Less than 24 hours after Donald Trump had a toddler-like meltdown over the Supreme Court ruling against his mail-in-ballots sabotage scheme, a federal district judge ruled in no uncertain terms that Trump's loyalists installed on the board of the Kennedy Center can’t break or skirt the law by putting his name on it without Congress’ approval.

“Simply put, defendants cannot install memorials for President Trump or anyone or anything else at the Kennedy Center without Congress’s blessing,” Judge Christopher R. Cooper ruled.

If that sounds familiar, it’s because Judge Cooper made the same ruling in May. But the board tried to skirt the ruling: by inscribing “Restored and Renovated by President Donald J. Trump” on the building and possibly naming the center’s grounds the “President Donald J. Trump Plaza.”

Unsurprisingly, Judge Cooper called those efforts “linguistic gymnastics” and said both proposals would violate his previous order, The New York Times reported.

Donald J. Trump took to Truth Social to lash out at the Supreme Court in a sprawling post after the justices declined to allow new restrictions on mail-in voting to take effect before the 2026 midterm elections.

Trump’s 463-word screed included his randomly capitalized words and his typical juvenile “Dumocrats” slam, which sounds like something from a 4chan shitpost.

"Republicans just got another bad decision from the United States Supreme Court, one that the Court System took forever to give, and then blamed it, in part, on no time left to implement a solution to our totally CORRUPT and out of control Mail-In voting “disaster,” which is a laughing stock all over the World, and where we are the only country that has to endure such a Nation Destroying SCAM," he wrote.

Trump called the ruling a major setback for Republicans and argued that it would make election cheating involving mail-in ballots easier. He praised Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito for dissenting, of course, while accusing other members of the Court of being unwilling to stand up to Democrats.

Trump also broadened his criticism to several other Supreme Court decisions, including rulings involving his administration's tariffs and his effort to restrict birthright citizenship. He claimed those decisions would cause enormous financial and legal damage to the country, arguing that the Court has repeatedly issued rulings that undermine his administration and harm the United States.

North Carolina Officer Arrested For Forging Signatures On ICE Detention Forms

A North Carolina detention officer is facing serious prison time after it was discovered that he forged signatures on at least 20 detention forms (that they know of). Not just any old signatures either - these were signatures of magistrates (public officials who have limited power to issue warrants and handle preliminary court cases). These officials can sign warrants to detain individuals in custody, allowing ICE to pick them up.

The Herald Sun is reporting that Detention Officer Michael Diehl, who had been with the department since 2008, was found to have forged documents to hold undocumented immigrants to allow ICE to pick them up.

The Sheriff's Office put out a statement on September 11th, saying:

“On Friday ... the Guilford County Magistrate’s Office notified the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office of a potentially forged court document submitted by GCSO Detention Officer Michael Diehl. Further review of jail booking records identified 19 additional ... forms associated with 19 additional inmates that contained allegedly forged signatures of magistrates.”

Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell returned to the US Senate for the first time in 92 days yesterday.

The 84-year-old lawmaker went "missing" back in June, as reports flooded in confirming that McConnell had been hospitalized following a 911 call to his D.C. home. Audio from that call has since been leaked and indicated that McConnell required life-saving measures from paramedics.

Three months of near radio silence ensued. His team issued an extremely vague confirmation that the senator had been hospitalized on the day of, and Americans didn't hear another word for nearly a month -- quite literally in the dark as to whether or not a sitting United States senator was dead or alive.

Eventually, McConnell released his own statement, equally vague, claiming to have suffered a fall and a subsequent bout of mild pneumonia. He later confirmed he was being sent to a rehab center, then, weeks later, confirmed he would continue his rehabilitation at his D.C. home.

Throughout all of this, despite countless public demands for proof of life from his fellow members of Congress and even the governor of his state, Democrat Andy Beshear, McConnell has outright refused to release any video proof of himself to confirm to the American people that he was not just alive, but actually well enough to perform the duties required of him as a United States Senator.

