Na verdade foi o modo mais prático p nao me perder nos meus treinos e me mantenho mais focada no que fiz e tb no q deixei de fazer.&lt;/div&gt;

A Meia Maratona de SP da Corpore p mim foi um fracasso em sua falta de&amp;nbsp;logística.Muita gente, um dos portões da USP estava fechado durante a largada, quem &amp;nbsp;chegou depois das 2 horas de prova ficaram sem agua, qd tinha, estava quente, o dia estava bem ensolarado.. enfan tudo aquilo q já estamos acostumados. Fizeram a entrega do Kit ( somente chip e camisa) no dia da prova.. puta fila p quem nao pegou... ou seja, um &amp;nbsp;desastre!! Mas estávamos lá felizes por estar entre amigos e fazer o que mais gostamos!!&lt;/div&gt;

Não estava c as pernas mt boas p correr.. queria tentar pelo menos fazer uns 5'/km.. mas meu ritmo caiu um pouco no final.. media 5'26/km.. finalizei em 1h 54 min...&lt;/div&gt;

Duas semanas se seguem após os 21km e estou agora no foco dos 42km Maratona de SP dia 17 de junho, um dia anterior ao meu niver!! Caraca vou p os 3.2!!!&lt;/div&gt;

Não faço mais treinos de veloc.. entao minha modesta planilha segue trabalho de &amp;nbsp;rodagem progressiva, trabalho de força na bike e alongamento. Queria poder &amp;nbsp;ter mais tempo &amp;nbsp;p trabalhar melhor c o fortalecimento c pilates e Yoga, mas no momento não dá..&lt;/div&gt;

Depois de provas longas, irei me "divertir" nos 21km da Corpore! Correr em SP é um prazer p mim, já q nasci nesta cidade e aqui estou, apesar de todas as contradições gosto mt de correr pelas ruas, pela Usp, subidas duras, asfalto, calor , e no final é maravilhoso rever os amigos, fazendo aquilo q mais gostamos.&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Agradeço a &lt;i&gt;VO2&lt;/i&gt; a quem visto a camisa e q viabilizou minha inscrição. Por falar nisso, cada ano q passa &amp;nbsp;as empresas &amp;nbsp;estão enfiando a faca... nao precisa cobrar 75 reais p uma prova de 21km, vamos lá? !! Faz tempo q as provas de rua eram "livres"... vamos falar de treino..&lt;/div&gt;

Para este tipo de prova, minha&amp;nbsp;resistência&amp;nbsp;ta ótima,afinal meus treinos sao de rodagem.. de 2h a 4horas.. porém perdi minha parca velocidade rsrrs &amp;nbsp;entao &amp;nbsp;estou tentando fazer uns treinos intervalados.. estão sendo um fracasso!!! Hoje mesmo parei porque nao tava rolando.. as pernas nao acompanham mais a velocidade.. a mecanica é outra!! Mas to tentando.. tenho mais uma semana p buscar pelo menos correr c elegancia rsrsr&lt;/div&gt;

Foram exatamente 4 dias p a completa recuperação depois de encarar o desafio de correr 100km em 11h e 35 min. Juntamente c o desgaste físico, o mental &amp;nbsp;ficou baleado e o pior é q trabalhei no domingo.. nem sei como consegui processar.. mas é aquilo "&lt;i&gt;somos mais fortes d q imaginamos"!&lt;/i&gt; Alias saio convicta desta prova q não temos nenhuma noção do q somos capazes de fazer! Então fica aqui minha sugestão: encare qq desafio, deste q esteja motivado e minimamente preparado..nunca fui muito mental.. sou muito conectada ao meu corpo e aos sinais.. fome, cansaço, dor, enfim meus treinos seguem exatamente como me sinto.. tenho uma programação mas quem manda é ali na hora.. se tá bom continuo, se tem q ir mais rápido, mais devagar, enfim.. e isso nesta prova foi essencial, principalmente saber administrar as paradas.. como fiz? ouvindo meu corpo.. qq pensamento- ideia eu ia lá e realizava.. nao gastava tempo pensando.. se queria comer doce, salgado, o q beber, ir ao banheiro, trocar o tenis, enfim isso foi uma grande sacada minha e eu descobri ali na prática.&lt;/div&gt;

