Em seguida, coloque a água, mexa e coloque o tomate, o milho, o palmito, a cebolinha e a salsa. deixe cozinhar até ferver.﻿ Acrescente o arroz, mexa bem e deixe secar a água um pouco. Coloque o catupiri e mexa. Coloque o leite, mexa bem e deixe secar. Despeje a massa no meio da frigideira até formar um círculo no diamêtro da frigideira. Não coloque pouco pra nao ficar muito fina, ela depois de pronta deve ter mais ou menos meio centímetro de altura. Descole a massa pelas laterais usando uma espátula e vire a panqueca. Na hora que dourar do outro lado, está pronta. Vá fazendo isso até acabar a massa (deve dar umas 10 panquecas).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Na hora de comer, você escolhe o que acompanhar, o normal é usar o xarope de bordo (mapple syrup), que você&amp;nbsp; encontra em empórios ou supermercado grande, mas também fica muito bom com manteiga, mel ou geléia de frutas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Frite a calabresa a seu gosto, dispensando o excesso de óleo. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Monte a torta colocando a cebola e espalhando por toda a superfície da assadeira. Em seguida, coloque a calabresa e então, a clara. Feche a torta com a massa reservada, pincele a gema e leve ao forno novamente por 20 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Esprema a laranja e passe o caldo na carne. Deixe descansar por uns 15 minutos. Enquanto isso, abra o pacote de bolachas, coloque-as em um saco plástico e vá esmigalhando até ficar quase uma farinha, mas com uns pedacinhos maiores.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Tempere a carne com sal e pimenta do reino (não muito, pois já tem sal na maionese e na bolacha). Passe maionese em um dos lados do bife e, em seguida passe na bolacha, repita o procedimento com o outro lado. Leve para assar na brassa, tomando cuidado na hora de virar para não cair a crosta de bolachas. É muito bom.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Numa panela, cozinhe o frango até que esteja no ponto para desfiar (cozinhe até ficar branco). Desfie e tempere o frango com limão, sal e pimenta do reino. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Debulhe 6 espigas de milho e bata no liquidificador com o leite. Reserve 1 espiga debulhada para colocar no creme já pronto. Leve ao fogo, acerte o sal e deixe engrossar até ficar com a consistência de um purê. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Numa panela, refogue o alho e a cebola e em seguida coloque o frango com a pimenta bem picada. refogue até dourar o frango e acrescente 100ml de&amp;nbsp;água, cozinhe mais um pouco, acrescente a cebolinha verde e o requeijão. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Finalize o creme colocando o parmesão (a seu gosto), o creme de leite e o milho reservado. Cozinhe em fogo baixo até o milho ficar macio.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Em uma assadeira, coloque o frango&amp;nbsp;e acerte a sua&amp;nbsp;altura até ficar uniforme.&amp;nbsp;Coloque a mussarela e em seguida o creme de milho até cobrir tudo. Salpique parmesão por cima e leve ao forno para gratinar (15 minutos no forno médio). Retire do forno,&amp;nbsp;decore com batata palha e sirva em seguida.&lt;br /&gt;

Coloque o pudim na forma e asse em banho maria por mais ou menos 1 hora.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1 tablete de caldo de carne e 2 colheres das de sopa&amp;nbsp;de molho shoyu.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Modo de preparo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Pegue a peça de carne, e esprema a laranja por cima (como se estivesse lavando a carne). Deixe descansar por meia hora. Com a faca, faça furos na carne e coloque os dentes de alho. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Para o tempero, coloque em uma vasilha o sal e a pimenta do reino, pique bem as pimentas e coloque junto com o alho, a cebola, o azeite, o limão e o shoyu. Misture bem e pincele sobre a carne dos 2 lados.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Pré aqueça o forno à 180°C, embrulhe a carne em papel alumínio e deixe assando por mais ou menos 30 minutos de cada lado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Enquanto assa, cozinhe as batatas já cortadas em rodelas não muito grossas, escorra e reserve. Em uma frigideira, coloque a manteiga e refogue a cebola com uma pitada de sal (para não quiemar). Quando a cebola estuver transparente, acrescente o açúcar e vá mexendo até caramelar, desligue o fogo e reserve. Em uma panela pequena, coloque 250ml de água e o caldo de carne e deixe no fogo até reduzir à metade do volume, acrescente o shoyu e deixe ferver, retire do fogo e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Retire a carne do forno, retire o papel alumínio e a coloque novamente na assadeira, acerte o sal e coloque as batatas em volta. Leve para dourar (mais ou menos 15 minutos).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Retire do forno e fatie a carne com uma faca boa em bifes de mais ou menos 1/2cm de espessura, transfira para uma assadeira e despeje o molho por cima, em seguida, a cebola. Decore com as batatas e pronto.&lt;br /&gt;

