If you are planning to repair your bad credit to ensure a loan or other financial transactions then the first thing you must do is to improve your credit report. Credit report is about all your credit accounts, the debts you own and how you have been paying them. If you have been regular in paying the debts then your credit report will be positive which will help you in repairing your credit. Before giving you another credit, the creditors will check your paying history and depending on that you will be given the credit.

Ask for your credit report as you are entitled to get it once in a year. If you find that there are some debts that you can repay to improve your credit report then do it immediately.

If you want to repay the debts look for the rebate or discount that you can get for repaying. These discounts can save a lot f your penalty and your credit report will improve.

The leveraged debt means when a person or business makes large investment by taking the help of financial resources including borrowings or loans. Leveraged debts are taken for three main investments:
•	In business it is taken to magnify the returns. The borrowed capital is used mostly to augment the operations of the business in large scale so that better profits can be generated.
•	In personal finances people go for leverages debts to purchase property or stocks. They feel that the debt can be easily mitigated and better returns can be achieved.
Risks involved: Remember that if the venture with leveraged debt bounces back or fail then you will be in a bad financial position. You will not only lose your own capital but you have to repay the debt with an interest. It can be a real bane for you. Therefore, it is important that you research very thoroughly before investing with leveraged debt.

Exchange traded notes popularly known as ETNs came in market in 2006. There are many banks that issue ETNs. Some of the popular exchange traded notes are the ones issued by Barclays bank PLC, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, UBS and Morgan Stanley.
An ETN is an unsecured, unsubordinated senior debt security that is issued by the underwriting bank. It has a printed maturity date on it. The ETN is only backed by the credibility of the issuing bank. It provides the return according to the market bench mark and upon maturity it is paid sans the fees. The ETN becomes null and void if the bank goes bankrupt.
Advantage of exchange trade notes:
•	Tax efficient
•	Zero tracking error
•	Product is liquid structured
•	Access to the latest market trends and strategies

Disadvantages of ETNs:
•	Credit risks
•	Problem of liquidity
•	Depend on credit rating
•	Very insecure trading strategy

Some of the trade entry techniques that can be useful for you include channel breakouts which help you to catch the trend only in its beginning. Technical analysis of the market is also a major thing to keep in mind. This can be done by way of chart patterns which allow you to make a decision through gaps, triangles, double tops, flags, outside days, inside days and spikes.

You can also base your trade entry on pure prediction so that major ups and downs of the market can be pin pointed. Volatility breakouts take place when the market takes a sudden move and you need to add or subtract the range to sell and buy points. One of the trade entry techniques is to take average price for the last some time as determined by you and sell if it has crossed below and buy is it has crossed above. With all or any of these techniques, you will be able to make a wiser decision to earn the best profits.

Discretionary Trusts are trusts in which the beneficiaries and the entitlements are determined by the settler and are not fixed. These trusts are known with this name because the trustees generally a power to decide which of the beneficiaries will receive the payments and they also have the power to select the amount that the beneficiaries will receive. Both these powers are usually exercised by the trustees but they also have the option to use only one.

In this way, the trustees have a good amount of freedom to make decisions about the resources of the trust. The trustees are allowed to increase or decrease the monthly allowances of the beneficiaries. This kind of trust encourages the trustees to concentrate all the available assets of the trust into a single pool and then disburse them into all the beneficiaries with proper understanding. The best thing is that no single person makes any decision and thus, the whole trust is able to make an unbiased and fair decision.