Duas semanas se passaram &amp;nbsp;e estou na fase da recuperação. Leves trotes na 1 semana e agora, já comecei novamente um trabalho de força. Intercalei bike essa semana e hoje fiz subida e descida (50' min).. dia 15 de abril teremos a Meia Maratona da Corpore, possivelmente irei..&lt;/div&gt;

A meta é continuar este trabalho q venho realizando, sempre voltando meus treinos p um melhor rendimento em Ultramaratonas. A identificação c essa modalidade me motiva &amp;nbsp;demais! Mesmo ainda não podendo ir p as provas &amp;nbsp;continuo no aperfeiçoamento e aptidões q este esporte exige: constância, controle, e concentração.&lt;/div&gt;

Nem sei como começar... rsrsr Correr os 100km numa pista de atletismo, quase 12horas de prova realmente mexe c a cabeça!!! Superação total, dedicação, mais volto ao ponto central disso tudo: correr p mim é uma dose diária de amor, de liberdade, de cuidado q dou a mim. A cada prova saio convicta: caraca amo mt isso!!! Em nenhum momento veio a questão: o q tô fazendo aqui? Não , eu sabia!! Tá, &amp;nbsp;mais e ai? Algumas pessoas perguntam.. "mas vcs ganham algo"?.. Bem, infelizmente não! Deveríamos, mas não há premiação, na maioria das provas de modalidade ultra.. tá, mas vc &amp;nbsp;é louca?!! Bom, é correndo q me realizo.. simples assim!!&lt;/div&gt;

A prova foi linda! Amigos, familiares, boas vibrações, corredores, nao-corredores enfim todos&amp;nbsp;contribuíram&amp;nbsp;p esta minha conquista: 2 lugar, geral feminino! Fechando os 100km p 11h 35 mim. Fato&amp;nbsp;heroico&amp;nbsp;p minhas condições reais.. treino e descanso pouco.. mesmo tendo um biotipo p provas &amp;nbsp;de resistência,precisaria de mais tempo, mais descanso, mais treino.. mas continuo essa minha trajetória a todos q fazem parte dela e q já fizeram.. treinadores, professores, companheiras, amigos,enfim agradeço a todos pela força e companheirismo.&lt;/div&gt;

É uma prova dura,&amp;nbsp;difícil&amp;nbsp;por ser continua.. a prova será toda numa pista de atletismo ou seja, 400 m...400m cada volta, imaginem como ficam os joelhos?? Ano passado fiz no reveza( corri 50km) e fiquei&amp;nbsp;destruída&amp;nbsp;devido as curvas.. vamos ver se meu corpo já está mais resistente.. vou p estar nesta esfera q tanto amo e não me vejo fora disso. Foram dois meses de treinos contínuos, mt aquém do necessário, mas confio em mim e no q posso fazer.. s nenhuma meta, quero poder&amp;nbsp;simplesmente&amp;nbsp;correr até a hora q meu corpo aguentar... fica aqui meu agradecimento a todos q me acompanham, pessoas queridas q &amp;nbsp;estão presentes e ausentes, isso nao importa.. o simples sentimento é o que vale!&lt;/div&gt;

Desculpem-me a ausência das postagens e das visitas, mas o corre cotidiano tá intenso! A vontade de conseguir fazer um treino decente p mim &amp;nbsp;é poder acordar na hora q o corpo pedir e ir o o parque sem preocupaçao com absolutamente nada. Estar ali, 100% consciente e concentrada naquilo q me propus. E , como correr está na veia , hoje foi um treino digno!! Me propus rodar depois de 13 dias mantendo uma atividade diaria de 1 hora de treino/dia, intercalado com corrida e bike, uma rodagem de 3 horas- cerca de 30km, ou seja, 3x mais do que faço diariamente.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
E assim foi!! Achei q estaria exagerando devido &amp;nbsp;ter um volume baixo de rodagens nos últimos 15 dias, mas meu corpo respondeu super bem! Mt feliz, pois tentarei a &amp;nbsp;todo custo ir para os 100km Praia Grande &amp;nbsp;no dia 10 de março.&lt;/div&gt;

A meta agora p as&amp;nbsp;próximas&amp;nbsp;semanas é dobrar volume semanal.. pelo menos 2 horas/dia de treino. Isso implica em acordar 1hora mais cedo!!!&lt;/div&gt;

