It's odd, on the same day that the media is talking about crime being DOWN around here, in another section of the paper it states an associate of the Scorpion gang is murdered in a burned out car, and his girlfriend is found dead in their home! A friend of the Bacon brothers of course.

It's a little scary at times knowing the bad guys have weapons galore, and everyone else (possible victims) find it's against the law to carry a weapon. There just seems to be something wrong here.

I don't know the best answer to it all, but the annual death count does seem to be going up, as is our immigration. Our justice system (or lack thereof it) is really useless to slowing or eliminating crime in my opinion, and is there to appease those that think it is helpful. In the meantime, judges and criminal lawyers reap the rewards of it all...while so many others become victims on a daily basis.

More trouble expected to arise for Ex-Maplehurst Jail Guard, Donald Bijowski, 30, of Cambridge Ontario.

Police laid charges of uttering threats, breach of trust and intimidation relate to two incidents involving the accused and inmates at the Milton complex.

In a more recent turn of event, Bijowski, has been to be linked an alleged murder plot against Hugh Ford, a popular Canadian Unionized Actra Member.

Police say NO to laying charges against the hooker.

Expired alerts

Once an "alert" has expired, a Moderator will edit the thread title and move it to the appropriate forum.
