming on rich people.

As a Caucasian man born and raised in small-town Germany where there were no black or Hispanic people, I was not raised racist because I didn’t know anyone but those of my own race. Growing up, to me people were people.

When I moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, a city in the United States with a very high black population, I was very naive to racism, but I soon found out that many black people hated me.

They seemed to blame me for slavery that happened to them hundreds of years ago. They seemed to blame me for the economic conditions of America, the unjust laws of the courts and the ignorance of their children.

In fact, there have been many situations where I was discriminated against as a white man. Several times, where I was discriminated against by black or Hispanic people for being white in their neighborhood or establishment and several times where I was discriminated against by white people, because affirmative action demanded someone of different ethnicity get the position or treatment. Yes, average white people get treated unfairly because of their color all the time. In fact, I bet just as often as blacks and Hispanics!

I did not enslave anybody. I did keep anybody poor, send anybody to jail or keep anybody from paying attention in school. I am living in a tiny apartment, just as poor as the black folks of the ghetto. I was railroaded and sent to prison for a small amount of marijuana. I dropped out of high school. The cops have beat me up just as they would a black man, and would just as soon shoot me.

I am in no better or worse shape than the average black or Hispanic man.

I ask the folks of color to stop hating those who are not responsible for their troubles. There are many white folks in the same boat as you. Blame those who really are responsible for the unfair conditions in America; primarily the rich bankers and corporations in cahoots with corrupt politicians. Blame the members of the Illuminati, trying to bring us into a New World Order. Sure, some of them are white, some are Jewish, but none have anything in common with regular white folks the New Black Panther's are wanting to kill.

Although Bill Cosby tells CNN Trayvon Martin: His death more about guns than race, I don’t think this started as a race thing. The New Black Panther Party has turned it into a race thing, using it as an excuse to spread their message of hate.

They declare war on capitalism, but are quick to take donations, failing to realize that this makes them capitalists themselves. If so down on capitalism, why did the original Black Panthers embezzle millions of dollars in California education funds? It seems they believe money only to be bad when it belongs to someone else.

They blame the white man for all their troubles, either failing to realize or not caring that there are hundreds or thousands of white people in the exact same boat as they are.

RiPPa, the creator, publisher, and editor-in-chief of TheIntersection of Madness & Reality writes, “the New Black Panther Party are a ridiculous ragtag bunch who has nothing substantive to offer the black community or society at large.”

Recent Success of Activists could Trigger Martial Law in America.

Not long ago, our leaders witnessed several North African governments get overthrown, watching on live TV as Muammar Gaddafi was dethroned, publicly humiliated and executed.

Don’t think this didn’t strike fear into the hearts of leaders around the globe. Because what happened in Libya could happen anywhere. Even in the US of A.

Although the politicians of western nations like those of the United States and Europe claim a sense of security not known by kings and dictators of third world countries, even leaders seemingly untouchable know that anything can happen should the situation arise. They will not soon forget the execution of Gaddafi any more that they will forget the French Revolution, for though it was long ago, the guillotine will never be forgotten.

The US, the UK and the rest of Europe has had mounting public discontent, and has seen their share of violent unrest in recent years, but it was the victories of activists against several censorship bills in the US that was of most concern for our politicians in America.

Even though Washington first tried to say that the censorship bills were proposed in the name of National Security and anti-terrorism, later adding anti-piracy, to allegedly protect Hollywood and the music industry from copyright violations, but it is in reality to curb public discontent aroused by the alternative media and independent Bloggers, the assembling of activists and the staging of protests through social media that the government wants to censor the Internet.

The victories of activists inspired and lead in part by the hacker group Anonymous, together with protests in conjunction with the Occupy Movement and the support from several major websites that caused SOPA, PIPA even the NDAA to be suspended indefinitely caused anxiety in Washington that hasn’t been felt since the race riots of the 60’s.

Though one of the key factors of the success in squashing SOPA and PIPA was a joint letter to Congress from leading technology companies including Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and EBay expressing concern over the censorship bills that without a doubt had much influence over our lawmakers decision, it was without a doubt the outcry of the millions of online protesters and Occupy members that scared our government into shelving these bills.

America had witnessed the beginnings of a rebellion over proposed legislation that would have changed the Internet for ever. Though the uprising achieved a stunning success, giving activists new confidence and hope when fighting other measures in the future, this is a fight that will never be over.

This public defeat has left politicians scrambling to construct a defensive to assure that this won’t ever happen again. Already Obama has signed the new Executive Order into law, which is little more than another version of the NDAA that our well meaning activist thought they were on the verge of defeating. Already new censorship bills are being introduced into Congress for approval, including the new CISPA (Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act) which is reported to be far worse than SOPA or PIPA.

If passed through Congress, CISPA would allow the government access to personal correspondence of any person of their choosing. The title of this controversial act is H.R. 3523. The wording is very vague and broad, but it is clear that the act could allow Congress to circumvent existing exemptions to online privacy laws, and allow the monitoring and censorship of any user of the internet. CISPA would allow Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to “funnel private communications and related information back to the government without adequate privacy protections and controls and would also allow the government to stop online communications which they deem disruptive.

The US government know who these "troublemakers are" already. Trust me, they keep close tabs on anybody and everybody who could be a threat to them in any way, shape or form. It is ironic how the same instruments that have enabled activists to fight unjust legislation has also become the primary weapon against them. Yes, the Internet, particularly social media, has become the principal source of intelligence for the CIA, FBI, Homeland Security and every other law enforcement agency in America. I recently investigated these invasions of our privacy, publishing several articles about my findings, including, US Homeland Security Monitoring Facebook, Twitter and other Sites for Signs of Discontent, Is the FBI Monitoring Your Social Networks? and Facebook is CIA's Primary Intelligence Source.

People share virtually every bit of information about themselves with Facebook. From sexual orientation, age, race, religious and political affiliation, even daily updates about their whereabouts, people are sharing literally everything. No wonder the US Department of Homeland Security alone paid contractors $11.3 million dollars to monitor Facebook, Twitter and other social networks, blogs, alternative news media and many other sites for signs of discontent, they need not look any further!

Even though this is all OSINT, better known as open-source intelligence, it is publicly available information for anyone to enjoy. However, considering your 'personal info' could be misinterpreted and saved by a government database like the DHS database of secret watchlists, it may not all be quite as enjoyable as one might first think.

Surveillance and Censorship are the Governments Weapons

Though the average Internet user could care less about CISPA, OSINT or how proposed legislation is steamrolled through Congress, once it becomes a battle of old vs. new, of business as usual vs. life online, of lobbyists vs. hacktivists of oppression vs. freedom and of control vs. personal privacy and sanctity of the home, mainstream America will join the fight.

If properly warned and motivated, under the right leadership, in their fight for Internet freedom, online hacktivists as well as Occupy activists will trample any politcian or CEO seeming to stand in the way, no matter if it be Republicans, Democrats, mainstream media or industries. It is exactly this that our government officials and lobbyists fear, but it is more and more seemingly an inevitable Internet revolution that has already been set in motion.

It will be an ongoing, never-ending battle to keep the Internet free of government censorship. Not only the US government, but governments across the globe will continue to attempt to control the Web, as can be seen by International censorship efforts like ACTA (Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement) and TPP (Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement).

Just don’t let them fool you into thinking that any of this is to stop terrorism or online piracy. Know that their censorship attempts are of self interest; to stop anti-government groups, rallies, protests, blogs and writings. It’s to stop rebellion and revolution like what our government saw happen in Egypt and Libya. They don’t want to end up like Gaddafi. Nobody wants to end like that!

Our governments will stop at nothing to stop this from happening, even if it would come down to the declaration of Martial Law, mass arrests and FEMA prison camps. Oh yes, should our government end up on the losing end of the Internet censorship battle, they will resort to harsher methods in order to maintain control, even if this would mean rounding up activist leaders and other “troublemakers” and placing them under arrest, detaining them indefinitely, where they could no longer stir up anti-government sentiment. If it means mass arrests of violent protestors, the US has the resources to lock up as many as they deem necessary. Thousands. Tens of thousands. Even hundreds of thousands if need be! Just look back at how many Japanese and German immigrants we herded into "detainment centers" during WWII.

The prison camps are already in place throughout the United States, ready to be filled at a moment’s notice. You may have already heard rumors of the FEMA Prison Camps, so conveniently kept out of mainstream media. They are everywhere, hidden in plain sight, disguised as shipping terminals, train yards or closed military bases surrounded by razor. Dozens of web sites have showcased the FEMA camps with photos, videos and reports by independent investigators.

Though I have a conspiracy blog, I am a skeptic by nature, so when I first heard rumors of FEMA Prison Camps, they seemed extremely ridiculous and paranoid to me. However, I found it my duty as an American patriot, as well as an investigative journalist and conspiracy Blogger to investigate the rumors. If you are as skeptical as I was when I first heard of this, that something like this is possible in America, stay tuned as I will be publishing my report, Could there really be Concentration Camps in America? Periodically, the US government conducts multi-agency readiness exercises to prepare for “emergency situations such as major strikes and unlawful assemblies. Real-life examples of these exercises include Rex-82 Proud Saber (where Rex-82 stands for Readiness Exercise, 1982), and Rex-84 Night Train. These exercises show how our government would impose martial law, arrest large numbers of people, and mass relocate civilians. These are not rumors, but real-life, US government run exercises!

The bottom line is, even if the FEMA camps were elaborately staged hoaxes, even if much of what I am writing here is paranoia talking, you and I both know that the US government is overstepping their bounds, seizing control of our lives down the smallest detail. You know as well as I do, that America has become a police state by the strictest sense of the definition. You can read about it in the news, you can see the signs in your daily life and you can feel it in the air; America is no longer the Land of the Free.

To add insult to injury, just when you thought our government couldn’t ruin the First Amendment any further, Congress approves a bill that outlaws protests!

The House voted 388-to-3 in favor of H.R. 347, a bill which is being dubbed the Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act. The bill officially makes it illegal to trespass on the grounds of the White House and/or engage in political protest anywhere in the country.

Yes, you read right, the new law will allow the government to bring charges to protesters, demonstrators and activists at political events and other outings across America. It enables prosecutors to charge anyone who enters a building without permission or with the intent to disrupt a government function in any building or grounds “restricted in conjunction with an event designated as a special event of national significance."

Have they gone too far? For our government to have this kind of power when it is considered necessary, means they also have it when they say it's necessary, and when you and I might not be in favor of it.

I will admit, there are times when government power is a good thing. A lot of us were glad that the National Guard came in to help quell the L.A. riots for example. Of course, government officials in cahoots with mainstream media have done their best to keep this information out of the mainstream. And of course, there have been many attempts to discredit and disprove the above allegations that did get out and were noticed by Americans, with both government officials and everybody else involved denying anything and everything even resembling the evidence I have uncovered.

However, regardless of my being blacklisted, I will be digging deeper, determined to get to the bottom of all this, I will report my findings here on Conspiracy Watch ASAP. I am also working on an article right now which investigates the mysterious deaths of several government whistelblowers, including the suspicious murder of Milton William Cooper, the former US Navy intelligence officer who publicly warned America about an important terrorist attack that would later be blamed on Osama Bin Laden, who was killed by the FBI at his home while serving a routine warrant.

Together with the Patriot Act, NDAA and the ever more empowering Executive Orders, our President could make life extremely hard on us. Anyone displaying any kind of up anti-government sentiment, like myself, could easily be made to look like an enemy of the state, arrested and sent to any one of these FEMA camps without notice or due process, in the name of protecting the existing social and political order.

With the NDAA and the Executive Order, Obama can suspend federal, state and local law enforcement, effectively using the US military as his own personal police force.

And at the drop of a hat we could be like Nazi Germany, in America.

All it would take would be the President's Executive Order.

Strange New Sounds, Holograms and UFO's of Unknown Origin have Experts Guessing

Several Strange New Phenomenon has Everybody Guessing

Strange Sounds Phenomenon, the appearance of holograms and portals or ‘Stargate’ type phenomena are keeping the experts guessing right now. The peculiar, unearthly noises have been reported all over the world despite persistant scientific attempts to debunk them.

The consensus of both conspiracy theorists and skeptics alike seems to be that something most peculiar and unexplained is occurring all over the world which defies explanation.

Many people are too distracted by the state of the economy to care about this phenomenon. A loan comparison site is more likely to draw them in at this difficult time, than a YouTube video about strange sounds.

Typically, debunkers have been quick to pour skeptical scorn on the reports, crying ‘hoax!’, as ever. But although there have been hoax videos posted to You Tube, they seem to be relatively easy to separate out from the majority of wholly authentic, and highly disturbing genuine reports. There are surprisingly few theories about what is causing SSP. The most favored idea seems to be the use of HAARP technology, but no firm evidence as to why, and by what mechanism HAARP is creating sounds, as it’s primary role is in changing the earth’s ionosphere.

The sounds are hard to categorize, but range from a deep humming to a metallic grinding, wailing sound, extremely loud and disturbing for those that hear them. They have been heard for up to half an hour at a time, precluding the idea of falsely identified aircraft noise, for example. The reactions of people on the SSP videos alone are enough to convince most people that they are absolutely genuine.

Some people have hypothesized that the noises are of godly origin, pointing to the prediction of pre-apocalypse ‘trumpets’ in the book of Revelations. Who knows? But the recent increase in UFO sightings is an interesting co-incidence. One of the most interesting theories is that the sounds are whale-like in sonic wave pattern, which indeed they are. This video bellow shows an analysis of the sounds, which seems to bear this out.

