I have several favorite restaurants. But, if I'm in the mood to enjoy fried chicken, I would go to a restaurant that "it" and not "others." I may be said to be loyal customers the restaurant. Why I chose to go to the same restaurant again and again? Of course, because the restaurant was consistent with the taste of food. What will happen when the sweet food Monday and Tuesday to be too spicy, bland the next day and so it goes where it's constantly changing according to the day that kept changing? Of course, the restaurant was not going to get customers.

Why do we choose one brand and ignore other brands? Of course the consistency of her answers. What if the brand does not consistently maintain the quality of their products? I guess if the brand will be destroyed and are not interested anymore. Likewise with a relationship. We will feel safe with people who have consistency. We'll be safe in doing business at the time have a consistent relationship. Everyone wants consistency, everyone appreciates consistency. That is why consistency becomes absolutely necessary in achieving success. As someone who manages a business or as employees we need to have consistency. Have the best work of consistent quality. Be a reliable, capable, and always trustworthy. Attitude consistency is clearly more than just fine. Attitude consistency is good quality, which is conducted continuously. With a consistency, a good reputation will rub off on you. It will benefit ourselves. Do you have consistency?

Clean the equipment with 2 weeks soaking in lukewarm water.

Dispose of expired

Never use cosmetics that have expired. Or look at the date indicated for the period of expiration.

Do not use fingers

Try not to take the contents of cosmetics with the fingers, especially for a moisturizer, foundation and creams, try making use of cotton or equipment associated with these cosmetic devices.

If you take too much, do not be refunded

Do not put back the remaining cosmetic when we take too many, this can cause acne and skin irritation.

Store the cosmetic equipment properly

When stored in cool place and tightly closed, cosmetics can be protected from germs that get into the cosmetics.

Notice of prohibited substances in cosmetic

Factors to be considered in selecting the content of cosmetic ingredients. Make sure the materials do not contain irritants or allergy triggers. Prohibited substance is mercury and certain dyes rodhamin B. Mercury is bad on the kidneys and skin cancer, whereas Rhodamine B causes liver dysfunction.

Avoid pearl white

Cosmetics containing pearl white should also be aware of. The substance typically contains a cleaning agent or bleach, or sometimes contain mercury. For that we as women actually want to pay attention to these things, to avoid skin damage, or certain parts that touched cosmetic tools. May be useful for us all.

Thank's for join in my blog

Rules recommended drinking water is at least 2 liters a day, even if there is a smoker had to ration drinking more.

Because water is used instead of water coming out of our body, through urine, sweat, respiration and secretion.

What if we consume less water than 2 liters a day?? Balancing the body will absorb the water component in the body.

When the components in the blood in the water suction for water coming out of our bodies, the blood will be thick, preventing the travel of blood circulation in our body.

When the kidneys through the thick blood will affect the kidneys, which will result in kidney damage. That would be very harmful for us, because when we had damaged kidneys, we should be doing dialysis, which costs are not small.

The damage can also occur when passing through our brains, so that our brain functions will be reduced gradually. Brain cells will die and not working properly.

Tips healthy drinking water:

Drinking at least 4 glasses after waking up

After drinking water, stop feeding activities for approximately 30 minutes, then we can eat.

After breakfast, stop feeding activities for about 2 hours, either in liquid or solid, also apply after lunch and dinner.

If four glasses of water feels too heavy, especially for the elderly, can be replaced bit by bit and hope to be able to spend four glasses at once.

Thank's for join in my blog