DeSantis Admin Doubles Down On 'Even Smaller' Immigrant 'Torture' Cages After Outrage

The administration of Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) defiantly said it would make the metal cages used to confine immigrant detainees at "Alligator Alcatraz" even smaller if it could, after a government watchdog found the enclosures to be inhumane and said that they violated Immigration and Customs Enforcement rules.

Alex Lanfranconi, the governor's director of communications, made the remark in an emailed statement to the Miami Herald, responding to a Sept. 11 report by the Department of Homeland Security's inspector general.

Inspectors found that the state-run Everglades detention center confined 79 detainees in small metal enclosures of about 18 square feet each, according to the report.

"The left-wing media wants to focus on a confinement area for violent criminal aliens who have proven they cannot remain peaceful while awaiting deportation," Lanfranconi said. "While it adheres to all federal standards for criminal confinement, we'd make it even smaller if we could."

"At least ten million illegal aliens entered our country under the Biden administration," he added. "Florida decided to do something about it."

Wisconsin District Attorney Has Law License Suspended

Kenosha County District Attorney has had his law license suspended, according to the Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regulation. The office did not specify what the investigation(s) were about. Since being elected in 2024, Solis has been the center of several controversies.

Solis was the first Republican elected as the Kenosha County District Attorney in more than a century, despite having no prosecutorial experience. During his first year and a half in office, the DA's office has seen high rates of turnover, stemming from Solis's focus on illegal immigration, multiple missed deadlines, and other courtroom errors.

One of Solis's biggest blunders came when he filed an argument that relied on false citations because he used AI to do his work:

Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge David Hughes sanctioned Solis during a Feb. 6 hearing involving two men who were facing a combined 74 criminal charges, including 38 felonies. Hughes struck Solis’ written response after finding it used AI without disclosure and relied on "hallucinated," false legal citations.

AI “hallucinations” refer to made-up or incorrect information that an AI system, such as ChatGPT, presents as if accurate.

Tiffany Involved In Emergency Plane Water Landing

On Saturday evening, US Representative and gubernatorial candidate Tom Tiffany flew home after attending campaign events earlier that day. The plane he was riding in, a Beechcraft Bonanza, suddenly lost power, and the pilot, Republican Party of Langlade County chairman Leonard Boltz, had to make an emergency water landing in Lake Wausau, immediately adjacent to the airport.

Both Tiffany and Boltz suffered minor injuries and were able to exit the plane and swim a short distance to an area shallow enough for them to stand while waiting for first responders to rescue them with an airboat. Tiffany had a laceration over his right eye and received twelve stitches before being released from the hospital.

While the incident understandably shook Tiffany, he was still together enough to make it into a Trump-esque moment, complete with a closed-to-the-public press conference with some of the first responders. The only thing missing was a maxipad above his eye. Tiffany did promise that he would bravely persevere and keep on campaigning, although he seemed less interested in getting back to Washington, DC, to do his job.

The FAA has started to investigate the incident. Since it happened in Northern Wisconsin, I'm sure that Sean Duffy will take a personal interest in the investigation so that it will be easier for him to stump for his son-in-law, Michael Alfonso. I'm sure that Duffy will blame the incident on DEI fish in the lake or something equally ridiculous.

Todd Blanche Concedes 'It Was Wise To Investigate Trump' As DOJ Probe Spirals

Attorney General Todd Blanche has conceded that it was right to investigate President Donald Trump over the classified documents he kept at Mar-a-Lago, a national security journalist wrote Monday.

Marcy Wheeler made the argument at emptywheel, pointing to a dispute within the department over where classified evidence can be handled safely.

The prosecutor leading the investigation of Trump's critics asked for a high-security room, known in government as a SCIF, at his Florida office. Justice Department officials told him to use an FBI facility miles away, CNN reported Monday.

"You've just conceded it was wise to investigate Trump!" Wheeler wrote, saying Blanche had effectively acknowledged the records were "far too sensitive to store in a ballroom."

