The Death of Ning Networks!

As we announced in April; we are migrating our Ning hosted networks to our new home at Spruz. We are pleased to say that we are finishing up this migration and plan to wrap up this exodus somewhere around the middle of June. Having said that, we have scheduled a date for demolition of our old Ning networks. We believe that to avoid confusion of where to find our new networks and in the rights of privacy that this is a necessary step. We know that Ning will take control of free accounts in July and this could lead to your private information becoming a part of the Ning agenda to turn a profit. So to keep from having your information from falling into the hands of a greedy corporation where the bottom line is how much of a return the investors are receiving; we will be deleting our Ning hosted networks on Monday June 28, 2010.

This demolition will include all greyeyesgabriel international networks hosted on the Ning platform. If you are a member of these networks you will need to follow the migration link to our new Spruz hosted networks before Monday June 28, 2010. By this point, ever member should have been notified by email about the changes. If you have posted content to the Ning networks, then you will need to migrate your content as well, Ning has not provided developers with a way to migrate content, just member data. After Monday June 28, 2010; all content remaining on greyeyesgabriel international Ning hosted accounts will be deleted and pass into nonexistence. We hope that you all will migrate with us; however, whether you do or not, your profile and all content will be gone after Monday June 28, 2010.

We hope this migration has not been too much of an inconvenience for our clients and we have taken measures to ensure that this type of thing never happens to you or us again. We look forward to you joining us in our exciting new home with a young company, like ourselves, and growing better than ever before. We look forward to growth and opportunities that Ning would never offer to free or paid account holders and hope you come along on the ride. See you at our new home at Spruz, and thank you for supporting the greyeyesgabriel brand.

CosmicSpores New Home!

As we announced in our last post; we are in the process of moving the CosmicSporesWebwork to our new provider, Spruz. Well, our main CosmicSpores network is now up and running; all of the Doctors are there, even if their profiles aren't complete. But we are ready for you to come join us; be involved on the ground floor as we start over.

Development is moving steadily in the right direction; however, you might come across some very underdeveloped apps, websites, or widgets. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and we are working as quickly as we can to return to something resembling normal. On a positive note, the WarpZone should be back up soon as the Logo redesign is wrapping up in our graphics department. It's going to be a whole new world when we finish; or at least get caught up. We look forward to seeing you on our new Networks.

We will be deleting our Ning networks soon; there is a date of termination being discussed at greyeyesgabriel international. It is looking as if it will be sometime in June/July of Summer 2010, so make sure you get your profile transferred soon. CosmicSpores Summer of 2010, let the fun begin!

2 Years Later; Starting Over...

...grow yourself. This is the philosophy of the self funded company Spruz; and they are a company much like our mother company, greyeyesgabriel international. All of us have experienced some ups and downs throughout our development, things that worked, things that didn't. If you have followed the greyeyesgabriel brand then you know what we are talking about; if you are just finding out about CosmicSpores and the greyeyesgabriel international connection, then you may have noticed a lot of changes going on here and you are in the middle of it. See, earlier this month, ~~Ning~~ (Our former exclusive provider of our free social platform on their network.) announced that they would be "phasing out the free program." It seems that not even ~~Ning~~ knows how to make money with their ~~Ning~~!

We were notified about the changes from our HQ @greyeyesgabrielinternational and they found out about it from a news source online, even though they get the ~~Ning~~ newsletter & advertisements, from ~~Ning~~! The only release of this information came from their Blog! It spread through mainstream through viral advertising; the same way that their company had been able to grow over the past 2 years. The same method used to build them up; will, in the opinion of greyeyesgabriel, "...lead to the destruction of the ~~Ning~~ platform as they join the ranks of ~~Pagii~~." CosmicSpores just just got caught on-board the vessel, we didn't expect the ship to sink; yet, here we are floating in the water with the sharks!

Luckily there is a branch of hope extended to us from the USS Spruz! If you are a Ning refugee floating in the water with the sharks; then this would be a great network to join on the Spruz platform, Nings Refugees; there are already over 300 of us on-board. We are so glad that we teamed with greyeyesgabriel international and have had the honor of greyeyesgabriel working on our websites directly; you should have seen the mixed up mess we had before Dr. Victor Webber met greyeyesgabriel. We are proud to be affiliated with the greyeyesgabriel brand and just wanted to announce the move; we are so excited to see what he puts together for us here with the feature rich Spruz! Come grow with all of us, this is about to get good!!

