How to Get Chocolate Out of Your Clothes in Missouri

Post-Easter chocolates can wreck havoc on our waist lines and our favorite t-shirts! If you’ve had an unfortunate incident with what remained of a chocolate rabbit, have no fear! There are always handy tips for getting stains out of clothing and chocolate is not immune to them! Here is what you need to do:

If your shirt is washable, dab a little Wisk or any enzyme detergent on the spot and let it soak in 2 cups of water. After 20 minutes check it and then rinse thoroughly.

If your shirt is not washable, it can still be salvaged! Apply rubbing alcohol to the spot of the incident and then let it sit for 10 minutes before rinsing it carefully. A combination of water and a mild detergent (we recommend Woolite) should clean the rest of the residue.