The theory this poster puts forward is intriguing. He points out that the gold disc attached to the Voyager Space probe carried a recording not dissimilar to the SSP. It was a recording of dolphins and whales. He wonders if the sounds are a way of alien life attempting to make contact, since the Voyager contained instructions on how to find earth in the solar system. Interesting theory, and the video is worth watching.

Ring UFO's

The latest aerial weirdness to be hitting the UFO world is the appearance of portals, or ‘Stargate’ type phenomena. The ‘ring UFO’ has been a rare beast up to now, but suddenly strange rings and circles have been appearing round the world, which are baffling seasoned UFO watchers. Orbs have become almost commonplace, and the rings are a welcome addition to the UFO family. The most recent sighting is in Russia, over Halit Safin, where a large ring hovered, changing color. The Jaime Mussan video (subtitled) has a roundup of ring or portal sightings, including an intriguing one in Ramos Arizpe Mexico in 2005. Are they inter-dimensional portals, wormholes, portals, UFO’s, or a natural phenomenon that we know nothing about?

Holograms

Those with more earthbound theories have been questioning the validity of the portal sightings, and lean towards government military technology explanation. Holographic displays are becoming more commonplace in the non-military world, and 3D and interactive holograms recently exploded onto the mainstream scene.

Holographic maps are already in use by the Pentagon, and the technological advances in this area have clear non-lethal weaponry implications. Could the ring UFOs be a military experiment to test the reaction of the population to unexplained phenomena? There has long been speculation about the use of holograms by hostile forces wishing to mislead the masses. The ability to project ‘The Face of Allah’ onto a battlefield is a favorite meme. But how close is it to reality? Not so far. Recently the arrival of 3D holograms, just like the Princess Leia one in the Star Wars movie, and more recently in I, Robot have recently become a reality. Now think look again at the things we are seeing in the skies. The clip shows the appearance of a cross in the skies – no explanation, and it cannot be a cloud as it has straight edges.

What a wonderful tool for control mass hallucinations would be if they fell into the wrong hands. We would eventually be unable to tell truth from fiction. Whether the sounds and the rings are part of a wider program of mass control remains to be seen.

They remain an intriguing puzzle in the mean time.

President Obama Busted Reading the Radical Anti-American Book about a Post US World

Obama is Photographed Reading the Book many call a Radical Muslim view of a Defeated America.

Recently Obama was photographed carrying a book called: The Post-American World, written by Fareed Zakaria, born in India, to a Konkani Muslim family.

Many Americans automatically assumed this book to be an apocalyptic prophecy, believing "post" America to mean the world after America. In fact, the book has been dubbed "A Radical Muslim view of a Defeated America" by many ignorant right wingers, who have manged to popularize this slur into the mainstream.

I am no fan of Obama. By all means, I have written several harsh, criticizing articles about our current President such as, The Corruption of President Barack Obama is Criminal and Grounds for Impeachment, Obama and The New World Order and the 10 Top Obama Conspiracy Videos, even vowing to maintain an ongoing investigation of him until the day I die. However, I am somewhat ashamed to admit that when I first came across the picture of Obama flaunting The Post-American World book, I immediately and unprofessionally thought much like the ignorant right wingers I described above, believing our President was actually reading "A Radical Muslim view of a Defeated America."

But why would Obama read something that anti-American? I believe him to be a lying, cheating, scandalous, incompetent, self-promoting, self-centered, egotistical, power-hungry camera-hound in cahoots with the New World Order elitists, but I don't believe him to be a terrorist or traitor (at least not purposely).

So before investigating Obama in this case, I decided to investigate the book and its author, Fareed Zakaria.

The Post-American World is actually not so much about the fall of America as it is about the “rise of the rest” and the growth of countries like China, India, Brazil, and others. Since its publication, the trends he identified have proceeded faster than anyone could have anticipated. The 2008 financial crisis turned the world upside down, stalling the United States and other advanced economies while emerging markets have surged ahead, coupling their economic growth with pride, nationalism, and a determination to shape their own future. The tallest buildings, biggest dams, largest-selling movies, and most advanced cell phones are all being built outside the United States. This economic growth is producing political confidence, national pride, and potentially international problems.

How should the United States understand and thrive in this rapidly changing international climate? What does it mean to live in a truly global era? The book peaked at #2 on The New York Times non-fiction hardcover best-seller list and at #47 on the USA Today Top 150 Best-Selling Books list.

Considering that Zakaria directed a research project on American foreign policy at Harvard, was managing editor of Foreign Affairs magazine, editor of Newsweek International, a contributing editor and columnist for Time magazine, the Wall Street Journal, The New Yorker and others, as well as author of From Wealth to Power: The Unusual Origins of America's World Role (Princeton, 1998), The Future of Freedom (Norton, 2003), co-edited The American Encounter: The United States and the Making of the Modern World (Basic Books) and has appeared on The Daily Show, Charlie Rose, The NewsHour and BBC World News, we can safely assume he knows his politics.

As a naturalized US citizen living in New York, Zakaria appeared to be an model citizen and patriotic American, being awarded the Hubert H. Humphrey First Amendment Freedoms Prize from the Anti-Defamation League ("ADL") in 2005 and held in high esteem by major political players in Washington and around the world.

However, in July 2010 Zakaria returned the Hubert H. Humphrey award in protest to the ADL expressing its opposition to the Park51 Islamic cultural center and mosque, which had been planned for a site two blocks from the World Trade Center. Zakaria said, as with a slap in the face of the Americans who died on 9-11, he could not "in good conscience" keep the Hubert H. Humphrey Prize anymore.

Although even while acknowledging that he is not a religious person, he supported his decision by stating that the larger issue in the controversy is freedom of religion in America. He wrote that a "moderate, mainstream version of Islam" is essential to winning the war on terror.

Zakaria had won my admiration and support until he supported the Park51 Islamic cultural center and mosque two blocks from the World Trade Center site! I am all for religious freedom and for doing whatever it takes to end the war on terror, but building an Islamic cultural center two blocks from the World Trade Center site is disrespectful to all those who died on 9-11! It is without an excuse, the most disrespectful act to the survivors and loved ones of those who died at the hands of these terrorists I can imagine!

Once again, I am questioning Obama's motives, allegiance, faith and friends. I am reminded of his association with the infamous extremist, Derrick Bell! I remember his involvement with Solyndra and ACORN and that he has made Judicial Watch's "Ten Most Wanted" list... again, for a fifth consecutive year!

As far as America goes, I strongly believe we need a new President. Someone like Ron Paul. Or Donald Trump. Or Micky Mouse. Anybody but Obama.

Obama reading The Post-American World may not have been the smoking gun I was looking for, but it still serves as a good reminder that we need a President who cares about the people, not a self-promoting, self-centered, egotistical, power-hungry camera-hound like Obama.

Never before have there been so many pictures of a President. Hell, recently his face even appeared shamelessly on an American flag! Its not like cameras were just invented, its that Obama wants his face everywhere.

Well, this is one American who is tired of looking at it!

The United States is under Martial Law right now through Obama's New Executive Order

The US is now under Martial Law without the justification of a Civil Uprising, Natural Disaster or National Emergency.

Obama's National Defense Resources Preparedness Executive Order does to the United States what the Patriot Act and the National Defense Authorization Act did to the Constitution.

President Barack Obama's new National Defense Resources Preparedness Executive Order, of March 16 does to the country what the 2001 Patriot Act and 2012 National Defense Authorization Act did to our Constitution's Bill of Rights, by completely disemboweling any due process or judicial oversight for any action by the federal government.

As usual, the Executive Order was signed in secret, out from under the radar of mainstream media and as usual, when leaders pass something they know to be wrong, they deem it in the interest of "national security."

The NDAA had been hurried through the House and Senate, then signed by the President Obama at 9:00 PM on New Year's Eve, while nobody was paying any attention to much other than their New Years Eve party. This new National Defense Resources Preparedness Executive Order, was both written and signed in total secrecy, then quietly released by the White House on its website without comment, reason or justification.

As of the Executive Order, aka National Defense Resources Preparedness, the United States government can arrest you and take away your constitutional rights any time it wants to! Over the last couple of decades, there has been an endless parade of laws, bills and executive orders that have been slowly but surly taking our rights guaranteed to us under the Bill of Rights.

With all of this happening in secret and out of the mainstream headlines, most Americans are not even aware this is happening.

Like the Patriot act and National Defense Authorization Act, aka the NDAA, the new Executive Order puts the government entirely above the law. In other words, the United States is unofficially, but practically under martial law right now, without even the necessity of a national emergency.

"Even as the 2012 NDAA was rooted in the Patriot Act and the various executive orders and Congressional bills that ensued to broaden executive power in the "war on terror," so the new Executive Order is rooted in the Defense Production Act of 1950 which gave the Government powers to mobilize national resources in the event of national emergencies, except now virtually every aspect of American life falls under ultimate unchallengeable government control, to be exercised by the president and his secretaries at their discretion," wrote Jim Garrison, President of Wisdom University and author of 'America as Empire' in his Huffington Post article, Martial Law by Executive Order.

According to the NDAA, as it was updated in 2012, the United States is a "battlefield," and the president and his agents have the right only on suspicion, without any judicial oversight or due process, to seize and arrest any US citizen and detain them indefinitely without charge or trial. Now, the new Executive Order gives the president and his secretaries the additional authority to commandeer all US domestic resources, including food and water, energy and transportation inside the borders of the United States. It goes even further, granting the Government the power to forcibly draft US citizens into the military and force US citizens to fulfill "labor requirements" for the purposes of "national defense." It goes so far as to not even allow any Congressional oversight, only briefings.

Under the NDAA, only the president had the authority to expunge legitimate freedoms of US citizens, whereas under the new Executive Order this supreme power is delegated by the president to his secretaries which actually run the Government:

The Secretary of Defense has power over all water resources
The Secretary of Commerce has power over all material services and facilities
The Secretary of Transportation has power over all forms of civilian transportation
The Secretary of Agriculture has power over food resources and facilities, including livestock resources, plant health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment
The Secretary of Energy has power over all forms of energy
The Secretary of Health and Human Services has power over all health resources

The National Defense Resources Preparedness even stipulates that in the event of conflict between the secretaries in using these powers, the president will determine the resolution through his national security team.

The new Executive Order gives the government, through the Secretary of Labor, the right to proactively mobilize US citizens for "labor" as the government deems necessary to the nation's work needs in relation to national defense. Yes, this means what you think it means. US citizens can now be used as forced slave labor by the government!

The National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations all across the United States, supposedly for “temporary housing, medical care and humanitarian assistance in case of emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill. However, it is well documented that these centers will serve as Nazi style "concentration camps" for detaining people the government sees as a threat to their authority.

When Ron Paul was asked for his opinion on whether H.R. 645 (The National Emergency Centers Establishment Act) could lead to Americans being incarcerated in detention camps during a time of martial law.

Paul responded: “Yeah, that’s their goal, they’re setting up the stage for violence in this country, no doubt about it.”

What makes the new Executive Order so dangerous, is that unlike like the NDAA and other previous bills, this can all be done in peacetime without any national emergency to justify it. The language of the Order does not state that all these extraordinary measures will be done for "national security" or in case of a "national emergency." They can simply be done for "national defense," in a much a broader definition, allowing the government, primarily under authorization of the president, to do what it wants, how it wants, when it wants, to whomever it wants without any judicial restrictions or due process.

It also seems suspicious, that just as activists and NDAA opposing politicians start making headway in getting the NDAA repealed or at least suspended, they pass this new Executive Order.

The new Executive Order, the NDAA and the Patriot Act are without a doubt part of something much bigger, more sinister and evil. They are all parts of a larger plan forged by the elitists long ago. We are but pawns in their global game of chess.

What can I say about such disregard for the integrity of what America stands for by a president who studied constitutional law at Harvard? That I will continue my investigation of the man? That I will continue to expose him as the fraud he is? What else can I do?

I am surely already on our government's watchlists, making me one of the first targets when the hammer falls. I am already risking my freedom, well-being even my life for bringing you this information. To our government, along with people like Alex Jones, David Icke and the late Milton William Cooper (who was murdered by the FBI), I am a threat to "national security" and in their way of establishing the New World Order.

Kony 2012 is a Warmongering Conspiracy to justify US Military Action in Uganda and Africa

Kony 2012 was viewed nearly 100 million times, making it the most viral video in the history of the Internet.

Last week the video, Kony 2012, released by the San Diego-based group Invisible Children took the Internet by storm, becoming the most viral video of all time, as the 30-minute documentary seeking to arrest LRA leader Joseph Kony was viewed nearly 100 million times.

Analysis by the Pew Research Center tracked how the “Kony 2012” video reached so many Americans in such a short period of time, and the critical role social media played, especially for adults under age 30.

However, the video quickly began to receive significant backlash from organizations and publications questioning the legitimacy of KONY 2012 and Invisible Children. Many of the negative criticism has been aimed at the unethical business practices of Invisible Children’s as an organization, rather that if Joseph Kony is a war criminal.

Visible Children, a Tumblr dedicated to evaluating the legitimacy of the KONY 2012 campaign, raised some points Wednesday morning which have resurfaced in numerous publications.

“Invisible Children has been condemned time and time again. As a registered not-for-profit, its finances are public. Last year, the organization spent $8,676,614. Only 32% went to direct services (page 6), with much of the rest going to staff salaries, travel and transport, and film production. This is far from ideal, and Charity Navigator rates their accountability 2/4 stars because they haven’t had their finances externally audited. But it goes way deeper than that.”