Super de folga hoje, descansei bem e fui p p parque treinar. O tempo estava estranho, ora sol, ora parecia q ia chover.. resultado mormaço de leve! Na cabeça seriam 3 horas de corrida, só no trote, bem de boa.. mas parei nos 2h 30 min pois a fome estava gigante!!!&lt;/div&gt;

Fiz algo diferente e fica aqui minha sugestão p a recuperação: rodei os 30 min finais descalça em um gramado.. no começo a sensação é estranha, mas depois dá uma relaxada! Me senti bem recuperada, pronta p encarar mais kms!!!&lt;/div&gt;

RETRÔ: 2011 ESTREEI NAS ULTRAS..um caminho q nao tem &amp;nbsp;mais volta, me apaixonei por provas longas, demoradas, menos pessoas, colegas solidários, uma preparação diferente... me sinto mais disposta, com menos lesões, gosto mais do meu corpo p este tipo de prova,enfim é ultra na veia!! Uma pena q nao posso fazer todas as provas q gostaria, mas o fato de se preparar p uma já me dá um ânimo diferenciado.&lt;/div&gt;

Semana passada fiz meu longão, dia 21/11 treino noturno um longo suave, 2h 45 min, muito bom!Rodagem aprox. 27km&lt;/div&gt;

Na semaninha, alternei corrida de 50 min e fortalecimento na bike.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp;30/11 Dia de folga e de treino mais longo.O dia estava muito quente, e faz tempo q nao corro embaixo do sol, viche... um calor da bexiga!!!Ia de bike até o Ceret mas nao consegui abrir o cadeado( acho q quebrou), fui no trote de casa mesmo e continuei por lá, corri 1h 30 min. Td lindo!!! Parei senao ia virar um churrasquinho!!! Mt quente..&lt;/div&gt;

Não posso deixar de relatar meu treino.. afinal o blog me ajuda pacas p eu ter planejamento e sequencia.&lt;/div&gt;

Feriado uma baita de uma chuva e eu super animada p treinar, mas com pouca coragem de ir p rua, entao o treino foi na esteira mesmo. Fiz 2h 50 min de trote de boa, parei p me alimentar, ir ao banheiro, trocar de camisa ( foram 3!!), e bora voltar a correr! Td de bom!!! Depois &amp;nbsp;descansei 2 dias e voltei &amp;nbsp;hoje na bike 40 min.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Ufa!!! Dia de folga quero fazer tudo! Mas como meu ritmo p coisas é bem lento, consegui ao menos no final da tarde ir p o Ceret e fazer um treino bacana.O melhor disso é q encontrei com um grande amigo e treinamos juntos pelo menos 1 hora!Td de bom!! Muita conversa, risadas, planejamentos, valeu Bruno!!&lt;/div&gt;

E o q isso tema &amp;nbsp;ver com um blog &amp;nbsp;de corrida? Para mim tudo! Sou uma apaixonante pela cultura indiana e pela corrida e vivencio nesta nossa prática comum um ato meditativo.É correndo q encontro meu poder, reconheço minha identidade e encontro paz, o caminho do&amp;nbsp;equilíbrio&amp;nbsp;e do amor.&lt;br /&gt;
O treino de hoje foi maravilhoso: 2 horas de corrida,sendo 1 hora de trote na grama e 1 hora de ritmado na pista acelerando até finalizar as 2 horas de treinos. Tudo de bom!&lt;br /&gt;
Amanhã&amp;nbsp;não&amp;nbsp;dará p treinar, volto na sexta no fortalecimento.&lt;br /&gt;

Galera! Perdi o time e deixei de postar há duas semanas. Depois daquele treino massa na chuva, &amp;nbsp;emplaquei duas semanas com&amp;nbsp;exercício&amp;nbsp;de força na bike( força máxima!!) é muito bom!!! e trotes p recuperar ( nada mais do que 1hora)&lt;/div&gt;

