&lt;br /&gt;Ontario Solar Academy's 5-Day Solar PV Design and Installation 
Course (Level One) covers fundamental knowledge and reviews the design, 
installation, and evaluation of residential and commercial solar 
photovoltaic (PV) systems.

&lt;br /&gt;The solar training, based on the NABCEP learning objectives, 
includes site evaluation tools and techniques, solar electric component 
operation and connection, system design and sizing, and standard

electrical concepts in accordance with Electrical Code requirements in

														&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana"&gt;The study has explored how Bloom's Taxonomy relates to Qualifications Framework levels and involved the development of a new version of Bloom's Taxonomy. It assigned QFTSC levels to three occupational standards (for&lt;i&gt; emerit &lt;/i&gt;Event Coordinator, Event Manager and Event Management—International Competency Standards) and assigned levels from three other qualification frameworks from outside of Canada, evaluating the various level descriptors. The three occupational standards were also mapped against each other, using a new methodology developed to assist comparisons. We believe that there are several innovative aspects that will be of interest to a wider audience.&lt;/span&gt;