Actually, this writer's experience when dealing with nonprofits and charities doesn't have anything against the 32% when viewing the bigger picture. In fact, many nonprofits and charities considered reputable don't come near to allocating 32% to the actual cause. This writer just doesn't believe in the accuracy of these numbers. As Visible Children said, "they haven’t had their finances externally audited."

But, for the sake of argument, let's go back to the report at hand, where you can evaluate Invisible Children’s 2011 budget, publicly online for yourself: $1,074,273 was allocated to travel and $1,724,993 was allocated to staff compensation.

Though Invisible Children replied to the criticism in a blog post, with a long-winded explanation of their so-called “three prong” approach to tackling the LRA:

documenting crimes
channeling advocacy into energy
operating programs on the ground

Although KONY 2012 and Invisible Children claims that the response to this explosion of interest about the Kony 2012 film, with it's hundreds of thousands of comments in support of the arrest of Joseph Kony will bring freedom to these poor enslaved child soldiers, this is false and mis-leading information about the efforts and the end results of these efforts. KONY 2012 is further suspect when considering that President Obama deploying US troops on the ground in Uganda last year already, supposedly to hunt down Joseph Kony, The timing seems suspicious however, coming at the exact same time as accusations that some of the highest officials in the Ugandan government were accepting bribes from international oil companies. Anyone not taking KONY 2012 at face value can add tow and two together and recognize that he deployment had less to do with Kony, who is known to have left Uganda six years ago, and more to do with America securing it's oil interests.

Considering that American interests in Africa have been increasingly threatened by China, the second-largest economy in the world in desperate need of oil, America and its allies are compelled to gain foothold in the region before they are ousted by big Chinese money.

Now, just as China makes its move on Uganda, a video about Joseph Kony suddenly goes viral online, changing the focus of the American foreign policy toward greater US military involvement in oil-rich Uganda. Is it any wonder that the video suggests the only way to capture Kony is to maintain an American military presence in the region?

Though the Ugandans took to social media themselves to try to inject their own voice into the debate, their words of caution have fallen on the deaf ears of a public that believes the Kony problem requires only more American troops.

In the meantime, Congress has introduced a new bill that will expand regional forces in Africa.

Gaddafi was strongly opposed to the American presence in Africa, aka AFRICOM, but you know what happened to him!

When one reflects on how the campaign itself was organized around the concept of recruiting celebrities like Rihanna, Mark Zuckerberg and Tim Tebow to promote the video, the likes of P. Diddy and Kim Kardashian tweeting the links, and media interviews by Angelina Jolie, the hype surrounding KONY2012 seems less to be a viral phenomenon than a planned conspiracy.

China and Russia threaten US Attack on Iran fraught with unpredictable consequences

With rumors of war and violence jeopardizing the stability of the Middle East, Russia and China caution the United States against attacking Iran.

Attacking Iran would be a “very serious mistake fraught with unpredictable consequences,” warned Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, while China's response was more reserved and a lot less vocal, it was no less implied.

Still, a growing number of US officials past and present have expressed a preference for launching a military attack on Iran soon, with an IAEA report alleging some vague allegations about computer simulations serving as the latest pretext.

For example, former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice slammed Iran, saying the U.S. should consider even tougher penalties against the Iranian government and 'be doing everything we can to bring it down,' and that the U.S. should never take the option of military force off the table when it comes to dealing with Iran.

Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman Carl Levin (D-Mich.) said he believes an Israeli attack on Iran is “very likely.”

Meanwhile, Israeli officials have been open about wanting to launch an attack on Iran themselves, with President Shimon Peres insisting the war was “more likely” than any sort of diplomatic solution.

These are just the latest in the growing concerns about starting another major war. Germany also said they oppose any type of military action.

Will Iran end up becoming another Iraq?

Though I am not out of principle opposed to an attack on Iran, I do wonder if we could be walking into a blunder just like we did in Iraq. What if there are no weapons of mass destruction? If we don't find WMD's, America will once again look like the aggressive, war mongering colonial empire it is already rightfully made out to be throughout most of the world.

And while China's position on a US or Israeli strike against Iran is hard to decipher, with Chinese officials being as reserved as usual, Russian President Vladimir Putin wrote in a wide-ranging editorial that the consequences of a military strike against Iran would be disastrous.

"Russia is worried about the growing threat of a military strike against Iran," Putin said in an editorial carried by the RIA Novosti news agency. "If this happens, the consequences will be disastrous. It is impossible to imagine the true scope of this turn of events."

According to RIANovosti, a major Russian news website, Russia's defense minister Sergei Ivanov admitted that Russia completed deliveries of Tor-M1 anti-aircraft missile systems to Iran.

"We have supplied modern anti-aircraft short-range missile systems under a contract. Iran is not under any sanctions," Sergei Ivanov said, adding that Moscow will continue to develop military and technical cooperation with Tehran.

Russia supplied 29 Tor-M1 missile systems to Iran in accord with a $700 million contract signed at the close of 2005. Although the US protested the deal, fearing it would boost Iran's military capabilities, the Russians delivered the missiles anyway.

Russia insisted that the delivery of the Tor-M1 missiles to Iran was sanctioned by international law, and that the systems were intended for defense purposes only.

The Tor-M is a high-precision missile system designed to destroy both manned and unmanned aircraft and cruise missiles flying at an altitude of up to 6 miles. Each system is equipped with 8 short-range missiles, guidance radars, fire control systems and command post.

Lat year Russia again managed to uphold its economic interests, while the UN Security Council adopted a resolution to punish Tehran for its refusal to its halt uranium enrichment, Russia ensured the implementation of its earlier signed contracts with Iran, including on the construction of a reactor in Bushehr and the delivery of S-300 air defense systems, including the Tor-M1 missiles.

Maybe Russia is worried about how the US would react if some of our planes were shot down by Russian Tor-M1 anti-aircraft missiles? Maybe Russia is worried about how America would take the death of some of our pilots by Russian made missiles?

Did Obama Administration pass NDAA in fear of civil uprisings like in Libya, Egypt or Syria?

US Government is Afraid of being Overthrown like the mighty Soviet Union was 20 years ago, or being turned upside down like the Arab world right now.

Obama and Washington Lawmakers are scared that public discontent could eventually lead to an uprising like the ones they recently witnessed in North Africa, ending with those governments being ousted.

With America, Europe, the Middle East and the world being being more unstable than perhaps ever before in history, due in part to the complexities of globalism, chaos could break out anywhere at the drop of a hat.

Even in America, a country largely spared by large-scale civil unrest in recent years seems at the tipping point with a fragile economy still not out of danger from a possible second recession, maybe even a depression, with oil prices soaring and war with Iran looming, Americans are seeing their comfy, cozy lifestyles threatened. With good jobs being harder to find and educations seeming ever more pointless, we may soon be seeing more riots, civil unrest and social violence than from just the Occupy Movement.

The elitists running our government are scared. Though they weren't there, they haven't forgotten the French Revolution, much less the guillotine. In the US, elitists used to have the American population pacified and under control. As owners of mainstream media, their disinformation via television, radio, newspaper and magazine campaigns had Americans believing whatever they wanted them to believe.

Now, with a large percentage of the public getting at least some of their information from alternative news media and independent Bloggers, Americans are finally getting more of the truth.

Before the Internet, people were semi-isolated with their morals, values, ideals, views and opinions, where as now, in the age of social media, people are networking every aspect of their very lives.

Unlike before the Web and social social sites and smart phones, anybody can now easily find like-minded people with similar agenda in their hometown and on the other side of the world. It has become relatively easy for anyone to find, even organize others, thus being able to collectively fight what troubles them.

This newly found social might was demonstrated not long ago, when social media was used in North Africa to call for revolutions that toppled more than one corrupt, oppressive government.

People Everywhere around the World are fighting back against Government Control and Censorship

Though it took Anonymous and the Occupy Movement to unknowingly demonstrate this new social phenomenon, where it was used to enlist the support of several major websites and rally millions of people to convince Washington to shelve both the SOPA and PIPA censorship bills, that people finally realized the political power they have at their disposal.

This new political might had not escaped the elitists, who terrified of loosing control over the population, are scrambling to find new ways to repress the Internet. On top of their standard, ongoing terrorism excuse to stifle our rights, one of their newest schemes uses Internet piracy as an excuse to censor societies new means of communication, the source of the public's newly acquired power.

People are beginning to wake up. Average people from the "99%" are now beginning to recognize their own power to make a difference and potential to promote change.

Online activists and Occupy protestors which prompting the U.S. House of Representatives to Kill the SOPA and PIPA Internet Censorship bills are now working relentlessly to reverse the new NDAA bill, which includes an extremely radical and very dangerous amendment that could end American freedom, liberty and justice as we know it.

Although the online protests about both censorship bills were surprisingly large, ranging from calling Representatives, companies, and senators to get them to change their mind, and actively moving domain's away from and targeting the business model of the companies that supported the bills, Occupy and other protesters were out in force to fight for freedom personally and physically.

With action against the NDAA by tens of thousands of social media activists all across America, including the influential and popular hactivist group Anonymous, with dozens of Washington's own politicians speaking out against the bill, while reports come in about state and local governments refusing to obey the NDAA, when it concerns locking up American citizens, it would seem as though we may actually succeed in getting the NDAA revered, repealed or revised. Yet don't let this temporary success fool you, as I guarantee you, Washington is already plotting their next move.

Indeed, this may actually have the adverse affect of scaring Washington into believing they need to get ready to defend themselves against an uprising! Our leaders may feel as if they're loosing control. Something like Gaddafi must of felt like right before he was ousted.

In America, this type of statewide defiance last took place when Lincoln ordered the southern states to free their slaves.

Washington will undoubtedly take another stab at censoring the Internet, considering they will probably see the the Web, alternative news, independent bloggers and social media the source of most of their problems. If they could silence us, they could stop Americans from fighting back.

The Obama administration may try to pas another bill to replace the NDAA, even though they already have the power to launch an attack on America through martial law, which the President could declare at the drop of a hat, via his Executive Orders, whether he use the Insurrection Act, National Emergencies Act, National Security Directive the "Executive Directive 51" or a number of other powers to effectively crush any uprising or revolution.

While many people won't believe it, living in the denial of their safe and secure lifestyles, revolution or civil war may be closer than any of us think. All it would take would be for the economy to crash and the dollar to become worthless, another war (like the one we could be getting into right now with Iran, which could spiral out of control as we are being warned not to attack Iran by both China and Russia), or food shortages and oil shortages.

Could we really be headed towards revolution or civil war, again? It's not as far fetched as you might think.

Did the US Invasion of Afghanistan cause a Heroin Epidemic In Europe and America?

Since the US Invasion of Afghanistan, the Heroin Output has Increased over 5000%

More than decade since the US invaded Afghanistan to destroy Al Qaeda and punish the Taliban, the US and NATO occupation drags on, even as the war begins to wind down. And Afghanistan's status as the world's number one opium poppy producer remains unchallenged.

Afghan opium production started with the US-backed overthrow of the secular Afghan Government in 1978 and grew steadily with the consequent civil war, the Russian invasion and the US-backed religious-based resistance.

Afghan opium production increased further after the departure of the Russians. However in 2000, several years after they captured Kabul, the Taliban banned opium production, slashing Afghan opium production from about 76% of word production in 2000 to 6% in 2001.

In the aftermath of the 2001 US bombing of Afghanistan, the British government was entrusted by the leading industrial nations to carry out a drug eradication program, which would, theoretically, allow Afghan farmers to get out of poppy cultivation and switch to alternative crops. The British were working in close liaison with the US DEA's "Operation Containment" out of Kabul.

The British crop eradication program was an apparent smokescreen, considering that since October 2001, opium poppy cultivation has flourished. The presence of occupation forces in Afghanistan did not result in the eradication of poppy cultivation as lawmakers had promised, it did exactly the opposite.

The Taliban prohibition had caused "the beginning of a heroin shortage in Europe by the end of 2001", the UNODC acknowledged, however immediately following the October 2001 invasion, opium markets were restored and opium prices spiraled. By 2002, the opium price was almost 10 times higher than in 2000.

Heroin is a multimillion dollar business protected by powerful, international interests, which requires a stable, steady and secure product flow. One of the secret objectives of the war was to restore the CIA sponsored drug trade to its historical norms and establish control over the smuggling routes.

Within a year of the US Alliance invasion the Afghan opium production skyrocketed from 6% of world production in 2001, to 74% in 2002, 93% in 2006, 95% in 2007 and 94% in 2008.

According to Glenn Greenway, the Drug Truth Network reported September 15, 2008, "Afghan heroin output has increased a staggering 5,000% since the US invasion 7 years ago." I would guess this percentage is even larger today.

UN Secretary General Ban ki-moon said recently at an international conference in Vienna, that Afghanistan will never be stable unless it tackles its drug problem.

In 2007, Afghanistan supplied 93% of the world's opium, according to the U.S. State Department. Illicit poppy production, meanwhile, brings $4 billion into Afghanistan, or more than half the country’s total economy of $7.5 billion, according to the United Nations Office of Drug Control (UNODC). It also represents about half of the economy of Pakistan, and of the ISI in particular.

Destroying the labs has always been an obvious option, but for years America refused to do so for political reasons. In 2001 the Taliban and bin Laden were estimated by the CIA to be earning up to 10 per cent of Afghanistan’s drug revenues, then estimated at between 6.5 and 10 billion U.S. dollars a year. This income of perhaps $1 billion was less than that earned by Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI, parts of which had become the key to the drug trade in Central Asia. The UN Drug Control Program (UNDCP) estimated in 1999 that the ISI made around $2.5 billion annually from the sale of illegal drugs.