Realizei um longuinho.. 1h 30 min durante estes 15 dias e hoje(quarta) pretendo fazer um &amp;nbsp;treino mais longo..&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Segunda rodei 50 min mais 10' de força na bike&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
terça: somente bike 50 min e trabalho de braço e&amp;nbsp;abdômen&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Dia no parque. Lotado!!!! Feriadão, baita transito no estacionamento do CERET, e eu com a &amp;nbsp;minha singela bike, de boa para um treino ao sol. Era tudo o que eu precisava. Semana pesada no trampo, bem agitado , não dando tempo de ir p os parques, o jeito foi treinar na esteira... já não aguentava mais!! A minha maior vontade era tomar um pouco de sol, correndo claro, na rua, nos parques, ar!!!!&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Felicidade. É tão subjetivo, para mim bastava &amp;nbsp;correr com a luz e o calor do sol. O treino foi maravilhoso. Estava com as pernas bem "fortes", havia feito bike na segunda e a sensação ao correr no gramado é que cada perna pesa mais do que o normal, contudo a musculatura &amp;nbsp;dá sustentação muito boa &amp;nbsp;na passada.Fiquei 40 min no trote( grama) ao som de "Samba de Rainha", um sambinha bom!&lt;/div&gt;

O mais legal de tudo isso é não perder a sequencia. Mesmo não chegando perto dos meus treinos focados em provas longas sinto-me bem disposta, com &amp;nbsp;muita vontade de encarar um grande desafio..&lt;/div&gt;

Mesmo&amp;nbsp;não&amp;nbsp;podendo fazer nenhuma prova estou me preparando, além de manter a &amp;nbsp;cabeça em dia.. é um&amp;nbsp;exercício&amp;nbsp;de manter a &amp;nbsp;mente equilibrada e o corpo vivo p as&amp;nbsp;urgências&amp;nbsp;do dia a dia.&lt;/div&gt;

Adaptando-se a nova rotina sem deixar de fazer pelo menos um relato semanal, registrando assim os treinos, com seus avanços e retrocessos .Eu ainda me perco em dias( quando é domingo ou segunda), o fato é q hoje é o meu dia de folga! Ufa, semana hiper agitada!&lt;/div&gt;

1 dia : fiz uma sequencia de rodagem intervalada na pista, num dia de sol, muito bom! Foram 6km rodando 400m/400m ( p/ 4'55/km e trote na&amp;nbsp;recuperação). Faz tempo q eu nao faço velocidade e considerei um treino bem legal.Total do treino 1h 20' de corrida( aquec., intervalado e desaquec.)&lt;/div&gt;

Mas antes olha só o q comprei: &amp;nbsp;gatorade de 1 litro por 2 reais!!!! Muito bom, super&amp;nbsp;econômico!!&lt;/div&gt;

Fiquei muito feliz ,emocionada pelo relato da Elis,( cade o seu IV!!!) conquistando o BICAMPEONATO, Elis vc é fera!!!&lt;/div&gt;

Dia de folga, graças!!! Treino de qualidade: rodagem maneira( 1hora), educativos e lançados( 8 de 100m).&lt;/div&gt;

Segunda, rodei 1 hora, terça fiz bike 50 min( muita força!!!) e hj soltei um pouco a musculatura.Só estou em busca de uma prova legal...tem q ser no domingo( &amp;nbsp;o q eu nao trabalhe,claro..) e acima de 20km.. nao vi nada q me agrade.. bom o negocio é continuar ... mas me sinto bem disposta e preparada p os treinos.&lt;/div&gt;

Nada como intercalarmos o treino e fortalecer os posteriores. Meus treinos estao suaves, mas estou conseguindo manter uma sequencia... sem exageros, mas tb sem preguiça!!! A meta é conseguir ao menos manter meu condicionamento p maratonas, porque as ultras irei precisar de mais tempo p treinar e me dedicar.Corro um dia e outro fortaleço, com Yoga e bike, muito&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Duas semanas para eu conseguir me adaptar &amp;nbsp;com as mudanças de horários, rotinas, alimentação e treinamento. Advinham o que aconteceu? Minha imunidade não suportou e &amp;nbsp;uma virose bateu as portas.. nada q um soro e muita vontade de ficar boa para tentar engendrar uma rotina de treinos( a mente ja estava enlouquecida por nao conseguir fazer um treininho). Bom, com o corpo mais estável tentei voltar , mas agora sem planilha, pois tenho semanas instáveis e percebi q meu corpo é quem vai ditar o q dá para treinar, senao a gente fica numa cobrança absurda de fazer o treino proposto e com quebras &amp;nbsp;nao rola.. agradeci ao Marcelo pelo cuidado com a minha performace mais agora o q importa é manter uma rotina, já que nao conseguirei por ora ir p as provas q mais gosto, as ultras.&lt;/div&gt;

