When I call the customer support, the answer goes along this (but not exact word for word) -

“I am sorry Sir the technical department won’t accept your report because you are staying on the 8th floor instead of the 5th floor or below. Therefore there is nothing the technical department can do to support you. Can you try your service at the 5th floor instead? It is said in your contract that we do not guarantee services above the 5th floor”

1. I don’t own any apartment on the 5th floor? Am I supposed to squat somewhere?
2. How about if I said 8th floor don’t work, tried on the 5th floor won’t work either, and so does the ground floor. Now will you accept my report and do something about it?

Here is my two piece to Maxis:

If the bloody 5th floor and above don’t work and you don’t guarantee service nor you don’t accept report – don’t fucking charge me with the same bloody fees you charge those staying 5th floor and below.

I am sure if you guys don’t be so bloody stingy and be more focus on delivering customer service and good quality network for the 5th floor and above people – somehow somewhere some geniuses in your company will come out with a way to serve the us – people living in the 5th floor and above. Also do note that in the coming decade there is going to be MORE condos and apartments.

Some one should do an ads like this one:

My Vote of iPad’s success – I give it a 60% and very much so depends of what the iPad Apps can do for it. But remember also the fact that Amazon is coming up with their own App store for Kindle.

However, either way – its going to be Kindle and iPad as the main contender while the rest of the e-Readers and Pads will be just anothe so-so product until these companies figure out a better business model to market these high tech gadgets.