At the start of the US offensive in 2001, according to Ahmed Rashid, “The Pentagon had a list of twenty-five or more drug labs and warehouses in Afghanistan but refused to bomb them because some belonged to the CIA's new NA [Northern Alliance] allies.” Rashid was “told by UNODC officials that the Americans knew far more about the drug labs than they claimed to know, and the failure to bomb them was a major setback to the counter-narcotics effort."

James Risen reports that the ongoing refusal to pursue the targeted drug labs came from neocons at the top of America’s national security bureaucracy, including even Donald Rumsfeld. These men were preserving a pattern of drug-trafficking protection racket in Washington that dates back all the way to World War 2.

Thanks primarily to the CIA-backed anti-Soviet campaign of the 1980s, Afghanistan today is a drug-corrupted and heroin-ravaged society from the heads of state all the way down to the junkies on the streets.

Governing Afghans are likely to become involved in the drug traffic, sooner or later, just as the FARC in Colombia and the Communist Party in Myanmar have evolved in time from revolutionary movements into drug-trafficking organizations.

The situation in Pakistan is not much different. The US mainstream media have never mentioned the February 23 report in the London Sunday Times and that Asif Ali Zardari, now the Pakistani Prime Minister, was once caught in a DEA drug sting.

Important as heroin may have become to the Afghan and Pakistani political economies, the local proceeds are only a small share of the global heroin traffic. According to the UN, the ultimate value in world markets in 2007 of Afghanistan’s $4 billion opium crop was about $110 billion: this estimate is probably too high, but even if the ultimate value was as low as $40 billion, this would mean that 90 percent of the profit was earned by forces outside of Afghanistan.

It has been estimated that 80 percent or more of the profits from the traffic are reaped in the countries of consumption. The UNODC Executive Director, Antonio Maria Costa, has reported that “money made in illicit drug trade has been used to keep banks afloat in the global financial crisis.”

Since the time of invasion of Afghanistan, the Opium production is given a boost by United States and its powered Afghan government. Hamid Karzai and his clan are heavily involved in this business. This being understood, they have taken measures to cultivate Opium, provided support for trafficking with Tajikistan in a legal way and this has resulted as an increase in use of Opium around the globe and has especially hit Russia and Europe.

In the years since the U.S.-led invasion of Afghanistan Russia has been flooded with heroin. The drug has crept along a trail stretching from Afghanistan through Tajikistan and other Central Asian nations and over the Russian border, turning the country into the world's top consumer of heroin, the Russian government says.

The drug has spread like fire through a country uniquely unqualified to cope with its dangers: Narcotics were largely absent during Soviet times, and most people are still unaware of the risk of heroin addiction, even as an estimated 83 Russians a day die by overdosing on the drug, official statistics show. Russia estimates that one in every 50 people of working age is addicted to heroin. South Wales has seen a jump of 180% in heroin addiction rates since the invasion of Afghanistan. In 2008, the EU estimated that a young European died every hour from a drug overdose.

Also, folks, it's not just opium coming out of Afghanistan. According to the UNODC World Drug Report 2011, Afghanistan is also "among the significant cannabis resin producing countries," producing somewhere between 1,500 and 3,500 metric tons of hash in 2010, with no reason to think it has changed dramatically in 2011. That brings in somewhere between $85 million and $265 million at the farm gate.

A decade after the US invasion, Afghanistan remains the world's largest opium producer by far and possibly the world's largest cannabis producer. Given the crucial role these drug crops play in the Afghan economy, there is little reason to think anything is going to change anytime soon.

Facebook is CIA's Primary Intelligence Source

CIA uses Facebook to Openly and Legally Spy on Americans

People share virtually every bit of information about themselves with Facebook. From age, race, sexual orientation, religious and political affiliation, even daily updates about their whereabouts, people are sharing literally everything. And since this is open source information, it is totally legal for the CIA, FBI, DHS and any other acronym and law enforcement agency to use it.

When this information is posted alongside with your picture, the government can (and does) create a composite profile of you and literally every American who is even remotely connected to a social media site, particularly Facebook, but also Twitter, Google Plus, MySpace, YouTube and about a dozen others.

Deputy CIA Director, Christopher Sarinsky, said about Facebook: “After years of secretly monitoring the public, we were astounded so many people would willingly publicize where they live, their religious and political views, an alphabetized list of all their friends, personal emails addresses, phone numbers, hundreds of photos of themselves, and even status updates about what they were doing moment to moment. It is truly a dream come true for the CIA.”

Although I was aware of the U.S. government efforts to monitor the Internet, including social media, having written several articles about the subject, including, U.S. Homeland Security Monitoring Facebook, Twitter and other Sites for Signs of Discontent, Internet Anonymity, Security is a Purposely Spread Illusion and Big Brother has Your Password, but even I had no idea as to what extent.

The collected data is then assessed, studied and analyzed by every type of expert known to man. This analysis is "sought by the highest levels at the White House" and ends up in the President's intelligence briefing almost on a daily basis, Doug Naquin, director of the CIA's Open Source Center was quoted saying.

Facebook and the other social media sites are enabling the CIA, NSA, DHS, FBI and every other acronym reporting to Washington to get reliable real-time assessments of public sentiment during rapidly changing events around the world.

Monitoring these sites saves intelligence and police agencies millions in information gathering operations, as well as countless man hours. It's a lot easier and cheaper to obtain information that is shared with you voluntarily, than when it has to be gathered through wiretaps, interrogations and informants.

The CIA facility focused on counterterrorism operations was set up in response to recommendations by the 9/11 Commission.

Though the CIA team known as the "vengeful librarians" is just one of the teams that gathers information in multiple languages to build a real-time picture of the mood in various regions of the world, it is the only one the news media caught with their pants down. Who knows what other secret intelligence gathering and analyzing activities the NSA, DHS or FBI have operating in the shadows right now?

However, we do know, by their own admission, that the CIA is monitoring Facebook and watching other social networks from a nondescript facility in a Virginia industrial park, twenty-four hours a day.

News of the CIA operation comes just before the United States Department of Homeland Security said it was working on guidelines for protecting the privacy rights of US citizens while it monitors social media sites.

Yet, the CIA is suspected of even using Facebook applications, like suggested friends, which allowed the agency in more than one occasion to go deeper undercover into people's networks, to which they gained trust and access when Agents befriended them on Facebook.They are thought to use location apps like Forursquare together with GPS, to know exactly where you go, when you go there, who you meet there and how long you stay.

With Washington afraid that an Internet Revolution is Inevitable, and that it could it spill over into the Real World our government is going to be keeping closer tabs on us than ever. Maybe mainstream will wake up to what's going on when martial law is declared and various so called ‘trouble makers’ are rounded up and shipped off to Gotonomo Bay style concentration camps.

If you had been reading my articles, such as The United States is under Martial Law right now through Obama's New Executive Order and China and Russia threaten US Attack on Iran fraught with unpredictable consequences, you would know that this scary scenario becomes more likely with each passing day. I don't know what our leaders are thinking, but it appears as if they care little about our welfare, much less our wishes.

With them monitoring the Internet, social media and Bloggers, I should be worried that I would be one of the first to disappear, but I will not let them scare me any more than I will let them silence me.

Am I on Facebook? Why certainly! I love using their own systems against them.

A New Social Contract to Defend Freedom Without Sacrificing Liberty

What limits, if any, should be placed on a government's efforts to spy on its citizens in the name of national security? Spying on one's own citizens in a democracy? Changes in technology make it impractical to distinguish between 'foreign' and 'local' communications. And our culture is progressively reducing the sphere of activity that citizens can reasonably expect to be kept from government eyes. The main casualty of this transformed environment will be privacy. Recent battles over privacy have been dominated by fights over warrantless electronic surveillance or CCTV; the coming years will see debates over DNA databases, data mining, and biometric identification. There will be protests and lawsuits, editorials and elections resisting these attacks on privacy. Those battles are worthy. But the war will be lost. Modern threats increasingly require that governments collect such information, governments are increasingly able to collect it, and citizens increasingly accept that they will collect it.

Obama first took our Rights with NDAA, he's now taking our Guns, leaving us Defenseless

Quietly our government is taking our rights, now also taking our guns, leaving us defenseless to tyranny.

Starting with the Patriot Act, our government is taking our rights one by one, now also wanting to take our guns, hinting that the U.S. government is preparing for a response against probable civil unrest, possible civil war, maybe even revolution.

When looking at Obama as Commander and Chief of the U.S. military, his authority of Executive Order, the National Security Directives and the Homeland Security Presidential Directives, you will notice that there is already a lot of dictatorial power being thrown around by the President.

Indeed, over the years, the President of the United States has been allocated more and more power. Abe Fortas, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, who believed in an expanded executive branch and a less powerful legislative branch, put it like this: "The enormous growth of presidential power from FDR to Lyndon Johnson was a necessary and an inevitable adaptation of our constitutional system to national needs."

Then there came of course the Patriot Act, which dramatically reduced restrictions in law enforcement agencies' gathering of intelligence within the United States; expanded the Secretary of the Treasury’s authority to regulate financial transactions and broadened the discretion of law enforcement and immigration authorities in detaining and deporting immigrants suspected of terrorism-related acts.

Recently there came the newly revised and amended NDAA bill, with all it's new language, limiting our rights even further. Then later still came SOPA and PIPA, being replaced by ACTA and the Internet 'Kill Switch', which are attempting to censor the Internet as part of the U.S. government's ongoing effort to control and contain communication and information.

Sources show that an estimated 1,271 U.S. government organizations and approximately 1,931 private companies work on programs related to counterterrorism, homeland security and intelligence located in over 10,000 different locations across the continental United States. Who are they spying on and what are they afraid of.

By now you may have noticed a pattern, where the U.S, government is systematically taking more and more of our rights and freedoms, while gaining more and more control over our lives. It remains only for them to take our guns, thereby leaving us defenseless if or when they make their final move towards total control by declaring Martial Law. The government is more afraid discontent Americans than fanatic terrorists!

Without guns, there can be no militia, which our founding fathers saw as the last line of defense against oppressive government and crucial to the life, liberty and freedom of our people.

Gun Control is not about Guns, it is about Control!

Barack Obama will become known as the most anti-gun president in American history. Back when he was still Senator Obama, he said “words matter.” But he refuses to speak honestly about where he stands when it comes to your Second Amendment rights. Obama is a master of hiding behind cleverly chosen words and vague statements about all his policies, but particularly when talking about gun rights, he is careful to sidestep and camouflage the truth.

But even he can’t hide from the truth forever … his voting record, political associations, and long standing positions make it clear that Barack Obama is the most anti-gun president in American history.

"...just because you have an individual right does not mean that the state or local government can't constrain the exercise of that right..." - Barack Obama

To give you a quick look at the double standard of the Obama administration, note that Attorney General Eric Holder appeared before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Thursday, February 2, 2012, to answer questions about his role in the deadly “Fast and Furious” gun-running scandal. However, backed Obama, instead of answers, Congress got more defiance, arrogance and wasted time with an attorney general who only feels loyalty towards his President, rather than the American people they both swore to serve.

But at least this hearing revealed Holder's foolhardy attempt to divert attention away from himself and his disregard of responsibility, letting Congress know that Obama is still working hard to reinstate former President Bill Clinton’s so-called “assault weapons” ban.

Holder said that this administration has consistently favored the assault weapons ban. It is something that they think useful in regard to the reduction in crime, and what would have a positive impact on the crime situation in Mexico.

The Obama administration's Eric Holder and his Justice Department oversaw a scandal where our federal government illegally and immorally supplied thousands of firearms to Mexican cartels. This resulted indirectly in the death of a U.S. Border Patrol agent and hundreds of Mexicans, including both cartel members and dozens of civilian casualties.

Despite being our nation’s chief law enforcement officer as head of the Justice Department, Eric Holder maintains to this day that he doesn’t know how or why this scandal occurred, or even which of his subordinates may have authorized it. Holder still refuses to surrender critical documents to congressional investigators that may help prevent something this corrupt from happening again.

"Gun Control? It's the best thing you can do for crooks and gangsters. I want you to have nothing. If I'm a bad guy, I'm always gonna' have a gun. Safety locks? You pull a trigger with a lock on, and I'll pull the trigger. We'll see who wins." - Former mobster Sammy "The Bull" Gravano, who testified against John Gotti (his former boss), admitted to killing nineteen people, and is now living under the Witness Protection Program.

Obama believes he can ban a large number of the legal firearms from law-abiding Americans, which they use for self-defense, recreational shooting and hunting, thereby solving Mexico’s crime problem. Who does he think he's fooling? Or is he really that stupid?

Legislation is now pending in Congress to confiscate all handguns, register all guns, and tax ammunition up to 500%. Others want to go much farther. Within a few years it could be illegal for you to buy any guns or ammunition.

If you already own guns, you may be required to turn them in to the Gestapo... oops... I mean, government, under penalty of fine and imprisonment.

On February 28, 1994, Treasury Secretary Lloyd Bentsen announced the reclassification of several 12-gauge revolver-action shotguns. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (BATF) announced they would trace the owners, and order them to be fingerprinted and register with the BATF within 30 days or face a $250,000 fine and 10 years imprisonment.

In some cities police have already begun warrantless, door-to-door searches of public housing projects for guns.

Will gun prohibition make you and your family safer? The evidence from cities in the US where guns have already been virtually banned is not reassuring.

Either way, our government will make sure we all comply to whatever they are cooking up. Never before in history and nowhere else on earth has there been an intelligence and information gathering apparatus like what we have in America today.

