Vocês já perceberam que ultimamente estou ganhando muitos presentes, né?? Muito luxo pra uma cozinheira só! 
O último deles foi uma bela cachaça Diva gold que ganhei da minha amiga e aluna Cíntia. 
Provei pura, com com mel, e com suco de tomate. Não gente, eu não to me acabando na cachaça não. Mesmo porque essa é uma cachaça phina e merece ser tomada em dias especiais.

Congresso que se repete todos os anos em Madrid e que reúne os melhores cozinheiros do mundo como Ferran adriá, Heston Blumental, Michel Troisgros e os irmãos Roca. 
Este ano o festival tem como país convidado a Coréia e ocorrerá entre os dias 24 e 26 de janeiro, mas até dia 5 de fevereiro a cidade estará mobilizada, espalhando cultura e conhecimento!

É a coisa mais gostosa e mais fácil de uma sexta feira a noite, depois de uma semana inteira de trabalho intenso. 
Usei shitake e creme de leite fresco, ovos caipiras, manteiga batida a mão e flor de sal. 


Ingredientes para 4 pessoas: 
- 1 bandeja de shitake cortado em quadrados
- 4 ovos
- 3 dentes de alho
- 1 colher de manteiga
- 100 ml de creme de leite fresco

Ficou gostoso. Gostoso não, delicioso. 
Mas só vale a pena se você não achou o original no supermercado, ou se você tem um bom chocolate ao leite e um ótimo biscoito waffer em casa e tá de bobeira querendo chacoalhar o esqueleto na cozinha ou porque é domingo a noite e não tem nada aberto! Se não for assim, pra quê mexer em time que tá ganhando ???

Tinha ganache dos lados, brigadeiro de côco no meio e trufas em forma de coração de chocolate amargo!

Melhor que ganhar mil presentes é ter meus papis de volta depois de 1 mês viajando! Eles passaram por Portugal, Itália, Croácia, España e pelo nordeste do Brasil. 
Eu fiz uma listinha singela de presentes e quando eles abriram as malas a lista tinha triplicado !!!! Uêbaaa! 
Adoçou o meu "amargo novembro", um mês que está sendo... algo difícil.

Todo mundo já sabe que foi fundado em 1725 e que figura como mais antigo do mundo segundo o livro dos records. Fica em um bairro que eu amo em Madrid, atrás do Mercado San Miguel e o preço é razoável - 50 euros por pessoa aprox. Dá pra usar a mesma técnica com o peixe. É só você cortar o filé em tiras, mergulhar no mar de iogurte, suco e raspas de limão, sal e pimenta e no dia seguinte empanar na areia de salpete!

Eu sou louca por frituras. Acho a técnica mais perfeita da cozinha, tudo frito fica bom e combina com qualquer coisa, menos com a balança, claro.

Pouca gente está acostumada a consumir trigo em grão, que é um alimento fonte de fibras, de vitaminas do complexo B e também contém proteínas.

Seguindo a filosofia do "menos é mais" esse franquinho é todo um êxito. Não leva quase nada, é super light e é uma boa dica pra não passar a semana no bom e velho frango grelhado.  A princípio, a lista de ingredientes parece interminável. Digo isso porque muitas vezes leio a lista de ingredientes e fico com preguiça da receita ainda mais sendo para o dia a dia. Essa receita eu vi no programa da Nigella enquanto me perguntava como essa senhorita não engorda mais com essa comilança toda!! 


Fiz algumas alterações; uma porque ela usava buttermilk e aqui em Belo Horizonte é mais fácil encontrar o papa, e outra porque eu não tinha granola. 
Mesmo assim para substituir a granola, fiz uma mistureba que arrasou. 
Coloquei na mistureba:
