Are you looking for thrills this autumn? If so, the Plano Haunt Jaunt combines the experience of a haunted house with a 5K race. Fans of fitness, running and Halloween will fall head over heels for this event.

On October 19, the Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve will be transformed into a spooky setting for this Plano fun run. Racing in the park will allow participants to enjoy the natural beauty of the preserve, as well as the improved running surface of the paved trails. Everyone gets a T-shirt commemorating the run.

The One Mile Fun Run is a family-friendly race with spooky trail decorations and Halloween themes appropriate for children. There will be a costume contest, if you want to dress up for the run.

There is also a 5K option for individuals and teams. The trail features spooky lighting and sounds, as well as live Halloween scenes, along the route of the run. There are many other scary surprises that await runners during the race.