It all started with Sellar Wind, the open secret code name for a collection of activities performed by the NSA in the wake of 9/11 involved data mining a large database of the communications of American citizens, including e-mail conversations, phone calls, financial transactions, and Internet activity. Since the implementation of the program, there have been internal disputes within the U.S. Justice Department about the legality and in 2004 Attorney General John Ashcroft ruled the program illegal.

But no problem, there was always the President’s Surveillance Program (PSP), the collection of secret intelligence activities authorized by George W. Bush after the September 11, 2001 attacks. The only section of the PSP program publicly disclosed has been the warrantless wiretapping of international communications. The other PSP activities remain classified information to this day.

There was the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 is a 236-page Act of Congress, signed by President George W. Bush that broadly affects U.S. federal terrorism laws. It established both the position of Director of National Intelligence (DNI), the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC), and the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board.

In conclusion, the U.S. government will continue to take control of our every move, in our mundane, everyday lives. They will continue to make laws, rules and regulations, enforcing them through an ever increasing integrated effort with KGB like intelligence and Gestapo like law enforcement.

Are Violent Black 'Bloc' Protestors threatening the Success of the Occupy Movement?

The Occupy Movement includes people from all walks of life with all sorts of agendas. Though unified by the desire for change, the participants vary by age, race, occupations, financial status, interests and intentions.

Though most of those who Occupy do so for righteous reasons and purpose, there are those who are only there to disrupt and destroy. Out of those there to harm the movement, there those who seek to do so for the “hell” of it, there are undoubtedly those who do so to give a bad name to a noble cause.

It would be interesting to know how many among Black Bloc are police infiltrators provoking more violence and harm.

The Black Bloc anarchists, who have been active on every front and in every city of the Occupy Movement, are that bad name. The attendance of these Black Bloc anarchists (named so because they dress all in black) who hide their faces, move around in packs, destroy property and provoke physical confrontations with police every chance they get is what not only gives Occupy a bad name, it destroys sympathy, credibility and likeability, while alienating The Movement from potential supporters.

In several cities Occupy encampments were even shut down because of these Black Bloc anarchists. There is ever growing concern that the movement is being taken over by these hate mongers bent on overthrowing capitalism with violent revolution. More and more the majority of peaceful activists worry that their message is being hijacked by hoodlums.

The Black Bloc fanatics hate those on the left, looking for ways to take away our tools of empowerment. They actually believe that petty acts of violence and vandalism is a revolution.

They argue that the real enemy is not the capitalists, globalists and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), but the radical intellectuals, environmental activists and unions. Anyone seeking to rebuild society through nonviolent, civil disobedience their enemy. Anyone on the left who is not willing to use violence is not helping their cause.

Fortunately for the Occupy movement, because anarchists do not believe in organization, they guarantee their own powerlessness. Thus, they limit themselves to being obstructionists.

Defending the rambling manifesto by their hero, the Unabomber, Theodore Kaczynski, called “Industrial Society and Its Future,” the leader of the Black Bloc, John Zerzan is a vocal critic of a long list of supposed sellouts, including Noam Chomsky (one of the greatest political minds in history) and anyone else who is not willing to use violence as a means to justify their goal... whatever that might be.

In Zerzan’s magazine failure, Green Anarchy, he once published an article by someone known as “Venomous Butterfly” which criticized the EZLN (Zapatista Army for National Liberation), declaring that “not only are those [the Zapatistas’] aims not anarchist; they are not even revolutionary.”

Even those who disagree with the use of violence and vandalism are unwilling to oppose and afraid to speak out against the Black Bloc, not only because that would be siding with “the enemy,” but also out of fear of revenge by these violent thugs, who are not above using vandalism and beatings to intimidate people who don't agree with them.

Occupy locations around the nation have set-up General Assemblies (“GA”) for governance and planning of their agenda. Unfortunately, the Black Bloc excessively manipulates decisions made at the GAs, with the majority of the Occupy participants only showing up for demonstrations, the Black Bloc hoods which often camps on location overnight, are often left to dominate activities.

Time magazine national poll found: “Occupy movement has a 54 percent favorable rating; the Tea Party’s rating is 27 percent,” in mid-October, but after the vandalism and reported rapes in Occupy New York, Dallas, Cleveland and Baltimore, only 33 percent of likely U.S. voters held a favorable view of the protesters, with 43 percent regarding them unfavorably.

The growing Black Bloc is obviously attempting to disrupt the Occupy Movement. The question is if America and the world will embrace the overall message of the real, honorable activists or succumb to the anti-message of violent thugs.

In the end, it may prove to be more effective using Anonymous, rather than Occupy, as a model for demanding change. Though even Anonymous has it’s own Black Bloc of sorts, the sheer numbers possible with this representation, will show it the more effective way to force governments to pay attention, even getting them to accept some of their demands.

This way of persuasion proved itself recently by getting the prominent SOPA and PIPA censorship bills shelved. Nobody thought it would be possible to reverse bills that had already been voted in, but the overwhelming social media protest participation of people everywhere finally made Washington realize it would be wise to back down.

Unfortunately, Washington is already preparing for a better response to any such attempts to get legislation changed in the future. In fact, by passing measures such as CISPA, NDAA and the new Executive Order, lawmakers are laying the groundwork to squash any future attempts by the public, whether it be Occupy, Anonymous or anybody else, to dictate policy.

Fortunately, the countless attempts that have been made to provide Obama with an Internet “kill switch,” have met with such an outcry from left and right alike that they have died in Congress. The day this happens is the day our last shreds of freedom will truly be in jeopardy, effectively shutting down Anonymous and other hacktivists, as well as stopping the free-flow of information and communication needed for the public to be kept aware of oppressive plans and actions and the means to organize and launch an opposition like the Occupy Movement.

No, I don’t think it will be quite as easy to stop Washington next time, folks.

But let’s do our best anyway!

Big Brother is Spying from Drones Overhead

Unmanned Drones are already flying for Law Enforcement

The killing of terrorist and insurgents by heavily armed drones, controlled by operators thousands of miles away has prompted criticism that the technology is too impersonal and results in too much collateral damage, but most critics have been silent considering the many pilots that have been spared.

While drones are in heavy use in the wars abroad, their use in the States is rare, because of federal restrictions on air space. Commercial use is virtually forbidden, and less than 300 certificates of authorization have been issued to government entities to take drones for a whirl. The Federal Aviation Association, though, has announced that it plans to revisit its restrictions in the spring of 2012. That means it could be much easier to fly drones in the U.S. as soon as 2013 or 2014. What will that mean? Who will use them?

The technology has attracted not only military, but also intelligence and law enforcement customers.

Drones are already in use by British police, there is a discussion about equipping domestic drones with weapons in the US, and Australian police have started to show interest in acquiring them.

The thought of drones in civilian spaces—especially drones operated by law enforcement—makes many American civil libertarians suspicious. The same is true in the United Kingdom. Several companies that want the U.K. to adopt surveillance drones are trying to combat the machines’ “spy in the sky” stigma.

Recently, the L.A. published a rather disturbing story about the use of Predator drones by local law enforcement officials in the United States. The article reported a recent example where a sheriff in South Dakota called in a Predator B drone to perform surveillance on a family farm!

The article recounts an incident which occurred over the summer in Nelson County, South Dakota. The local sheriff, Kelly Janke, went looking for six missing cows at a farm owned by the Brossart family. Coincidentally, the family allegedly belongs to an anti-government group called the Sovereign Citizen Movement and has had repeated run-ins with local police in Nelson County.

The cows had supposedly crossed into the Brossart's farm, which was reason enough apparently for the sheriff to get a search warrant and pay them a visit. I suppose that in South Dakota it's normal to obtain search warrants to search for missing cows. When the sheriff arrived at the farm he was confronted by three men with rifles who ordered him to get off of their property.

This being South Dakota, the sheriff naturally called for reinforcements from from three different county sheriffs departments, the state Highway Patrol, a regional SWAT team, the bomb squad, ambulances and of course, a Predator drone! What the hell is happening in America?

Sheriff Janke found out about the drones last spring when attending a briefing on how two Customs and Border Protection drones based at a nearby air base could help local law enforcement. When Janke called for backup, one of the drones patrolling the Canadian border over North Dakota and Montana was called in to assist at the Brossart farm.

Officers were able to watch live video from the drone as it circled at 10,000 feet, providing a feed of thermal imaging streamed down to a handheld device, showing the Brossarts moving around their property with rifles in hand. Sheriff Janke and his army decided to retreat until the following day.

The following morning, the Predator was back above the Brossart farm providing images to the sheriff, showing that the Brossarts were no longer armed. Janke and the SWAT team were able to arrest Rodney Brossart, his daughter and three sons and find the missing cows.

Unbelievable! The use of drones for retrieving some cows! This is hardly an isolated incident, as Predator drones are being used for surveillance purposes by Federal, state, and local agencies all across the country. It appears as if this is becoming a common practice and without any public acknowledgement or debate. Like a lot of things outrageous, unnecessary and controversial, our leaders manage to keep these types of things out of mainstream media.

For example, though North Dakota has used the Grand Forks' Predators to fly at least two dozen surveillance flights since June, Michael C. Kostelnik, a retired Air Force general who heads the office that supervises the drones said, Predators are flown "in many areas around the country, not only for federal operators, but also for state and local law enforcement and emergency responders in times of crisis."

Good to know! Good to know how our tax money is being flown around.

Drone purchases for the Customs and Border Protection agencies were first authorized by Congress in 2005. According to the Times, these Federal agencies own eight of the unmanned spy planes.

Furthermore, there use in state and local matters is apparently justified by Federal officials who cite "broad authority to work with police from budget requests to Congress that cite 'interior law enforcement support' as part of their mission," according to Bennett's article.

The reason that such controversial and scary tactics have been under the mainstream "radar" is because U.S. courts have allowed law enforcement to conduct aerial surveillance in the absence of a warrant. Predator drones can not be seen or heard and are operated remotely, falling under the same legal guidelines as police helicopters or aircraft.

This means that Federal, state, and local law enforcement officials are using U.S. air space to conduct surveillance on American citizens in missions that resemble those being carried out against Al-Qaeda and other terrorists in Afghanistan, Pakistan and other foreign countries.

Does anybody other than myself see a problem with this?

New Future Airport Screening Technology Seeking to Auto-Find Terrorists & Criminals

F.A.S.T. the Automatic Screening Technology to Routinely Detect Terrorists and Criminals

Those of you who are offended by "inappropriate" and "offensive" airport security pat-downs may soon be able to breath easier. But at what a price?

The Department of Homeland Security is currently developing a new $20 million dollar technology, called F.A.S.T., or “Future Attribute Screening Technology,” which will use crowd-monitoring body sensors that detect individuals’ pulses, body language, breathing rates and facial temperatures to determine threats.

FAST is credited with surprisingly accurate results, identifying suspicious behavior in four out of five scenarios. The effective accuracy rate of FAST is said to be 78% on mal-intent detection, and 80% on deception.

Project officials hope various sensors and cameras located at security checkpoints that would measure the natural signals coming from your body, such as your heart rate, breathing, eye movement, body temperature and fidgeting, can help security more effectively find out if you are a terrorist or criminal, rather than trying to find whether you have hidden explosives or whether you're carrying a weapon.

Project manager Robert Burns said that those physiological signs, measured together, will indicate whether you might have the desire or intent to do harm.

"There's been a large field of research that ties your physical reactions to your mental state, your emotional state. We're looking for those signals that your body gives off naturally," he continued.

Burns said the technology will pick up signals that may not be noticed by a human and help security personnel decide more effectively whether to hold someone for questioning.

FAST could even be used in locations other than airports, wherever there are security concerns, such as convention centers, federal buildings, mass transit centers, arenas and stadiums.

One of the units is a thermal imaging device that measures the temperature of a face. A screener would look for temperature changes (a possible response to stress) as a person is asked questions.

Some have compared FAST with the Pre-Crime of the movie Minority Report

Another device, an eye tracker, follows a person's gaze, checking blinking and pupil dilation. One of the machines tracks the heart and another the respiratory rates. Believe it or not, there is a fidgeting monitor! And they aren't just going to look at gestures, they are also going to look for the absence of signals, which is indicative of something being wrong.

Civil liberties groups claim this screening technology is an invasion of privacy. "Nobody has the right to look at my intimate bodily functions, my breathing, my perspiration rate, my heart rate, from afar," a prominent civil rights advocate said.

John Verdi of the Electronic Privacy Information Center states that FAST is “substantially more invasive in airports,” referring to it as a medical exam that the government has no right to conduct. There’s also concern that FAST could improperly identify physical conditions heart murmurs, breathing problems, and high stress levels as threats. But wouldn't that be a good thing?

Maybe the security guard at the airport could tell me when I'm getting ready to have a heart attack? Maybe airport security can refer me to a doctor?

Is the FBI Monitoring Your Social Networks?

Everybody knows the FBI has been monitoring social media, yet they want to step it up more!

Social media has never been private. And the FBI has taken advantage of social media carelessness with all they've got.

Although OSINT, better known as open-source intelligence, has been around for a long time, people continue to share photos, videos and personal info without a second thought.

Not only does the FBI want a data-mining social media application, but InformationWeek reports that the CIA, DHS and the IARPA, also known as "the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Agency, are also interested in mining the Web. Pretty much every acronym in the book is for picking up clues about public opinion and news for use in only god knows what.

Even though this is all publicly available information, it's still a bit sinister, considering your 'personal info' could be misinterpreted and saved by a government database like the DHS database of secret watchlists.

