Travel was becoming too expensive and explaining detailed design processes over the phone was complicated and ineffective. With Cisco WebEx technology, however, Powerwave now has an interactive, visual interface to train its remote engineers. As a result of the deployment, the company has been able to dramatically reduce travel savings, while creating a closer-knit community between its international teams. </summary>
