A friend emailed this to me and you know what I am feeling it!
Its OK to Quit
This is well worth reading. This is a good one. Take a moment to read it and share with others.

Motivational Speaker Veraunda Jackson says "it's OK to quit....."

1. Quit arguing with people about the same old foolishness! Respect their position and keep it moving!

2. Quit telling people your secrets when you know they are not going to keep them! And if you keep telling them, then quit getting mad when they tell your secrets!

3. Quit trying to pull people on your journey who don't want to travel with you. Either they believe in you and value you...or they don't!

4. Quit complaining about things you can't and won't change!

5. Quit gossiping about other people! Minding our own business should be a full time job!

6. Quit blaming each other for things that in the big picture aren't going to matter three weeks from now! Talk solutions...and then implement them!

7. Quit eating things you know are not good for you! If you can't quit...eat smaller portions!

8. Quit buying things when we know we can't afford them! -If you don't have self control, then quit going to the stores! Quit charging things, especially when you don't NEED them!

9. Quit staying in unhealthy relationships! It is not okay for people to verbally or physically abuse you! So quit lying to yourself! It is not okay to stay in the marriage for the children! Ask them and they will tell you that they really would prefer to see you happy and that the misery you and your spouse/partner are living with is affecting them!

10. Quit letting family members rope you into the drama! -Start telling them you don't want to hear it! Quit spreading the drama! Quit calling other relatives and telling them about your cousin or aunt! Go back to #5 minding your own business should be enough to keep you busy!

11. Quit trying to change people! IT DOESN'T WORK! Quit cussing people out when you know that they are just being the miserable and jealous people that they are!

12. Quit the job you hate! Start pursuing your passion Find the job that fuels your passion BEFORE you quit!

13. Quit volunteering for things that you aren't getting any personal fulfillment from anymore! Quit volunteering for things and then failing to follow through with your commitment!

14. Quit listening to the naysayers! Quit watching the depressing news if you are going to live in the doom and gloom of it all!

15. Quit making excuses about why you are where you are or why you can't do what you want to do!

16. Quit waiting on others to give you the answers...and start finding the answers for yourself! If what you are doing isn't working for you...then quit it!

17. Quit settling and start making your dreams a reality!-Quit being afraid and START LIVING YOUR LIFE! CREATE THE LIFE YOU WANT! If you want something different than what you have had in the past...you must quit doing what you have done before and DO something different! JUST QUIT IT and START DOING something to create the experience you want!

Here goes something crazy. Every year Nike puts out an NBA All Star game Air Force One, sometimes it’s a quickstrike, sometimes its for players/guests only. This year they decided to do two. The one pictured above is the Quickstrike edition, designed by Clark Kent. These will be available sometime this month, only at quickstrike accounts and will be limited.

For 24 months a small group of engineers and designers worked on a special project to reduce the weight and increase the power of the Continental GT. What you see before you is the result. The Continental Supersports - the name comes from the original 3-liter model introduced in 1925 - will be the fastest road-going car in the company's 90 year history.

How fast is it? Bentley's initial performance figures say that the sprint to 60 mph takes only 3.7 seconds and it'll top out at 204 mph. Those figures best the current quickest Bentley, the Continental GT Speed, which takes more than 4 seconds to reach 60 mph and hits top speed at a mere 202 mph.

Part of the improved acceleration comes from the revised 6.0-liter W-12 engine. The engine is the company's first flex-fuel-capable power plant. It now produces 621 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque. Inside the fuel tank is a sensor that detects the ratio of gasoline to E85 and reports back to the ECU to ensure that the engine's output remains the same regardless of the mixture.

Bentley knocked a few more ticks off the acceleration times with a new 'Quickshift' transmission that cuts former shift times in half. The entire car has also been lightened by 243 lbs. To bring it all to a halt, the Supersports uses the largest and most powerful carbon ceramic brakes fitted to a production car.

Handling is improved thanks to an array of chassis enhancements. Lighter weight components were used and the steering, dampers, and anti-roll bars were all retuned. Bentley further improved the agility by implementing a 40/60 rear-biased torque split for the all-wheel drive system, a wider rear track, lightweight 20-inch wheels and a revised electronic stability program.

Inside, the cabin was designed to give occupants a sporty feel and it also contributes the to weight reduction theme. First off, you'll notice that the rear seats have been replaced by a storage deck and a carbon fiber luggage retaining beam. Also, the fancy woodwork around the cabin is replaced by carbon fiber and the same material is found on the lighter weight front sport seats. Finally, the rest of the inside is trimmed in Alcantara and 'soft touch' leather.

Expect the fastest Bentley yet to reach worldwide audiences in fall of this year. While it will be FlexFuel compatible in most markets at the time of launch, North American cars will not offer the capability until the summer 2010 because of pending regulatory approval.

Every woman has had her eye on or dated the type of guy I'm talking about here. We are never really sure where we stand with him or what his interest level really is. Making excuses by calling him Mr. Flake, Mr. Player, Mr. Busy or Mr. Afraid of Commitment, really doesn't answer any questions as just leaves us confused, frustrated and wondering what's really going on in his mind.

So, my ever insightful brothas, what are the official cues that you give a chick to let her know that you are just not that into her? Sista's if you have the cues down pat, then do tell! Here is a few obvious one's that I've noticed.

The True Playa
This guy starts off real aggressive, hot and heavy. He can't see you often enough, calls all the time and declares his love for you early on. This guy is a classic neophiliac, he loves the thrill of the chase, and is enamored with the novelty of you. Once that has worn off and he has gotten what he wants, he sets his sights on the next pretty girl.

Get a clue: " He's not that into you!"

Whether this guy is involved in another relationship with a girlfriend or wife, he should be off limits. Yet so many women are lured by the seduction of his words and think he'll eventually dump the other woman and choose them. They are told the other woman is a witch, mean, does not understand them, is psycho and won't leave him alone. Or, he says to you that their relationship has a lot of problems, they fight constantly, he is no longer sleeping with the girlfriend or wife, he's staying only for financial reasons or the children. The best lie of all: he's planning on divorcing or leaving his wife or girlfriend very soon, just be patient. Now, months or years are passing by and his promises are not worth the paper they were written on.
