Top Gun Movie Roast

CCC has a missile lock and is taking the shot on Top Gun coming in April. The quintessential 80′s action movie gets roasted by CounterClockwise Comedy in high style on April 10th and 11th. Silhouettes in the dark, shirtless oiled-up volleyball montages set to Kenny Loggins cheese-rock and all 5’7″ of Tom Cruise’s dripping machismo will have no where to hide. It’s going to be a good one.*

Please note that movie times have changed since we’ve added a third show, and tickets are now cheaper if you get them in advance; they go on sale two weeks before the show. (These are both measures to help us keep from turning people away like we did at Karate Kid.)

Both shows are at 9pm and should run about 90minutes. Full bar service will be available and the bar will remain open for an hour after the show as well if you’d like to hang out and have cocktails. I know that’s what we’ll be doing.

The movie roasts have been really great in this space. If you’ve been enjoying those, come out and see us do our live comedy show the first weekend in March. About half of what you see during the movie roasts is improvised (it just means we make it up on the spot) so there will be more of that and less cheesy cinema. At an improv show the whole thing is made ready to order. We get suggestions from you, and go from there. No show is the same, every show is tailored for the audience in attendance. It’s going to be a blast!
