I’m having mixed feelings about fall…it’s an annual occurrence. This polarity stems from my hatred of cold weather, and my love for celebrating my November birthday (JK – kind of). This morning, I was ready to embrace it – I left my house in full blown fall mode. Brought out the platform boots, a nice cozy sweater with a midi skirt situation…then my car broke down on me and I was sitting in 75 degree heat with no AC as I waited for my tow truck to arrive.

PAULA’S CHOICE: POWER BERRY SERUM

I love me some Paula’s Choice, and I think they noticed because I’m on the list to get all the new goods directly from them! They were kind enough to pass along the new Power Berry Serum they launched. It reminds me a bit of the Eminence Hyaluronic Serum I use, with a less sticky consistency. After two weeks of using this serum every morning, I noticed that my skin was more hydrated and brighter.

I was recently gifted this set by Diptyque, and let me tell you, I’ve been burning these bad boys ever since. This is the first time I’ve ever tried this concept of burning two different fragrances at once, and I’m never turning back. I set up each candle on opposite ends of the room, and they blend perfectly in the center. The’re on the pricier end, so not something I necessarily would buy for myself, which is why they make the perfect gift for Mom!