Saudade das provas, do encontro com amigos, mas darei continuidade ao condicionamento. Nao vivo sem correr, sou apaixonada por tudo isso!!&lt;/div&gt;

Olá pessoal! Semaninha com treinos bem leves, só para não perder a sequencia e continuar com o condicionamento rumo as provas de resistência.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Por razões de trabalho irei diminuir minhas rodagens semanais, porém não abandonarei meus projetos de&amp;nbsp;preparação&amp;nbsp;para as ultras. Pelo menos terei um dia a cada 15 dias para fazer um longo de responsa (aquelas rodagens tao&amp;nbsp;necessárias&amp;nbsp;para condicionar o corpo e mente para as futuras provas de 12h, 24h, etc.). Importante aqui é continuar, ter aquele momento nosso de prazer, de reflexão e de&amp;nbsp;projeções.&lt;/div&gt;

Fiquei muito feliz pelo treino de hoje! Fui sem pretensão alguma fazer meu treino. Estava lá na planilha &amp;nbsp;3h 10 min a 3h 30 min... sai de casa um &amp;nbsp;frio danado e já sai no trote, pois de &amp;nbsp;bike não ia rolar, muito gelado e parecia q ia chover. Nessa, até o Piqueri foram 40min, blz! Dei uma passadinha no banheiro, deixei meu&amp;nbsp;isotônico&amp;nbsp;escondido do lado de fora( um lugar estratégico!!) e bora continuar no trote suave. No bolso tinha as minhas paçoquinhas( amo!!) e uva passas, agua no parque, tudo bem tranquilo. E foi assim.. parei duas vezes para alongar, me hidratar, e finalizei no parque 3h 10, como manda o figurino!!. Mas ai tinha a volta né? Bom, ir de ônibus ou correndo é o mesmo tempo. Então pensei.. vou correndo, qq coisa eu caminho. Passei na padoca, tomei uma&amp;nbsp;xícara&amp;nbsp;ENORME de café ( gosto pouco rsrsr) e subi o morro!! O problema é q na volta tem muitas subidinhas, mas valeu a pena!&lt;/div&gt;

Estou sem objetivos de provas, mas a ideia é essa ir condicionando o corpo e a mente para muitas rodagens q virão. A estrada é longa, mas no trote a gente chega lá!&lt;/div&gt;

A semana foi ótima! Volume alto nas rodagens, td certinho, mas o domingão, no tradiça longão, quebrei geral!! Fui cedo, o tempo estava sussa, tudo arrumado( isotonico, agua, paçoquinhas..) pois tinha de 3h 30 min a 4h.. mas nao estava no dia... acho q senti o volume semanal, e eu estava com as pernas travadas. Sabe quando vc força e sente q nao sai do lugar? Entao, fui nessa até 1h 30 min, para ver se era questào de aquecimento, pois começo a correr bem depois de 1h, mas nao adiantava.. ai lembrei de algo q o Jorge&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://www.jmaratona.com/"&gt;http://www.jmaratona.com/&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;me escreveu um dia, falando da qualidade dos treinos... e aquele estava sendo arrastado.. parei, pois a banda tb estava apitando..meu ciatico, enfim nesta hora td pega!&lt;/div&gt;

Passei para o Marcelo a situaçao e essa semana volto com uma rodagem menor.. agora é muito alongamento, pois sinto q é isso q ta pegando, a tendencia é aumentar minhas rodagens e o corpo precisa tb deste fortalecimento e equilibrio de forças.&lt;/div&gt;

Prova 24horas Ceret: infelizmente nao irei.. era a prova q eu estava me preparando,mas cairá numa data hiper especial, o casório de minha irmã, ai á era, 24h só em 2012!&lt;/div&gt;

Agora é dar sequencia nos treinos. Hoje fiz o treino pela manhã ( trote de 2 horas, parando muito para beber agua pois a umidade devia estar baixissima ). Estava nas duas últimas semanas treinando a noite e nesta retorno para o dia, &amp;nbsp;sol, calor, baixa umidade, é isso ai temos que treinar &amp;nbsp;em todas as condiçoes!&lt;/div&gt;