Em uma panela coloque o macarrão, a água e o molho, misture bem, cozinhe até o molho esquentar (de 3 a 5 minutos), salpique parmesão ralado e sirva em seguida.&lt;br /&gt;

Famosa, gostosa, e antiiiga... base da alimentação dos povos sul-americanos, ganhou o mundo e nossas mesas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;A batata é originária do Peru onde era cultivada pelos incas desde 1000 e alguma coisa. Ainda hoje se produzem mais de 200 variedades nos países andinos. Ela chegou à Europa no século XVI, primeiramente na Espanha de onde se&amp;nbsp;espalhou para os outros países. Inclusive a batata foi a responsável por um dos maiores fluxos migratórios da história. Em 1840, a batata era a base da alimentação dos irlandeses e&amp;nbsp;uma praga se alastrou nas suas&amp;nbsp;plantações, matando milhares de fome e obrigando outros tantos a emigrar, principalmente para os EUA (acho que o filme Gangues de Nova York retrata essa passagem).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Na culinária, a batata é consumida de diversas maneiras. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Em uma frigideira, frite a linguiça a seu gosto, retire e coloque em uma travessa com papel toalha, seque bem e pique. Reserve. Em seguida, tempere o frango com limão, sal e pimenta do reino, refogue em uma panela, retire do fogo e reserve.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Em uma panela grande (eu gosto de fazer na wok), coloque metade da manteiga e refogue primeiramente o alho, a cebola e o bacon, quando dourar, acrescente o arroz e deixe fritar. Em seguida, coloque o açafrão e mexa bem até pegar cor.&amp;nbsp;Coloque a pinga, mexa bem e deixe o alcool evaporar, pode flambar, se quiser. Quando secar,&amp;nbsp;acrescente a pasta de pequi e continue mexendo, misturando bem. Vá colocando conchas de caldo de galinha e, mexendo sempre, cozinhe até quase evaporar e vá acrescentando as conchas com o caldo. Quando estiver refogando, acrescente a linguiça e o frango, mexa bem e sempre. À medida em que for cozinhando, vá colocando os outros ingredientes, o palmito, o alho poró, a&amp;nbsp;pimenta de cheiro bem picada, a salsinha e a cebolinha. Continue mexendo e, quando chegar naquele ponto de risoto, bem molhadinho mas não ensopado, desligue o fogo e coloque o restante da manteiga e polvilhe com o parmesão. Tampe a panela, deixe cozinhar mais um pouco no vapor e prepare a decoração. As lascas de pequi, rodelas de palmito, a pimenta biquinho, algumas pimentas de cheiro inteiras e a castanha de barú. &lt;div align="justify"&gt;Picar o bacalhau em cubos médios, lavar e colocar em uma tigela grande. Acrescentar 3 litros de água gelada e cobrir com filme plástico. Deixar de molho por 48 horas na geladeira, trocando a água no mínimo 6 vezes. Na última troca substituir a água pelo leite e deixar na geladeira por pelo menos 6 horas. Em seguida, transferir o bacalhau com o leite para uma panela. Levar ao fogo por 15 minutos, ou até o bacalhau ficar macio. Retirar do fogo, escorrer o leite e reservar. Em uma panela grande, colocar o azeite de oliva e o alho e fritar, mexendo de vez em quando, até dourar. Juntar o bacalhau, o tomate, a azeitona, o manjericão, a pimenta-do-reino e deixar cozinhar, mexendo de vez em quando, por 10 minutos. Se necessário, adicionar sal e retirar do fogo. Este prato pode ser servido quente ou frio.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Ferva a carne, escorra e corte em cubinhos. Coloque-a em uma panela com o óleo, a cebola, o tomate, a salsa, o sal e pimentas. Refogue bem. Junte água em quantidade suficiente para cobrir a carne, tampe a panela e cozinhe em fogo baixo até que fique quase macia. Adicione a abóbora e mais água, se julgar necessário. Misture em uma tijela o camarão, a lula, os tomates cereja, o abacaxi, o salsão e a pimenta sem as sementes. Em outra tijela, junte o açafrão, o leite de coco, o curry, o suco de limão, o coentro e o azeite. &lt;div align="justify"&gt;Tempere a carne, fure e coloque dentro 6 dentes de alho inteiros. Coloque na panela de pressão a manteiga e 2 dentes de alho picados deixando a gordura virada pra baixo. Coloque o conhaque e flambe. Vire a carne, coloque o suco de laranja, as cebolas, noz moscada, uma pitada de açúcar e a pimenta do reino. Deixe cozinhar por 20 minutos. Retire a picanha da panela, fatie, e transfira para uma travessa. Com o caldo restante, coloque a maisena dissolvida em um pouco de água e mexa bem, cozinhe até ferver.