Trump was charged in 2023 with illegally keeping classified records at his Palm Beach estate, where an image included in the indictment showed boxes stacked on a ballroom stage, the Associated Press reported.

Because before it became the Dr. Smith, Robot and Will Robinson show, Lost in Space had what were, for the time, some serious SF chops The first season struck a very adult, Cold War tone, focusing on survival, isolation, and psychological strain in deep space. And Dr. Zachary Smith (the aforementioned Reluctant Stowaway) was originally a ruthless, murderous foreign secret agent and saboteur in league with "the Reds". His accidental trapping on the Jupiter II doomed the mission. Those scripts leaned into hard sci-fi concepts, family dynamics, and realistic danger rather than goofy monsters.

Then along came Batman, and the execs saw the massive success that pop-culture camp could yield. And so Dr. Smith was transformed from a cold-blooded killer into a lovable, cowardly buffoon who was forever getting into wacky scrapes with Will Robinson and Robot.

But that first season? That was something to see.

The interruption came Monday afternoon at Webco Manufacturing in Olathe, during remarks carried live by LiveNOW from Fox to more than 93,000 viewers. The stop was a MAGA Inc. event, according to ABC News 4, and came as Marshall seeks reelection in Kansas this year. MAGA Inc. is President Donald Trump's main super PAC.

"We are not going to stand by as we allow illegal immigrants and foreign corporations to undercut the wages of the people in this factory," Vance said, moments before the shouting began.

"I see we have a guy who is protesting," Vance said, repeating the line twice as the man kept yelling.

Supporters drowned him out with chants of "USA! USA!" as men in dark red shirts pushed the man, who wore a green shirt, through the crowd and out of the building, the livestream showed.

"The last time I gave a speech, and we had a guy who was interrupting, he had the common courtesy to bring a Mexican flag so we knew where he stood," Vance told the crowd.

Michigan Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed grew frustrated with Face the Nation guest host Weija Jiang continually asking about Hasan Piker and explained the only topics people were interested in during his his four Michigan events were grocery prices, high doctor costs and the quality of air and water, not a Twitch streamer.

The only attack Republicans have on El-Sayed is being interviewed by Piker, and they know the media is only too willing to promote their memes.

JIANG: Well, there are Jewish voters in your state who are concerned about your relationship with Piker. You have condemned anti-Semitism, but not called out his rhetoric directly. Why not?

El-Sayed: Weijia, with all due respect, this is the third time you've asked about a Twitch streamer in California.

I've done four events in Michigan this week. You know what didn't come up? Twitch streamers in California.

You know what did come up? Grocery prices. The fact that people can't see a doctor. The worry that they have about the quality of air and water.

I'm not interested in having a conversation about streamers in California because they are not raising the prices of gas and groceries.

President Donald Trump's announcement that Russia and Ukraine had agreed to stop hitting each other's energy sites, a deal he tied to rising diesel prices, unraveled within an hour.

Trump made the claim in a Monday post on Truth Social, which also blamed the Russia-Ukraine war, not his own war with Iran, for the global rise in diesel prices.

About an hour later, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on X that no such agreement existed.

"Ukraine has agreed not to hit Russian Energy targets. Russia has agreed to do, likewise!" Trump wrote, adding that the world's diesel price rise was "mostly caused by the Russia/Ukraine War, not Iran."

He implemented massive cuts in federal aid, Medicare, Medicaid, SNAP, and ACA subsidies that have crippled many households to give himself a tax cut.

Will this Task Force investigate the fraud perpetrated on the taxpayer's money when AG Todd Blanche tried to set up a $1.76 billion "anti-weaponizing" slush fund to pay funds to people they claim supposedly were unfairly targeted by the federal government?

You know, like those miscreants who were convicted of crimes for attacking the US Capitol to overthrow the 2020 election, but were all pardoned by Demented Donald?

"If you tried to steal money from the American taxpayer, if you took funds that ought by right have gone to American small businesses or American workers, not only we're gonna cut you off, but we're gonna prosecute you," Vance said.

