I was sent a pair to review, and I love them so much!! They were just as comfy as I imagined, and now have these babies in my purse for my next outing where my feet will start to ache after a night in those dreaded heels. Satsuma Guava Body Lotion:   I was very impressed with this body lotion. I decided to bring this one to work so that some of my coworkers could try it is as well and they were as impressed as I was with this product. The fragrance is not heavy or overwhelming. When applies it is light and easily absorbed. My hands did not have an oily or greasy residue after applying and left my hands feeling soft and smooth. I am totally hooked on this lotion and the scent!

Satsuma Guava Body Butter: I really loved using this product after I got out of the shower every morning and I applied it all over my body. The refreshing orange scent was perfect to perk me up first thing in the morning which is always a good thing. The fragrance just like the body lotion is not overwhelming and it left my skin feeling soft and silky smooth.

Satsuma Guava Body Spray: I found this body spray to be rather unique from any other that I have ever tried. The same scent as the other two products which made it perfect for layering and have the fragrance last for hours. The mist from the spray bottle is very fine so you do not have to worry about applying too much. The body spray is made with a fragrance oil and feels wonderful on your when applied

Pink Sugar Roller Perfume: I love scents that remind me of sweet food and this one really fits the bill. The pink sugar fragrance smells so yummy that it is almost good enough to eat. I also really like that the perfume roller is small enough so you can stick it in your purse and take it with you everywhere. Always handy when you want to pick me up and want to smell good!

I don’t know about you, but I for one hate packing lunches to begin with. And then having to bring your sandwiches along with fruits and vegetables in individual plastic bags really sucks! After all, plastic bags are on the outs now in our new and much greener world! Landfills are full and overflowing with plastic bags which is extremely sad.

Most parents pack lunch items for themselves, children, or spouses in single-use plastic bags, aluminum foil, or wax paper. Admittedly, these products are extremely convenient, but what is the environmental cost to a country that relies so heavily on them? It is horrible!!

For some, it can be hard to imag­ine a world with­out plas­tic – espe­cially plas­tic bags.
The cons of using plas­tic bags are so over­whelm­ing I don’t think I can think of any pros. They are a huge pol­lu­tion prob­lem, their light­weight design allows them to blow away eas­ily. The fact that they are free gives them no value so peo­ple don’t think about how they dis­pose of them. They are made from petro­leum, which could be used for fuel or energy. They don’t biode­grade, instead they break­down and are mis­taken for food and are often eaten by both land and marine ani­mals which is fatal. They are found every­where and many ani­mals become fatally entangled.
They are not biodegrad­able, so they will per­sist pretty much for­ever, wher­ever they end up. Land­fills if we are lucky, but because of their wide­spread use and their abil­ity to fly away in the wind, they can be a big part of the trash along roads and fields. If they get into the water, they look like food and end up clog­ging the stom­achs of a vari­ety of ani­mals, most famously sea tur­tles look­ing for jellyfish.

The recy­cling of plas­tic bags, while prefer­able to other dis­posal meth­ods, is not cost-effective. Plas­tic bags have only existed for 25 years yet the bil­lions that have been pro­duced since then have caused immea­sur­able dam­age to the envi­ron­ment and to wildlife. Vintage Rose Wraps really intrigued me when I initially saw all of the pretty headbands and belts that they carry!

I for one love ‘girly stuff’, quite unlike some of my friends who prefer to dress in sweats and a hoodie most of the time not even bothering to get dressed up like every girl should once in awhile!!

I love to do that often, it makes me feel so young and vibrant! I refuse to be one of those 40 year old mothers who have totally let themselves go appearance-wise after marriage and just don’t care what they wear or how they appear to others. Taking care of yourself, exercising regularly, wearing pretty clothes and makeup, are all part of assisting to maintain your youth whether you are 20 or even in your 40’s! They say that you are only as old as you feel, and if you feel old, your appearance will make you look old as well as far as I’m concerned.

Along with dressing up comes those extra added stunning accessories to give your outfit a kick! The gorgeous belts, the jewellery, and stunning headbands certainly gives your look an amazing boost! All things woman excite me! The best headbands can be found at Vintage Rose Wraps where two sisters Katie and Ginny design these headbands themselves with help from 3 other ladies who sew for them! They both love fabric and always have a desire to create! It was so hard choosing just 2 headbands to review as they are all so pretty, and the extensive array of designs and colours are endless!!

It came down to me choosing the “Charlotte Classic” and “Goes With Everything Paisley Taupe” headbands, and wow they absolutely exceeded my expectations!!