This is all not new, as the ACLU reported that spying on free speech was nearly at Cold War levels back in 2010. In 2010, the EFF also warned that Big Brother wants to be your friend on social media. And it's getting worse. The spying and data storage is at epidemic levels. Just this week, Napolitano said in her DHS pressrelease, "Think of it this way--if we have to look for a needle in a haystack, it makes sense to use all of the information we have about the pieces of hay to make the haystack smaller."

Recently, the FBI busted MegaUpload founders for copyright infringement on a massive scale. Now the government is in the market for a social media application to help them predict, prevent and respond to crises.

In fact, the FBI is looking for a geospatial and analysis mapping tool that will allow them to identify and geolocate events, incidents and emerging threats. Supposedly, this will be used for reconnaissance and surveillance, national security events planning and operations, counterintelligence, terrorism, “cyber” crime, SIOC (Semantically-Interlinked Online Communities) operations, as well as other missions. They want a flexible system that can adapt and identify a variety of situations.

The government has already been unofficially using social networking sites for investigations, data collection, and surveillance for quite some time. The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) and the Samuelson Clinic at U.C. Berkeley filed suit against several government agencies recently for refusing to disclose their data collection policies.

The Department of Justice did release some of this information on January 24, which included DPD draft search warrants and affidavits for Facebook and DOD draft search warrants and affidavits for MySpace, not to mention the articles and PowerPoint presentations on how to use social media sites for investigations.

The draft search warrants are especially interesting as they show the full extent of data the government regularly requests for investigations of people. This includes more than just people's profile information but also who you “poke” and who “pokes” you, who rejects your friend requests, what music you listen to, all photos you upload as well as any photos you’re tagged in (whether or not you upload them), who’s in each of your Facebook groups, which apps you use, your privacy settings and IP logs that can show if and when you viewed a specific profile and from what IP address you did so.

These findings did indeed reveal how few, if any, of our online activities are actually private. Yet still the government wants more. Here are some of their most requested capabilities:

The uncovered information did raise concerns that such surveillance could have a negative impact on free speech and freedom of the press. But just because the government is watching, doesn’t mean it is actually, officially watching you. MegaUpload.com for example, had a large-scale operation with 50 million daily visitors and 150 million registered users that accounted for 4% of the total traffic on the Internet. The indictment stated the company had made about $175 million in profits through advertising revenue and premium memberships. The amount of damages to copyright holders is believed to total more than $500 million.

What's really interesting is, that all of this occurred without the help of the censorship bills SOPA, PIPA or ACTA. It goes to show that there is already enough surveillance and censorship legislation and technology out there. Do we really need more?

NDAA is Worst Legislation since Patriot Act

Never Mind SOPA, PIPA or even the New ACTA, the NDAA Bill is the Worst U.S. Legislation since the Patriot Act!

What is Wrong Our President, Our Senate, Our House and the Rest of Our Government allowing Oppression last seen in the former Soviet Union?

With all the gift-giving and partying over the holidays, all the other attention given to the social action to repeal the legislation of SOPA and PIPA, and now the new ACTA, plus god knows whatever else our leaders are trying to put on us, I can see how the general public could miss the importance of the new NDAA bill. Particularly when considering that the elitist controlled mainstream media has been ignoring or downplaying the issue, trying to avoid the public resistance that stopped the two infamous censorship bills, SOPA and PIPA.

Even if you didn't catch my recently I published articles, Repeal NDAA! Initiative to Take Back America! or New NDAA Bill Prepares U.S. for Martial Law as Washington Plans to Squash Civil Unrest, you have probably heard something about the NDAA from somewhere else, for no matter how hard The Powers That Be try to keep it out of the headlines, nobody can keep something this huge a secret very long.

However, if you don't know what all the fuss is about, let me sum it up for you: Last New Year's Eve, President Obama signed the NDAA, or National Defense Authorization Act, which gives him, and any future president, the ability to use the military against the America people.

Yes, as of January 1, 2012, anyone the government considers a "threat" to the nation can be arrested off the street and detained indefinitely without representation of an attorney and without due process. Not by the FBI or local police, but by the military! Does this remind you of something?

Yes, according to the bill, the U.S. Military can snatch you out of bed in the middle of the night, without telling anyone, anything. No warrant, no reasonable doubt. No lawyer. No trial. Just like the Gestapo did in Germany before and during WWII.

This legislation is by the same politicians who claim that veterans returning from combat, anti-abortion and anti-big government believers were potential domestic terrorists. I guess I had better start worrying!

I don't know if it's out of fear of the chaos and anarchy that could erupt should our economy collapse, or if it's just part of the elitist plan for a New World Order, but either way our government has decided to turned the Land of the Free, into a police state. Or should I say, a military state, primed for Martial Law?

After 9/11, when the War on Terrorism was just beginning, President Bush enacted the Patriot Act. This allowed the government to spy on Americans, monitoring their phones, mail, financial records and activities to discover whether or not someone was a terrorist. It brought about changes in law enforcement that trampled on citizen's rights like nothing before in the history of the United States. Until now.

The provisions of the Patriot Act allows the government to spy upon U.S. citizens while the NDAA also allows the government to arrest a citizen for no reason other than being "suspected" of terrorism, setting the stage for Martial Law.

Even though many Americans were willing to trade privacy for safety and security, many people don't realize that this is exactly what both the terrorists and our politicians wanted all along. The terrorists have succeeded in making us live in fear and change our care-free lifestyles, while our government got the green light to tighten the noose of control around our necks.

Although I am not saying that our politicians were involved in the 9/11 attacks, or in cahoots with the terrorists like some conspiracy theorists are claiming, I must admit that the terrorists did some of our power-hungry politicians a favor.

To demonstrate how our politicians are using fear to strengthen their grab for power, Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina argued that the law would only apply to U.S. citizens' who have aided Al-Qaeda or other terrorist organizations. He made up a story of how a U.S. citizen might fly to Pakistan to receive terrorist training, only to return home and shoot fellow citizens, using this fairy-tale example of how one single U.S. citizen might become a possible risk, to justify doing away with a citizen's right to due process and trial by jury.

The NDAA bill should have the entire country calling for the impeachment of any and all politicians responsible for the NDAA. While normally this is just an act which details the monetary calls of the Department of Defense which is passed every year, the changes in the bill for the 2012 fiscal year and can be seen as an extension of the Patriot Act.

How could this law have been passed, I ask, when it is clearly unconstitutional? The Fourth Amendment grants liberty from unreasonable search and seizures and the Sixth guarantees every U.S. citizen trial by jury. No matter what the bill's supporters might have claimed about the provisions being misunderstood, the fact remains that it is unconstitutional.

In a country that once prided itself in a law that guaranteed legal representation and due process, and meant being innocent until proven guilty, this is an disturbing change of which many American are even unaware of.

Knowing good and well that the bill is unconstitutional, and just plain wrong, President Obama released a statement regarding NDAA:

"Moreover, I want to clarify that my Administration will not authorize the indefinite military detention without trial of American citizens. Indeed, I believe that doing so would break with our most important traditions and values as a Nation. My Administration will interpret section 1021 in a manner that ensures that any detention it authorizes complies with the Constitution, the laws of war, and all other applicable law."

President Obama went on to say that, "...his administration will not authorize the indefinite detention of American citizens." However, Obama also said that he would close Guantanamo Bay, that he would recall the troops from Iraq within 16 months of taking office and that he would end the Bush tax cuts. No matter why these promises were not kept. They weren't kept.

President Obama stated concern about the provision which would allow the military to be used in place of law enforcement and indefinitely detain American citizens. However, is the President doing anything to reverse of suspend the provision to give the military this new power?

The People's Resistance

Not long ago the Internet united against the two censorship bills, SOPA and PIPA, which would have given the U.S. Government new powers to shut down websites believed have violated copyright laws. The Internet responded with thousands of forwarding all their traffic to a website directing people to call their Representatives to protest the “Internet Censorship Bills” going through Congress. Over 13 Million American citizens did, prompting Congress to suspend both bills indefinately.

This demonstrated that Representative Democracy works to a certain extent if people participate! But this participation must be in great numbers, and must include both voting and calling elected officials. As I mentioned in my article, Repeal NDAA! Initiative to Take Back America!, it's not from perfect, but it is better than bowing down to a dictator or king. Even the wealthy elite know their limits to how far they can push us. As I mentioned before, they remember the French Revolution, and they surely remember the guillotine.

Unfortunately, most people don't call their representatives until it is almost too late. They wait until the last possible moment, after something terrible has happened, before finally taking action. If we the the people wait until Martial Law has been declared to call our Representatives, chances are it will be too late.

Repeal the NDAA

On February 3rd there is a Nationwide NDAA 2012 Congressional Protest planned to oppose NDAA, so if you haven’t called your Representatives by then, do so on February 3rd in order to unite with as many people as possible in a productive form of participatory democracy! You could of course organize a similar event in your hometown, your state, nationally or online. The options are endless and the support is everywhere.

Representative Ron Paul recently introduce legislation to repeal section 1021 from the NDAA (the section giving the military said powers). The implications of the Patriot Act, NDAA, SOPA, PIPA, ACTA and other government grabs for power are getting bolder all the time, as they step on our rights and freedoms. For example, according to Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky, there are laws regarding terrorist suspects in America in place by the Department of Justice against having a food supply lasting at least seven days can be grounds for being suspected of terrorism.

I have a pantry which contains more than a seven day food supply. Worse, I am writing a story that is against the politicians in Washington. Can I be seen as an enemy of the United States of America?

Repeal NDAA! Initiative to Take Back America!

NOTE: This post will be updated regularly with new Info and Dates about Initiatives against the NDAA.

As Americans look upon the unbelievable horror of the legislation passed under NDAA, National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, many begin to realize that the United States has been classified as a “battlefield,” allowing American citizens to be arrested off the streets, carted off to a foreign detention camp and held indefinitely without trial.

Everybody who understands the amendments of the new NDAA bill, no matter if they have been introduced to it or if they happen to stumble across it by accident, is alarmed and appalled that this could be happening in the United States of America.

A few days ago I wrote the article, New NDAA Bill Prepares U.S. for Martial Law as Washington Plans to Squash Civil Unrest, to warn you of what's happening and prepare you for what's ahead. Though the article got an overwhelming response, I got the feeling many people just couldn't believe this was really happening. Well, read on folks, you'll see that this nightmare is all too real!

Section 1021 of the NDAA allows the U.S. military to indefinitely detain, without due process, any person engaged in "hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners ... without trial until the end of hostilities."
Section 1022 expressly states that the military will imprison anyone who is a member of al-Qaeda or "an associated force" that acts like al-Qaeda; and anyone who planned or carried out an attack, or attempted attack, against the U.S.
Section 1022 continues that detaining American citizens is not required. "UNITED STATES CITIZENS — The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to citizens of the United States."

Even before the bill was signed by Obama, the President had mixed emotions about certain NDAA amendments.

The bill only has a 2 percent approval rating on a poll conducted by OpenCongress.com. Only 8 people support the bill out of 395 voters. Another poll conducted by PopVox has the bill with a 9% approval rating and a 91% disapproval rating out of 397 participants.

In a statement released after the signing of the bill, Obama said, "I want to clarify that my Administration will not authorize the indefinite military detention without trial of American citizens. Indeed, I believe that doing so would break with our most important traditions and values as a Nation."

Obama continued, "I have signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation, and prosecution of suspected terrorists," even though he signed the bill not agreeing with everything included in the bill.

The White House has not only asserted the right to carry out state-sponsored assassination anywhere in the world without having to provide any evidence or go through any legal process, the administration merely has to state that the target is a terrorist and it doesn’t matter whether they are an American citizen or not.

What's more, the bill's Feinstein Amendment 1031(e) states that “any person who has committed a belligerent act” faces indefinite military custody, but no trial or evidence has to be presented, the White House merely needs to make the accusation. And what is, a "belligerent act”? That could be almost anything!

Although this seems to be the biggest cause of alarm for most people, like myself, the Obama administration never had a real problem with the indefinite detention described in Section 1031 of the bill, thus "acting" to ensure it applied to American citizens.

The question of whether or not Obama would veto the bill arose out of issues with Section 1032, which is the part of the bill that worries me the most as well, as it pertains to using the military, rather than law enforcement, to take custody of individuals.

Obama threatened a veto for 1032, but not 1031 which refers to imprisoning citizens without a trial. Obama has never suggested using a veto to stop Section 1031 citizen imprisonment. Like me, our President is more worried about using the military as a police force.

This makes even more sense if we go back to mid-August 2009, when the Pentagon approached Congress requesting to post approximately 400,000 military personnel throughout the United States. In conflict with the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, which established to limit the Federal government’s ability to use the military for domestic law enforcement. At the time the move was seen by many as another alarming measure on the part of the government to implement martial law as a matter of course, rather than a worst case scenario.

Ron Paul went as far as saying that with the signing of the NDAA bill, "President Obama has began the official establishment of martial law in the United States."

Recently our Leaders have Witnessed the Power of the People

On January 18, 2012 the Internet united against the SOPA and PIPA censorship bills. These two bills would have given the Federal Government new powers to shut down websites it believes have infringed copyright laws. Thousands of Website went on blackout! They forwarded their traffic to a website dedicated to directing citizens to calling their Representatives to voice their opposition to the “Internet Censorship Bills” going through Washington. Over 13 million Americans acted, successfully stopping both bills... for now. Even if there is a new danger on the horizon with what is called ACTA I will be reporting about ACTA tomorrow on my sister site, Censorship Watch, the people did show the elitists our strength.