A "far-reaching" federal investigation into the officials who once investigated President Donald Trump now stretches to Mar-a-Lago and beyond, a new court filing says.

The account comes from a sworn declaration filed Monday in Washington federal court by Kenneth Wainstein, a lawyer for former CIA Director John Brennan, who is suing Attorney General Todd Blanche.

Wainstein wrote that prosecutors laid out the investigation during a Sept. 11 conference call, one day after the prosecutor who had been leading it, Joseph diGenova, abruptly resigned.

Justice Department attorney Kurt Olsen, one of four prosecutors on the call, said several grand jury investigations remain "viable," according to the declaration.

Tani reported that Bessent threatened Bloomberg News with retaliation last September, then spent a year carrying the threat out.

Dr Oz took advantage of an appearance on Fox to show that he is as full of it as one of Trump's diapers. He went on a tirade about disabled and/or elderly people receiving help to stay in their own homes instead of taking up space in a nursing home. Needless to say, there was more nonsense than facts in his bloviations:

And I'll tell you the part that's really bothering me. When you get those home care services, which that's the#1 job here in Manhattan and in New York State, it's the #1 job in the entire state by a factor of 2, not being a TV anchor or on Wall Street.

Just how many news anchors does he think there are in New York? At least, he's not pretending to live in Pennsylvania anymore.

It's providing social support to your family; basically, you're carrying groceries upstairs. How is that possible? Here's the catch. That's a jobs program because what you're really saying is, instead of being unemployed, we're going to Medicaid it. That's what they call it. We're going to Medicaid it. We're going to put it on the federal taxpayer dollar. They're going to get all that money to pay for these folks.

Charlie Kirk Memorial Statue BRUTALLY Vandalized

Just days after the first anniversary of former podcaster and profressional dude bro Charlie Kirk's death, a memorial statue located just outside of the Turning Point USA headquarters in Phoeniz, AZ, was brutally vandalized.

TPUSA confirmed the vandalism in a post on its social media account, writing, "We will restore the statue and replace the signs, but we are also reviewing the footage of the incident and are working with law enforcement to identify who did this and hold them accountable."

"But vandalism like this is not funny, it’s diabolical. The incident happened in the middle of the night because evil never sleeps. Beyond spray painting on the neck and face, they made the intentional decision to cross out the name of Jesus on a nearby sign."

The organization rounded their post off with a Bible quote from John 15:18: "If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first.”

Please note that in John 15:18, Jesus was referring to himself, as he spoke to his followers before his crucifixion, because apparently Charlie Kirk is basically Jesus now.

But I digress.

TPUSA's post accompanied two photos, one showing a statue of the deceased podcaster covered in red paint, particularly in the neck and face area, as well as a memorial sign/banner that was also defaced in red spray paint, with an X over Kirk's face:

Donald J. Trump has apparently added White House Savior to his résumé. He declared on Truth Social that the historic building was a “dump” before he returned to office, and unsurprisingly, blamed previous presidents for letting it deteriorate.

Trump also claimed its exterior was practically falling off. Trump then congratulated himself for personally overseeing its rescue—during the little “spare time” he supposedly has—calling it an “honor” to save the beloved White House.

"The White House was in very bad condition, both inside and out," Trump insisted. "Frankly, it was a “dump!” Past Presidents did not take care of it."

"I love renovating it during my spare time, which is not much," he continued. "The Department of Interior, and various contractors, are doing a fantastic job."

"Attached are pictures of BEFORE and AFTER. The exterior “skin” of the Building was practically falling off! It is now in better shape than when built in 1792," he added. "Such an Honor to have the privilege of saving this Great Structure! More time without renovation would have destroyed our beloved White House! President DONALD J. TRUMP"

There aren't enough expletives in the world to describe this man. He demolished the East Wing to make room for a 90,000 square feet new ballroom, and paved over Jackie Kennedy's beloved Rose Garden.
