Please keep in mind, that we only responsible for the host node itself, not what inside the VPS. Anything inside the VPS, are the customer’s own responsibility to manage themself! We are not obligated to do any customization for the customer’s Windows itself! And also please make sure you read our TOS/AUP properly before you click the “Order” button.

At this moment, we have not yet decide whether we will completely discontinue all the Windows VPS plan or not. We announce the update of our decision when we had comes to an conclusion whether to continue providing Windows VPS or not.

As you know, Alertpay was recently rebranded to their new name, Payza.
If you were regularly made payment to us via Alertpay, probably you already realize that the payment option showed in our billing system had changed the label “Alertpay” to “Payza (Formerly known as Alertpay)”.

Other than this small details, we do facing some issues from Payza on the payment we received from our customers.
The most critical issue we encounter, is the payment that customers paid to us recently, was all frozen and put on hold once the amount was successfully transferred to our account.

From what we found from the Internet, this very same issue was faced by a lot people as well.
We’ve been trying to raised a support ticket to Payza, and they still yet to reply us with any response yet for the time being.

As Alertpay was a reputable company in the past, we still have our trust on them at the moment and we believe that all the issues and delays might be causing from the recent transition of power and management, as well as undergoing some new staff training etc.

But until everything is resolve, we decided to cease the use of Payza as one of our payment gateway, to avoid more of our funds to be frozen and causing financial imbalance to our cash flow.

Therefore from now on, please make your payment to us via Paypal, until all the issues we have with Payza are resolved.
We will be providing updates on the status of our Payza issues here, and once issues are resolved, we will be update in this blog to inform when will we re-enable Payza as one of the payment option in our billing system.

Please do not insist for for system administrators to setup and maintain your VPS/Dedicated Servers if you did not subscribe to our management service. And please, do Google before you open any tickets to ask us how to do something in your VPS/Dedicated Servers.

As there are too many of our customers insisted that we do all their configuration for them while they did not subscribe to the management service, we will now only respond to customers that had paid for the management service in case of the tickets are asking us to do the configuration or maintenance for them.

Other tickets like technical issues which related with our network and the hardwares, we will response as usual and we will not neglect the tickets. Only those tickets which insist us to manage the VPS/Dedicated Servers while the customer did not subscribed to our management service will be ignored.

In contrast with the FreeBSD Jail we used to sell before this, the current FreeBSD Jail comes with the VDSManager where it is similar with what usually you will get in Linux VPS services. It is a control panel where you can manage your Jail such as rebuilding world etc.
