What we’ve heard more than anything else from the AC community is that there’s a need to have these same conversations – like the ones we’ve been having about the creative process – about what it means to effectively lead a creative team.

So in February 2011 we’re launching Creative Leader Roundtable, a regular discussion featuring creative leaders and forward thinkers from creative teams across several industries. More than anything, the participants in Creative Leader Roundtable are practitioners who bring their experience to the trenches everyday to help their teams do brilliant work. Our first few discussions feature riCardo Crespo, (SVP + Global Creative Lead at 20th Century Fox FCP), Tim Hale (SVP of Marketing and Design for Fossil) and Scott Belsky (CEO of Behance and author of Making Ideas Happen).
