We, the Get Hippity with Ippity Design team, have a new challenge going on. This one started Monday, December 5 and will end Saturday, Dec. 17. You still have plenty of time, so don’t panic. The GHWI Challenge #11 is a brand new sketch for you. We want to see any kind of art your heart desires to show us, be it altered, cards, layouts, mixed-media, woodworking, etc., but we have to be able to recognize the sketch in your little piece of art.

GHWI Challenge #10

Happy Friday! I hope everyone in the U.S. survived Thanksgiving. We rolled ourselves home from my Mom’s last night feeling very good about ourselves, we did not have seconds! ;o) Today I had my seconds for lunch. Yummy!

Down to business! We, the Get Hippity with Ippity Design team, have a new challenge for you. This one started Monday, November 21 and will end Saturday, Dec. 3. You still have plenty of time and this challenge is easy peasy. GHWI Challenge #10 is all about embossing. It can be wet, dry, or faux embossing. We want to see anything kind of art your heart desires to show us, be it altered, cards, layouts, mixed-media, woodworking, etc., but it has to have some form of embossing on your finished project. Our challenge rules have changed slightly, so be sure and read them again before linking.

It’s Friday at GHWI

I am running rather late. This cold weather is slowing me down, but it is better than the record heat Oklahoma had this summer, and we have no snow like some of you up North. With this cool down, I don’t want to get out of bed. I want to hibernate. I sleep the best in a cool room with blankets thrown over me. I think this takes me back to my childhood before central heat and air.

Anyway, I want to share some projects that Rhonda and Julia have created in the past few days.

The first one is Rhonda’s. Go check out Rhonda’s blog. She has over 200 followers and she has some great blog candy going on.

The next two are Julia’s. The first one she entered in one of the weekly Chick Challenges.

All three of these projects are fantastic. I do appreciate my beautiful Design Team.

Ippity will have two new stamp set releases tomorrow. The sets are “Pride and Pain,” and “Warm Wishes.” They will be posted tomorrow and you can purchase them at the GHWI Sales Blog.

Monday starts another blog sketch challenge for Get Hippity with Ippity. This challenge will end on November 19.

One more announcement, on The Crafter’s Lounge and in the GHWI group, we have a new “card” game going on. With the game you will win a four piece grab bag of Ippity and Unity stamps, but you must use an Ippity or Unity stamp. This little game will end November 30. Have you every thought about combining the GHWI sketch challenge with this card game? I think this is a win/win situation.

Things at The Crafter's Cafe are certainly taking on a life of their own! Thanks to all our friends and followers, we have worked together to create a fun, thriving community that always has something new to see and do!

We have several Groups that are hosted by some of the greatest Designers in the Crafting industry.
One of those is: The Stamping Boutique!

As one of our largest groups, with 101 members, there is always something going on there!
