visto dai corridoi e dagli scaffali dell'enoteca di Eataly; naturalmente c'&amp;egrave; anche un accesso diretto da via Nizza 224, ricavato su un lato dell'edificio -splendido esempio di archeologia industriale- che, da ex fabbrica del vermuth Carpano, si &amp;egrave; trasformato nel capostipite del prestigioso marchio enogastronomico di Farinetti, le cui sedi oggi si ramificano fino a New York e a Tokyo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.con-vivium.com/reportage/reports/2012_01_03img/ingresso3.jpg" border="0" width="400" height="300" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.con-vivium.com/reportage/reports/2012_01_03img/ingresso2.jpg" border="0" width="400" height="300" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Varcata la soglia d'ingresso, da cui si ammira la grande cantina a vista, il primo ambiente che si incontra &amp;egrave; il salottino di ricevimento, con scrivania, computer e sedili in pelle chiara.&lt;br /&gt;Gli arredi sono di design caldo e moderno, con largo uso di resine, legni chiari e pannelli in cristallo acidato, per un risultato elegante ed hi-tech.&lt;br /&gt;La sala da pranzo ha pochi tavoli ampi e molto distanziati, che assicurano una una delle trattorie pi&amp;ugrave; tipicamente piemontesi del capoluogo sabaudo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.con-vivium.com/reportage/reports/2012_01_02img/esterni1.jpg" border="0" width="400" height="300" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.con-vivium.com/reportage/reports/2012_01_02img/esterni2.jpg" border="0" width="400" height="300" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gli ambienti dell'osteria, nata dove un tempo c'era una bocciofila, sono costituiti da 3 piccole salette in cui sono stati mantenuti alcuni caratteristici elementi d'arredo che creano un'atmosfera d'antan, calda e accogliente: i pavimenti in piastrelle antiche, i rivestimenti in legno scuro delle pareti fino a met&amp;agrave; possibile osservare la cucina a vista attraverso un'ampia nicchia che funge da passavivande.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.con-vivium.com/reportage/reports/2012_01_02img/salac2.jpg" border="0" width="400" height="300" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.con-vivium.com/reportage/reports/2012_01_02img/cucina.jpg" border="0" width="400" height="300" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La linea di cucina delle Antiche Sere -curata da mamma Anna Maria con il figlio Daniele Rota e la collaborazione di Claudio Zambolo- &amp;egrave;
