In light of this, we have an urgent need to employ an individual living in Connecticut, possessing library and IT background, interested in assisting with the development and support of an OS ILS. This position requires experience in the following areas: Linux Platform and administration (specifically Debian), PostgreSQL database knowledge (Postcript (SQL Syntax), Apache administration, Javascript, XHTML and HTML, Perl Template Toolkit, OpenSRF framework, Ejabberd. A portion of the work would be performed in Middlebury, CT; however, some could be performed off site.  This is a for 4-6 month position with a pay rate of $15.50/hour or $620/week.