What this proves is that Representative Democracy works to a certain, small degree…if you participate in it! Both by voting, and by calling your elected officials. It's far from perfect, but it is better than having a dictator or a king. Are elections manipulated? Of course, but even the wealthy elite have their limits to how far they can push us. They remember the French Revolution, the masses that had finally enough, and they sure remember the guillotine.

The problem is most people only call their representatives when something horrible comes to vote. If you wait until Martial Law has been declared to call your Representatives, chances are you will be too late. Every single Session of Congress is important. Rights and freedoms are taken away slowly over time, often without anybody even noticing or anything being done to stop the approaching oppression.

The Internet gives us the ability to easily keep track of our government, so don't be too lazy to contact your Representatives to let them know how you want them to vote.

Next Course of Action: Repeal Section 1021 of NDAA

The National Defense Authorization Act introduced a new concept, the ability for the military to indefinitely detain U.S. Citizens suspected of Terrorism, without Trial or Due Process of Law.

Representative Ron Paul recently introduce legislation to repeal section 1021 from the NDAA (the section giving the military said powers). We should flood our representatives phones, offices and mailboxes with demands they support Rep. Paul’s H.R. 3785, and repeal section 1021 from the National Defense Authorization Act. Unfortunately, nobody seems to wan to do anything, as most people aren't taking the bill seriously.

Thank god Ron Paul recognized the dangers of the NDAA, introducing a bill that fixes the NDAA by eliminating the offensive parts of Section 1021 regarding martial law and the indefinite prison detention of possibly innocent Americans. In fewer than 100 words, the text of Paul’s legislation, HR 3785, would overturn section 1021 of the NDAA, but it seems he is not getting the support he will need to overturn, repeal or reverse the offensive language of the bill.

I don't understand why I don't see near the support for NDAA as I saw for SOPA, PROTECT IP or the new ACTA. Don't people care anymore?

I have scoured the Internet, both far and wide, looking for some big, sponsored petitions to repeal NDAA, (possibly even finding one that had Section 1032 as the main issue, rather than 1031 like most of them) but was shocked, outraged and disgusted to only find a couple of small petitions, the biggest of which only had 1,258 signatures at the time I am writing this. I don't know if this is just not getting the publicity it deserves, or if people just don't care, but I am going to fight the NDAA in its entirety with everything I've got.

Unfortunately, the problem is that all the petitions only have a few signatures and the Facebook Pages all only have a few Likes. All of us patriots who started these ant-NDAA petitions and Facebook Pages need to work together if we want to have any success in getting this bill repealed. If you are one of these true Americans, let us stand together and really do something against the NDAA. Let us pool our sources and resources and either write a new petition or agree to sponsor one of the ones already in circulation. Let us together promote that petition and make sure it gets to President Obama.

On February 3rd there was a day of protest and action to oppose NDAA, unfortunately the media's efforts to keep everything NDAA out of the headlines worked, and few people than expected participated in this public display of discontent.

Indeed, the National Defense Authorization Act is still buried in the back burners of mainstream media. Everybody seems to be fighting ACTA and the new HR 1981 Internet snooping bill which was authored by lead SOPA sponsor Lamar Smith. Though definitely worthwhile causes (which I will be fighting on my Censorship Watch blog) the NDAA is truly the most dangerous legislation to have come out of Washington since the Patriot Act.

To start our battle against the NDAA, censorship and oppression, though he doesn't have the charisma of Obama, the persuasiveness of Newt Gingrich or the presence of Mitt Romney, we must vote for Ron Paul, the only presidential candidate against the NDAA. If you are for freedom and against the NDAA, you must vote for the mild manored, soft spoken Pon Paul, as he is the only presidential candidate with integrity and honor to really care about the people of the United States.

U.S. Homeland Security Monitoring Facebook, Twitter and other Sites for Signs of Discontent

DHS outsourced $11.3 Million to monitor social media sites like Facebook and Twitter for signs of discontent.

Records reveal that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security paid contractors $11.3 million dollars to monitor Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, alternative news media, blogs, forums and many other sites.

Although USDHS Undersecretary Caryn Wagner said recently that the Homeland Security department, established after the 9/11 attacks, is not actively monitoring any social networks, in the Department of Homeland Security’s National Operations Center (NOC) released Publicly Available Social Media Monitoring and Situational Awareness Initiative, the intelligence-gathering arm of the DHS, the Office of Operations Coordination and Planning (OPS) gives itself permission to “gather, store, analyze, and disseminate” data on millions of users of social media (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) and business networking sites (Linkedin).

Specifically, it described the plan and purpose behind the DHS’s collection of personal information from news anchors, journalists, reporters, or anyone else who posts articles, comments, or other information to many popular web outlets. The report defined the target audience as anyone who may use “traditional and/or social media in real time to keep their audience situationally aware and informed.”

Documents of a lawsuit by the Electronic Privacy Information Center (‘EPIC’), disclose that the federal government awarded a 11.3 million dollar contract to the military contractor, General Dynamics, to monitor social networks, blogs, news media sites, even comments, for “public reaction to major governmental proposals with homeland security implications.” That’s government bureaucratic-lingo for public discontent.

DHS agents using advanced modeling and simulation equipment

While it has long been known that the department monitors the Internet for information about emerging threats to public safety like a natural disaster or a terrorist attack, the documents show that its Social Networking / Media Capability program is also focused on “public reaction to governmental proposals with homeland security implications.”

The DHS activities are one of the key reasons why the U.S. Senate created the Church Committee in the 1970′s in the first place, inquiring why federal agencies were investigating political dissent. Yes, that's right, Americans spying on Americans who disagreed with U.S. policies.

As I detailed in my article, Facebook is CIA's Primary Intelligence Source, people share virtually every bit of information about themselves with their favorite social media sites. Not only are people sharing the obvious, such as their age, race, sexual orientation and religious beliefs, they are now even posting their political affiliations, convictions and frustrations, some of which could be misinterpreted. They are now sharing literally everything. And since this is open source information, it is totally legal for the DHS, FBI, ATF, DEA, CIA, NSA and any other acronym and law enforcement agency to use it.

This information is posted alongside your picture, where the government creates a composite profile of you and literally every American who is even remotely connected to a social media site, particularly Facebook, but also Twitter, Google Plus, MySpace, YouTube and about a dozen others.

This collected data is then assessed, studied and analyzed by experts, the results of which are "sought by the highest levels at the White House" and ends up in the President's intelligence briefing almost on a daily basis, Doug Naquin, director of the CIA's Open Source Center was quoted saying.

Deputy CIA Director, Christopher Sarinsky, went as far as saying about Facebook: “After years of secretly monitoring the public, we were astounded so many people would willingly publicize where they live, their religious and political views, an alphabetized list of all their friends, personal emails addresses, phone numbers, hundreds of photos of themselves, and even status updates about what they were doing moment to moment. It is truly a dream come true for the CIA.”

Facebook Twitter, Google Plus, MySpace and the other social media sites are enabling every agency reporting to Washington to get reliable real-time assessments of public sentiment during these troubling times.

It is not surprising that our government want to keep up with public sentiment and keep tabs on the troublemakers and rebel rouses, considering the civil uprisings and revolutions are happening around the world. Obama and other Washington lawmakers are scared that public discontent could eventually lead to an uprising like the ones they recently witnessed in North Africa, ending with those governments being overrun and their leaders being ousted, even executed. Is it not conceivable that our government fears that something of this nature could happen in the US? Still, the legal, social and moral implications of US social networking surveillance programs tracking dissent of its own citizens, even with open source tools, are deeply disturbing.

Also troubling is the fact that US Homeland Security not only knows who disagrees with them, but that the agency can shut down any sites not flattering towards the US government anytime they so choose, without warning, explanation or due process.

Though it never bothered me that Conspiracy Watch is being watched, it does bother me when realizing that they could shut down the site if they chose to do so. Even if Conspiracy Watch, or one of my sister sites, like Censorship Watch, were doing nothing but their patriotic duty trying to get out important information to the public, someone from DHS could pull the plug on my civilly minded watchdog sites.

It is activities like these of the Department of Homeland Security that the US Senate created the Church Committee in the 1970′s to investigate why US government agencies were spying on American’s who disagreed with federal policies. This resulted in the founding of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, over 35 years ago, for keeping tabs on the intelligence community (the spying on the spies) to prevent unlawful monitoring of citizens.

The Church Committee should have oversight of the kinds of wrongs that the EPIC lawsuit found out had been perpetrated by DHS contractors at General Dynamics.

Here are some of the things that DHS paid General Dynamics to monitor:

The contractor shall perform a broad open sources search for information on breaking news stories.
The contractor shall monitor major broadcast networks
The contractor shall monitor and review all Associated Press (AP) stories generated within the U.S. by each state’s AP bureau
The contractor shall monitor and receive alerts on local and regional broadcast news via categorized/focused text/video feeds
The contractor shall monitor and receive alerts on other wire service stories via categorized/focused Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds
The contractor shall monitor appropriate Internet web sites on breaking situational events
The contractor shall monitor and receive full motion video (FMV) or other streaming media

If an “incident” occurred — a “National Security Situation / International Security Situation (NSS/ISS)” — General Dynamics had to continue working on the six items above, in addition to:

Query and search the Internet using other search engines such as Google and Yahoo
Continue to monitor/review reports available via above open sources for information on other breaking news stories

Who or What is our Government Afraid of?

Department of Homeland Security Undersecretary Caryn Wagner (right) said the use of such technology in uprisings that started in December in Tunisia shocked some officials in the U.S. into attention. What, are they afraid citizens will storm the Capitol and unseat our President, Senators and Congressmen? You are kidding, Ms. Wagner, aren't you? Come on, this is America!

Aside from discussing the use of technology in unrest that has led to regime changes in Tunisia, Egypt and Libya, Wagner delivered a speech that addressed the way the department operates, implying that its critical elements include a nationwide network of 72 fusion centers that gather and analyze reports of suspicious activity.

Well, Ms. Wagner, what do you consider suspicious activity? Could it include someone posting how our government policies suck?

If so, now with Obama's new Executive Order passed, maybe I should pack my toothbrush and prepare for a long stay in the Big House.

USDA Admits to Killing Millions of Birds and Other Animals

Remember the mysterious deaths of millions of birds a while back? Everyone was wondering, what was causing the sudden death of all these birds?

There had been all kind of conspiracy theories surrounding the death of all those birds. Everything from the environment was killing them to bird-suicide. Well, some of you may have heard that the mystery has been solved. The USDA has admitted to being behind these mysterious bird deaths. Yes, the United States Department of Agriculture has publicly admitted being responsible for the mass poisoning of tens of millions of birds over the last several years. However, there is more to this story than meets the eye!

Indeed, the U.S. Department of Agriculture has publicly admitted it is responsible for the mass poisoning of tens of millions of birds over the last several years. It’s all part of the USDA’s program called “Bye Bye Blackbird,” and we even have the USDA’s spreadsheet where they document how many millions of birds (and other animals) they’ve poisoned to death.

After hundreds of starlings were found dead in the Yankton Riverside Park, concerned citizens began investigating. After a while, a USDA official called the local police and admitted they had poisoned the birds.

“They say that they had poisoned the birds about ten miles south of Yankton and they were surprised they came to Yankton like they did and died in our park,” says Yankton Animal Control Officer Lisa Brasel.

The USDA then confirmed the story and explained it was all “part of a large killing” in Nebraska. Some of the birds that ate the poison apparently flew all the way to Yankton before succumbing to the poison.

So why was the USDA poisoning birds in the first place? What's was the purpose of killing the animals? There were too many of them. A Nebraska farmer was apparently complaining that the starlings were defecating in his feed meal. The answer to this conundrum apparently isn’t to cover your feed meal but rather call the USDA and ask them to poison thousands of birds.

The USDA complied, apparently agreeing this was a brilliant idea. So they put out a poison called DRC-1339 and allowed thousands of birds to feed on that poison.

Carol Bannerman from USDA Wildlife Services ridiculously claimed the bird kill was also to protect “human health.”

Bannerman claimed; “We’re doing it to address, in this case, agricultural damage as well as the potential for human health and safety issues,” she said. That’s just a lie, of course. In what universe do starlings pose a threat to human health and safety?

Remember, these are mass killings funded with your tax dollars. The kicker is, that the government is, in fact, responsible for many of the other mysterious animal deaths that have been reported across the country.

Yes, many people had already heard that the bird killings were the handy-work of the USDA, but that's not all they've been killing off. The federal government thinks nothing of murdering million living, breathing animals, showing their total lack of respect for wildlife.

Birds aren't the only animals on the USDA death-list. Besides the 1,046,109 cowbirds, 1,259,714 European Starlings, 965,889 red-winged blackbirds, 93,210 Grackles, 96,297 pigeons and 24,519 Canadian geese, the USDA has ordered the slaughter of 27,000 beavers, 1700 bobcats, 81,000 coyotes, 2,000 gray foxes, 336 mountain lions, 1900 woodchucks, 130 porcupines, 12,000 raccoons, 20,000 squirrels, 30,000 wild pigs and 478 wolves.

And if the USDA poisons birds because certain groups become too populous, what do you suppose is planned for when human population grows too large? There are too many people now. So are they or another government agency going to start killing off humans?

Believe it or not, that's what some of our leaders, like Bill Gates, would like to do! The issue of overpopulation is older that actual overpopulation itself. Indeed, the King of England openly stated that the overpopulation of third world nations pose a threat to the international elite of global power as long ago as 1944. However, the issue of overpopulation was first brought to mainstream society by Charles Darwin a few years later, in 1952. Regarded as one of the greatest minds in history, Darwin came up with the solution he described in his book, The Next Million Years, introducing “population control” and the “future history” of mankind to the world.

