I did not like this product at all….in fact, I tossed the other bottle in the trash. I was expecting a garlic-flavored dipping oil, but got more of a balsamic-vinegar salad dressing. WHERE’S THE GARLIC?? It was brown in color, with big black chunks of….something in it, maybe the vinegar? I am a very good cook, and sometimes make my own garlic dipping oil. This product was more vinegar than oil. I could barely taste garlic and saw NO slices of garlic in the product. I would not buy any of “Lizzie’s Kitchen” products again, due to the fact that this one was so bad-tasting. I do not recommend this product to potential buyers.

Customer Review: An acquire taste but one of a great line of Dressings!
I found the Pietro dressing at a food show years ago and was so annoyed that I couldn’t find it in stores. Now, thanks to Amazon it’s available on line delivered to my door! Here’s how I first got hooked. The demonstrator had a bowl of lettuce. He put two pieces of the cut up lettuce in a small cup and then added TWO DROPS of this dressing on top. I tasted it and it was HEAVEN! It has a VERY high fat content but that’s not BAD. The secret is to use just a LITTLE. Don’t just “pour it on”. The flavor is so intense that you will taste it immediately. This is my least favorite flavor of the 4 they offer - but I use it every once in a while for a change. (Shoyu is my favorite). They sell that on Amazon too!

The company ships fast and has A-1 Customer Service. With the convenience of ordering on line, you don’t need to search. Thank God for the internet.

The first is the centuries-old grove named Ulmo, which surrounds the family’s winery in Sambuca di Sicilia. The other is a younger grove called Capparrina and is situated on fertile land by the sea near Menfi, in the province of Agrigento. Both groves grow three varieties of olive: Cerasuola, Biancolilla and Nocellara de Belice. The latter represents approximately 60% of total production and is typical of the area. It is recognized for its large-sized fruit and produces an oil with a very distinctive flavor. The other two varieties, Cerasuola and Biancolilla, have a much more delicate flavor. The oil has a wonderful green color and a fresh bouquet of herbs, citrus fruit, artichokes and tomatoes. It has a delicate, full rather than spicy flavor. I first tasted on a restaurant in Sorrento . ” Il Bucco” one of the finest in that town. The taste is amazing well worth the price. Do not use it for cooking , it is too fine.

This olive oil is by far the best I’ve ever tasted. It’s a bit cstly like most really good olive oils are but this is so worth the money! You will not be disappointed. The flavor is amazing, I do not use it to cook with, it’s too good for the, it’s great on bread or in salad. I promise if you like olive oil you will LOVE this one.

Customer Review: Broken Shipment
The terra cotta bowl would probably have been nice, but the packer put it on the bottom of the box and then put the shredded paper cushioning on top of the bowl. So, naturally it arrived broken into three pieces.
