Creatine Ethyl Ester looks like a product I may have to give a try within the next couple weeks. I am a frequent user of Creatine Monohydrate and have had great results with it thus far. My interest in Creatine Ethyl Ester is very high because studies claim that it is far superior to Creatine Monohydrate. If this proves true I know I am going to love it.

My biggest complaint with Creatine Monohydrate is the “bloat.” Testers says that Creatine Ethyl Ester does not have this problem. In the product write-up of Axis Labs Creatine Ethyl Ester it says “This means no more loading, bloating, cramping or dehydration. Most users notice a difference in their first dose..” The product sounds almost too good to be true. Creatine Ethyl Ester could very well be nothing but a bunch of hype. I find myself asking “Should I buy into this and give creatine ethyl ester a try?”

Research shows that the ethyl ester in Creatine Ethyl Ester makes the molecule more lipid soluble and able to passively diffuse through cell membranes rapidly. This method of creatine delivery bypasses the creatine transporter on cell membranes and it allows creatine levels inside muscle cells to increase very rapidly and to higher levels than are possible with regular creatine monohydrate More absorbable creatine is always something worth giving a shot. I am very interested in experiencing the improvement of better absorption and no more loading, bloating, or cramping.

Creatine Ethyl Ester looks like it has the potential to maybe be something very special as long as it does what it says it will do.

After doing many hours of research so I can learn more about Creatine before actually deciding to purchase it, I have came up with this and written this information…

Many bodybuilders and athletes supplement Creatine to help them reach their goals. The biggest problem I notice is many have no idea what Creatine is. Our bodies produce Creatine naturally. Our liver combines the amino acids of Arginine, Glycine and Methionine to create Creatine.

Another problem I notice is many do not know why they are taking the Creatine. They are not sure what Creatine is even supposed to do. Creatine has many benefits. One benefit is that Creatine gives your muscles energy. Creatine supplementation can provide more reps, longer workouts, and overall more endurance and stamina. Creatine also pulls water into your muscles. Creatine has been shown to pull water into your muscle cells, which increases the size of your muscles. It also increases pumps drastically. Studies have shown Creatine enhances protein synthesis. Several studies indicate that Creatine helps put the body in a more anabolic state where protein synthesis can occur. The more protein synthesis; the greater the muscle gain, it’s that easy.

Creatine timing is very important. The most appropriate times to take Creatine are preworkout and postworkout. It is important preworkout because as I stated above it gives you more energy and can give you more endurance. It is vital postworkout because as I stated above it fuels your muscles while pulling water into muscles and increasing protein synthesis. Many athletes report taking Creatine upon waking up before breakfast as it is a great way to get your muscles saturated at the beginning of the day.

Regular Creatine monohydrate has been show to be effective at increasing lean muscle, muscle strength and endurance. However, regular Creatine is absorbed poorly by the body and you rely on the cells ability to absorb it. Due to the poor absorption rate it requires large dosages of Creatine. Creatine ethyl ester is a Creatine monohydrate with an ester attached to help make the Creatine more absorbable.

Many uneducated people may call supplementing with Creatine as cheating. It seems not supplementing Creatine is cheating; you are cheating yourself out of better gains and more effective workouts. Supplementing with Creatine changes everything about your training. One workout with Creatine and you will notice by the end of your workout what you have been missing out on.

Creatine Ethyl Ester really looks to be solid, I am going to take the next step and actually purchase a bottle from a reputable company.