“The world today has 6.8 billion people… that’s headed up to about 9 billion. Now if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by perhaps 10 or 15 percent.” - Bill Gates

Back on Sunday, October 10, 2010, I wrote the article, New World Order & American Elite call for Population Reduction, where I try to explain to the world the intentions of these madmen. With the same reasoning as Charles Darwin almost 60 years ago, population control will not impact the more intelligent, capable people who have the ability to move human civilization forward. The rich and powerful, the scientists and engineers, the doctors and innovators would be spared.

“It’s only the stupid people that are going to be killed off anyway, so this is actually helping the future of humankind,” those in control would say.

If you are not familiar with the Wegman Report, it was a report to the US Congress about the The Great Global Warming Swindle, also known as the Hockeystick Controversy, produced by Dr. Wegman, a renown statistical analyzer. According to evidence, 35 pages of the 96 page Wegman Report were plagiarized.

But this has grown far larger than the original plagiarism issue. Like Watergate, and the less known Climategate, the Copygate corporate file sharing scandal of the the so-called nonprofit group named the Recording Industry Association of America, their association with Viacom/CBS, and it’s support of illegal copyright infraction on file sharing networks with the intent to sue many thousands of American file sharers for profit, as well as pass laws further censoring the Internet.

Why are these organizations fighting for copyright protections when they’re giving out their own stuff to piracy networks for free? It’s not really about copyright infraction, it’s about the control of information on the Internet.

The rich, fat-cat elitists and their big media empires have been losing their very profitable grip on information due to the alternative media, independent bloggers and social media. Until the rise of the Internet, they used to control all information via newspapers, magazines, the radio and television. They own all the major news networks, broadcasting networks and publishing houses.

The problem is, the elitists don't own the Internet, nobody does. It is because they don't own the Internet, they cannot control the information passing through it. Well, so would seem... so they are trying to manipulate the Internet in their favor by passing laws.

The elitist backed lawmakers have tried again and again to gain control of the Internet through legislation. Without due process they ban sites and filter information. How can they do this I ask again? They do not own the Internet!

A former U.S. senator, once head of the MPAA, favors a Chinese style censorship system to the one the U.S. lawmakers are trying to pass.

Of course there is nothing wrong with non commercial open sharing of information when people support the artists that create that they watch, listen to, or download on a voluntary basis. There will always be those who take advantage of this, but the Internet has proven the system to be profitable for the artists in a big way, while still allowing those who are disadvantaged access to something they would otherwise never know.

Censorship stifles creativity and innovation, in that it prevents possibly gifted and able, yet disadvantaged people people access to the information and tools they need to reach their potential.

Since 1995 various governments around the world have been addressing the problems of material on the Internet that is illegal under their offline laws, as well as what they considered harmful or otherwise unsuitable for minors. Again, who are they to say what is harmful or unsuitable for minors? If someone doesn't like it; they don't have to get on the Internet! Why can't it be, use at your own discretion?

The nature of material of principal concern has varied from political speech, promotion of or incitement to racial hatred, pornographic,scandalous and fraudulent material. Again you don't have to get on the Internet and you don't have to visit these sites if you don't like it!

Since these reasons didn't get the elitists the control they wanted, they've found a new excuse to censor the Internet, copyright violations. Anything to shut us up!

Shut us up, from telling you that while the eyes of the world are on America's Censorship System and the (still important) SOPA and PIPA bills, an even more dangerous NDAA bill, or National Defense Authorization Act, has been passed, which could potentially be in preparation of Martial Law in America.

The thing is, by passing censorship laws and taking control of the Internet, it would be easier still for the powers that be to pass other laws similar or even worse than the NDAA, without us even knowing about them until it is too late.

It’s time for action. Spread the word to your friends and family. Promise not to vote for politicians who support NDAA or any censorship bill. There are protests, rallies and meetups happening all across the United States. There are all kinds of websites, blogs and petitions online dealing with these issues. Better yet, start your own! Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) for his past comments on detainees.

New NDAA Bill Prepares U.S. for Martial Law as Washington Plans to Squash Civil Unrest

Dangerous New NDAA Amendment signed by Obama on 12-31-11

In case you haven't heard (and they're trying to keep this out of mainstream media), President Obama just signed the new NDAA bill on December 31, 211, while most Americans were celebrating New Year's Eve.

The unpublicized new NDAA bill includes an extremely radical and very dangerous amendment that could end America as we know it.

Although the Obama Administration had previously vowed to veto the NDAA, members secretly reversed their position and signed it into law behind closed doors.

Obama later issued a statement saying officials would not use the controversial indefinite detention provisions of the bill, though this promise is in no way legally binding, much less does it prevent future Presidents from detaining and torturing American citizens without the right to a trial or attorney or formal charges. The President's statement is about as legal as a Post-it note on a manuscript.

I have written several articles about the planned New World Order of the International bankers running this country, like the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Morgans and Warburgs, including, Is the Collapse of America Inevitable? and FBI Using Patriot Act to Crush Peaceful Protesters, as well as some others, so I have been expecting this kind of thing, I just didn't think it would come so quickly.

What makes the new NDAA bill strangely, but terrifyingly different from all the other terrorism bills is that law enforcement has been replaced with the military. Yes, the police, FBI, ATF, DEA, Coast Guard and even Homeland Security have been omitted and replaced with the military. If that isn't a red flag, I don't know what is!

Not only does this go against the long standing Posse Comitatus Act against military performing civil law enforcement in the US, considering the facts and figures of the overwhelming police firepower above, it is also totally unnecessary.

Since before 9/11, our government has been militarizing police forces all across the country with state of the art equipment through a 1997 initiative by Congress called the 1033 Program, which provides law enforcement agencies with offensive assault equipment to fight terrorism.

US police have been provided with M-16 assault rifles, bulletproof Kevlar body protection, with kneepads, vests and helmets. They're received flash grenade and tear gas grenade launchers, armored personnel carriers with battering rams, tear gas launchers and turrets on top. They've also got armored tanks, and even Shadowhawk drones equipped with night vision capabilities and possible grenade launcher addition. Other Army equipment includes remote controlled inspection robots, riverboats, helmet-mounted infrared goggles, mobile command units and Puma armored tactical vehicles and 10-man armored personnel carriers costing anywhere from $256,000 to $270,000 a piece.

Homeland Security awarded more than $2-billion in grants to local police in 2011 with advance orders for 2012 having risen another 400 percent. This doesn't even count the billions disseminated through federal grant money for anti-terrorism.

Over 17,000 law enforcement agencies are currently stocking up on military equipment. Since 9/11, nearly $35-BILLION (34.8) in Federal grants have been awarded.

So tell me, with police having this much firepower, why on earth would they need the military for law enforcement? Why did the NDAA have to be amended to stipulate that military force should be used in the US if our police force has almost the same capability? What is our government up to?

Of course our government is not expecting armies of terrorists. What are they afraid of? Occupy Wall Street? Riots? Revolts? Revolution?

The biggest threat to the U.S. is not terrorists. It is the economy. The enemy comes from within. They are the bankers and their politician henchmen!

Military use to put down any uprising that would occur in case of economic collapse is the key of the NDAA bill.

According to a recently uncovered FEMA document, our Federal Emergency Management Agency was making its own plans to outline a Martial Law takeover using the Continuity of Government (COG) through the purposely engineered collapse of our economy. They would likely employ use of the Hegelian principle, whereas they would wait for the desperate reaction of hungry people before offering a secretly prearranged "final solution" of the New World Order which would normally never be accepted under normal circumstances.

FEMA documents also outline new COG contingency plans for establishment of administrative officials and support personnel. It lays out directives for dealing with the general public through use of Blue Force Situational Awareness (BFSA), a military identification system to designate friend and foe. They also use the warfare terminology Command and Control and Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), which has no legitimate purpose on US soil.

This is obviously why the NDAA says the US is now classified part of the battlefield. Under the Blue Force Situational Awareness, all COG, FEMA and military personnel would be designated code blue, or "friendly," while "red" would be for adversary, otherwise known as the general populace.

All communication systems would of course come under authority of FEMA and the COG. This would explain the recent national emergency alert drill back in November. Maybe they were testing their capability to inform Americans that martial law was being declared and to remain in their homes.

Documents show that FEMA detention camps have been put on standby, waiting to spring to life at a moment's notice.

They even reveal a government emergency operations base, called a DUMB (Deep Underground Military Base) facilit as a 564 acre Homeland Security center 64 miles west of Washington DC called Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center.

Ron Paul said about the new NDAA amendment: "...bold and dangerous attempt to establish martial law in America."

If you think this is all too unsettling and too outrageous to be real, then do a Google or Youtube search for NDAA yourself, or check out the recently unearthed documents from a publicly accessed government website, FedBizOpps.gov which outlines the secret plan.

Although the ACLU waged an all out campaign against this legislation, it was passed by all three branches of the US government. I sure hope this wasn't our last chance to stop the US from becoming a police state.

When freedom is under attack in Congress and state legislatures, an engaged populace is its first line of defense. We must take action and let law makers know that we want them to protect our civil liberties.

The Penumbral Report headlines read, Backlash Against NDAA Gains Ground, as Americans from across the political spectrum are organizing themselves to take action against those members of Congress who voted for the National Defense Authorization Act (the NDAA).

Montanans have launched a recall effort aimed at the state’s senators, Max Bacchus and Jonathan Tester, both of whom voted for the NDAA. Several reddit.com threads have sprung up concerned with focusing on recalling Senators who voted for the NDAA and/or who have voiced support for the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA). Based on votes, they have now launched “Operation Graham Cracker” aimed at unseating Lindsey Graham of South Carolina. Similar threads have been started targeting Rep. Paul Ryan of Wisconsin. While these actions are at the first state-level, many other groups are also working to reverse the NDAA on a national scale.

Several Facebook groups have sprung up, the largest thus far being “Recall Every Congressman Who Voted for the NDAA,” while the Oathkeepers have launched their own recall effort to remove from office any member of Congress who voted for the NDAA and Change.org has started an online petition to impeach every Senator who voted for the Act. Considering the impeachment process requires Congress to draw up and vote on the articles of impeachment, I doubt this approach will go very far, but I bet it will get Washington's attention.

Are US Presidential Elections really Rigged?

Control of the US is too important to the elitists, that they would let voters decide who will be President.

The US Presidential election was first rigged when the United States first became a nation by our Founding Fathers, or do you really think they left the outcome to the votes of colonial settlers?

The entire US voting system is rigged by the elitists to keep their control over their "subjects" in this so-called "democratic" society.

Most people believe the US elections are real. They either vote Republican or Democrat in a two party system, not realizing that the Illuminati elitists control both parties. And though I'm sure they have their favorite party, as well as candidates, it really doesn't matter which candidate wins, since the rich elite banksters and businessmen like the Rothschilds, Rockefellers and Morgans own them all.

Bruce Gagnon, Global Network Against Weapons & Nuclear Power in Space believes that the Republicans and Democrats are like two sides of the same coin. No matter how you flip it or how it lands, since they're on both sides, they always win.

Although it is clear to most everybody that we do not have a direct or pure democracy, as this would be a form of government in which people vote on policy initiatives directly, most people believe we have a representative democracy in which people vote for representatives who then vote on policy initiatives. However, what we have in the United States resembles more a republican form of government.

A republican form of government is a government ruled by the rich elite. When the United States of America was established, the Founding Fathers were primarily land (and slave) owners. They were the rich, upper class. Most of the Founding Fathers and even belonged to the Illuminati and Freemasons, including George Washington and Ben Franklin. Today, the elitists have made money the driving force of government, thereby creating a whole new form of government that can only be classified as pure and simple, capitalism. Today, it's truly all about the money.

The big corporate interests control everything in America. The Big Bankers and CEO's make all the important decisions. The Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Warburgs and Morgans. Forget the politicians, they’re puppets in the spotlight. Politicians are put in office to make you believe you have freedom of choice. But you have no choice.

The big banksters own everything. They own all the important properties and corporations. They own the Federal Reserve and all the major banks. They own the Senate, Congress, as well as all the state and city governments. The own the justices, judges, federal and state attorneys. They own the IRS, CIA, FBI, DEA, ATF and every other government acronym in existence. They own all the big media companies, so that they control just about all of the news and information you hear. These Illuminati elitists own every media conglomerate, every major TV and radio station, newspaper and magazine publisher, movie and music company not only in America, but around the globe. The only thing they don't own is the Internet. And by God, what they would pay to buy it. But, fortunately for us, the Internet is the one thing that they cannot buy. Nobody owns the World Wide Web.

Though the elitists own both parties, they do have their presidential preferences, so elections in the US have been rigged throughout the history of this country through voter disenfranchisement, media manipulation of public consciousness, the touch screen voting machines and tampered software in ballot scanners, while the “elections” themselves resemble televised wrestling, as they look like contests, but they are fake, rigged in advance to give the American people the belief that their votes count and that "real" democracy is happening.

Our political system has been on autopilot for decades. Maybe it's time we consider a direct democracy using the Internet and other communications technologies as a kind of e-democracy. This would be a concept of true open source government principles, allowing the entire populace to participate in governing directly, as much or as little as they please. But the powers that be would never let this happen. They would destroy our society before they would share it with the common man.

As David Icke pointed out in his book, The Biggest Secret, it has taken the Illuminati hundreds of years to put together their world wide "brotherhood", with the goal to control humanity according to their elitist beliefs without us regular folks realizing that we're being controlled.