Yes; more good news from CosmicSpores, we now have a mini version of the WarpZone2.0! Now it is small enough to fit on your blog, sidebar, or a corner of your website. It is listed at Widgetbox, or you can just get it from the CosmicSpores2.0 website. This is a great tool to get around some of the most popular social networks and the CosmicSporesWebwork; soon CosmicSpores2.0 will be represented on all of the social networks in the WarpZone2.0. CosmicSpores is already on some of the social networks in the WarpZone; join all of the Pods and join the adventure of CosmicSpores. We have been telling you about the changes coming to CosmicSpores and now you can start seeing these changes across the Webwork. We are adding to our widget collection at Widgetbox and adding them to our CosmicSpores2.0 website, so that you can receive real time feeds from the Doctors posts on twitter as well as recent activity on their Pods. The best part of the widgets is that you can get them for yourself and put them into your website, social network, or wherever to keep up with CosmicSpores. As well as the widgets, our websites are getting a nice overhaul as well, no more long drawn out descriptions about us, just simple to use labeled links to take you to simple descriptions. We are making our websites more Web 2.0 friendly and giving you a way to integrate yourself into the storyline. After several months we are wrapping up development on the social networks of the CosmicSporesWebwork. They are online and ready for you to join the story based interactive social network of CosmicSpores hosted on the Ning Social Network. Join all of the Pods on the CosmicSporesWebwork and get the full story, and be a part of the storyline. The story will grow and evolve with popularity and interaction; get involved with the Doctors and help mold the storyline of CosmicSpores. Doctors return with big news!

BIG CHANGES COMING!

The doctors have returned from their conference with some big news; starting with the restructuring of the Cosmic Spores Webwork. The Cosmic Spores Association has decided that the task of building this webwork is too large to for the Doctors to undertake on their own, and have hired the services of greyeyesgabriel international for their webwork needs. Due to the concerns of the Cosmic Spores Association, the first move is to consolidate the social network pods to the Ning social building network. This will result in the rebuilding of the warp zones, and many link changes; we request your patience during this restructure project. There will be the possibility of many broiken links during this time; we plan for this to be a short changeover with very few ripples as the growth of the social networks has been extremely slow. We expect that to change with this move to greyeyesgabriel international, a web company for the needs of the 21st century; the move to Ning will help create a more uniform network with one of the top social network platforms on the web.

The changes in creation of the networks in no way changes the fact that the respective Doctors will continue to regulate thier networks, and will maintain an administrative role in their massive webwork. You should be familiar with the Doctors that are already here; but there are new Doctors soon to be introduced. Along with the new Doctors will come new social networks with new themes, providing that network growth that was promised. There will be three new networks with three new Doctors joining the Cosmic Spores Earth Initiative, and much more slated for this year. Don't join now, wait just a little longer to join and you won't be disappointed. Tell all of your friends about the social webwork that is taking over social networking...

Doctors On Vacation...

Some of you may have noticed that the Doctors of Cosmic Spores have been missing in action lately, and may have been wondering if Cosmic Spores was gone. I assure you that Cosmic Spores is still alive and well, the Doctors are just kind of on a vacation. Actually it is a meeting and they had to travel a very long way to get to the meeting. They have left me, greyeyesgabriel in charge of the Cosmic Spores Webwork until they get back. I am very busy with my own projects and will do what I can to check the webwork and add all of those pending friend requests, but some might have to wait until the Doctors get back. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this have caused anyone, however, Cosmic Spores is bigger than just the earth...

Warp Zones Are updated!

The Warp Zones have been updated across the entire webwork! All links in the Warp Zones should now be updated to all of the sites that it is posted on, if you come across one that has not been updated then please send an email. You can send emails from the Make Contact link at the bottom of the Cosmic Spores website or by sending an email from the social account you are logged into.

We have also added mEgo profiles and guestbooks to the Warp Zone profiles. There is a lot more on the way, including custom Cosmic Spores widgets and search. We are also working on an App that can be added to any social network. Cosmic Spores is here to take over social networking, this is a social platform like no other, it is out of this world!

We have also added a .net account to the Cosmic Spores Webwork. No names, no words, just linked images. The center of the space hole is the navigation and the other images link to outside Cosmic Spores pages. If you spend some time clicking on the images, you will figure out the key. The links open in new tabs or windows, so if you go somewhere you didn't want to go, just close the window or tab and try again. Things are really starting to get exciting here at the Cosmic Spores HQ as we are beginning to get the word out about the most fun social platform on the web! Things are getting very exciting at Cosmic Spores. We truly are taking over. In less than a month we have gone from being an idea to #1 in a Google search. We are sure that the growth won't stop here. We are only getting started, there is the main website at www.cosmicspores.com and a new website at www.cosmicspores.net. Be sure to click all of the links, you never know where one might take you. On the webwork, there are social sites, websites, blogs, profiles and so much to do that I don't think you could ever get bored with Cosmic Spores. More stuff is added all the time and the story is only getting started, there is no telling what you might uncover about the Doctors of Cosmic Spores. The widgets and the specialized search box is still in the works, and something should be happening there real soon, we will keep you updated. Make sure you subscribe to this blog to kepp up to date with what is happening on Cosmic Spores. We are working on finishing phase 1 of this project and we thank you for your patience as work out some of the minor details.
