Mission Statement

The mission of Outdoor Product Cooperative, LLC
is to have entrepreneurs and product developers of
outdoor-related products come together for the purpose of promotion, marketing, and sales of all of the products in the coop. In representing outdoor products as a group, there is more opportunity to benefit collectively as members of the group than to promote each product alone. Each member pays an annual fee to join and remain members of the coop, and, upon reaching a certain level of profitability, the coop would share dividends with all members of the coop collectively, as one advantage to membership. Other benefits to membership include benefiting from each member's sphere of influence and exposure to the cooperative, collective marketing efforts, collective sales efforts on the website and promotion of the website, insider knowledge of community trade events and participation in various events, and the power of belonging to a larger entity when approaching larger retail organizations for the possibility of wholesale opportunities.

The Cooperative has several revenue streams including a percentage of sales from all products sold on the website, banner advertising sales on the Coop website for companies that would like to target members of the coop and their customers, and annual membership dues.

How It Works

Each Prospective Member who meets basic product qualifications can pay a $300 Annual Membership Fee to join the OPC ( Outdoor Product Cooperative)

Membership Fees entitle each member to have either 1) a product listing in the eCommerce portion of the Coop website and detailed description/pictures/logo, or 2) an advertising space on the Coop Website ( If it is a service )
As your products sell on the website, a percentage of sales (20 % of gross sales ) goes back into the coop for trade show/marketing funds to promote all products in the coop collectively and to maintain the website.
Members can earn credits and commissions toward the next year's membership dues by referring other members who join the coop.

At Final Descent Outdoors we are all avid turkey hunters. As well as being avid turkey hunters we are also avid deer and waterfowl hunters. A good waterfowl hunter knows that motion in a decoy spread is a must. If that is a mojo like decoy, a jerk string, or another form of motion. For whatever reason the makers of turkey decoys have been slow to catch on that movement changes the game. The folks at Countrymen Innovations are leading the way in creating movement with the Jake Intimidator. We have been filming for three turkey seasons and this is our first year filming with the Jake Intimidator. The previous two years we killed 14 birds on film combined. This year we have already killed 17 and we still have two weeks of season left! I have personally seen a dominate bird (9 3/4" beard and 1 1/8 spurs) come three hundred yards dragging his 14 hens with him to come and take a look at the Jake Intimidator. He payed for it with his life! Ask any waterfowl hunter what motion decoys do for them. They will say it is vital to their success. This product in time will get the same response from turkey hunters across North America.

Last year you donated a Jake Intimidator to the Georgia Outdoor Writers Association for their auction and I was the lucky one who won it.The following week I took it to Texas with me an used it when I killed my Texas Rio.You have my testimonial on your web site. This year I had the opportunity to go with David Hendrickson from Real Life Outdoors television show to Florida for a Osceola hunt. well..... The ol' Jake Intimidator did it again! I recently purchased one of your Jake Intimidator's at the annual GOWA auction, the following week I went with several other "Professional Hunters" and Pro-Staffers to Paint Rock Texas to hunt Rio turkeys.

The winds were high and the hunting was tough BUT, with the help of the Intimidator I was the ONLY ONE to take a bird on this 2 1/2 day hunt!

Greetings from the Plain Outdoors! I wanted to get some photos off to you and up date you on what is going on with Iowa's turkey season and some exciting news for Countrymen Innovations.

Yesterday was the season opener for turkeys in Iowa so I was out in the woods. We heard plenty of gobbling but nothing came in until around 8:30 AM. The bird locked onto the decoy set-up we had and danced right into his death.

The news I have for you is we brought him into 20 yards utilizing the Jake Intimidator Turkey Decoy you provided us, with along with the II Timer Box Turkey Call.

Attached, you will find photos you may use any way you wish. By the way this is all on video that I will be providing you down the road. Thanks again for the decoy and calls!! We look forward to working with you! (The bird was an Eastern and had 1 1/4" spurs, an 11" beard and weighed 22 lbs.)

Jake Intimidator Turkey Decoys Are On A Special Youth Hunt

Our friends at Back Outdoors TV are on a special youth turkey hunt in Missouri this weekend and our Jake Intimidator Turkey Decoys are along for the fun.

The turkey hunt is organized by K.N.A.P.S. (Kids Need a Place to Start), a non-profit organization based in Rolla, MO. K.N.A.P.S.'s mission is to help children 8 to 15 years old from disabled and/or single parents get involved in the outdoors. Without K.N.A.P.S. and generous donations of time, land, and financial support, these children would not have an opportunity to hunt.

The K.N.A.P.S. program has just completed its second successful year with taking the children deer hunting and now is going to expand into the spring turkey season.

The turkey hunting will take place in Missouri on 1700 acres of private land leases. These leases have been donated to the K.N.A.P.S organization by local land owners. K.N.A.P.S. will also provide each child with appropriate outdoor attire and firearms for the turkey hunt.

Countrymen Innovations thanks Back Outdoors TV and K.N.A.P.S. for helping to get children involved in the outdoors and wishes everyone a successful turkey hunt. We should have some great pictures of the hunt next week to post.
