Vou até o final do programa para ver se ela vai falar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;font-size:130%;"  &gt;Para quem não conhece a lenda, veja abaixo a história e a receita:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Uma pessoa foi a restaurante em Dallas e, ao final do almoço (ou jantar), pediu sobremesa. A sobremesa, &lt;i&gt;"Neiman-marcus cookie&lt;/i&gt;", estava deliciosa e ela perguntou se o restaurante cederia a receita. "Não. Não cede a receita. Mas poderia vendê-la", responde o garçom. "Qual o preço?", pergunta a madame. "Two fifty". "OK, ponha na conta." A conta é paga com cartão. Dias depois, ao receber o extrato do cartão, a madame toma um susto: o restaurante cobrou 250 dólares pela receita. Uma fortuna! Um absurdo! Insatisfeita, ela vai até o restaurante e reclama. Sem sucesso. "Tem que pagar". Mesmo contrariada, ela paga a conta. Mas se vinga do restaurante distribuindo entre os conhecidos uma mensagem contando o desagradável incidente. O autor da página Receita-Corrente afirma que história é verídica!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;blockquote style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;"Minha filha e eu acabavamos de comer uma salada na Neiman-Marcus em Dallas, Texas (Neiman-Marcus é uma loja de departamentos muito exclusiva e cara dos Estados Unidos) e decidimos pedir uma pequena sobremesa.&lt;br /&gt;Como ambos somos vidrados em bolachas concordamos em provar as bolachas 'Neiman-Marcus'.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; As bolachas eram tão gostosas que perguntei se podiam dar-me a receita ao que a garçonete respondeu com um pequeno muchocho : 'temo que não'.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; - Bem, eu disse, me permitiriam comprar a receita?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; - Sim ! ela respondeu com um sorriso encantador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; Perguntei, então, quanto custava e ela respondeu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; - Dois e cinqüenta...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; - É um bom negócio, eu disse com aprovação. Debite em meu cartão de crédito!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; Trinta dias depois recebi meu extrato da conta de Neiman-Marcus com um lançamento total de US $ 285.00. Revisei novamente e me lembrei que só havia gasto US $ 9.95 pelas duas saladas e cerca de US $ 20.00 por um cachecol. Mais abaixo no extrato estava escrito : 'Receita de Bolachas - US $ 250.00'.&lt;br /&gt;- Isto é uma loucura! Pensei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; Telefonei para o Departamento de Contas de Neiman-Marcus e expliquei que a garçonete me havia dito que eram 'dois e cinqüenta', o que sob nenhuma interpretação da frase significa duzentos e cinqüenta dólares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; Neiman-Marcus se negou a negociar. A atendente disse que não fariam nenhum reembolso, pois segundo eles 'o que a garçonete disse não é nosso problema e o senhor já levou a sua receita, assim, de nenhuma maneira lhe devolveremos o dinheiro'.&lt;br /&gt;Nessas circunstâncias, mencionei o estatudo de Crimes que regem as fraudes no estado do Texas e os ameacei denunciá-los no 'Better Business Bureau', algo parecido como os órgãos de Defesa do Consumidor) e na Promotoria Pública por fraude.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; Basicamente responderam:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; - 'Faça o que quiser. Não queremos nem saber. Não lhe devolveremos o dinheiro!'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; Esperava, pensando em resolver numa boa, ou, pelo menos recuperar uma parte do meu dinheiro, assim que só disse:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; - Muito bem! Vocês surrupiaram os meus US $ 250.00, mas eu me encarregarei de que cada pessoa que goste de bolachas, que tenha um endereço de correio eletrônico, obtenha gratuitamente a receita de US $ 250.00 das bolachas de Neiman-Marcus!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; A atendente respondeu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; - 'Desejaríamos que não o fizesse'.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; - Bem, deviam ter pensado nisso antes de roubar-me! E bati o telefone.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;ASSIM É QUE AQUI ESTÁ A RECEITA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;POR FAVOR... POR FAVOR, PASSEM-NA A TODAS AS PESSOAS QUE LHES OCORRA ENVIÁ-LA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; Paguei US $ 250.00 por ela, é minha e não quero que Neiman-Marcus obtenha nem um centavo mais por esta receita, assim é que aí a envio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; Se você é mulher, garanto que deixarão seus maridos fascinados. Se são homens, digam a suas esposas que as preparem, lhes encantarão. Misture muito bem com as mãos e transfira para um refratário (27 cm X 16 cm) untado com manteiga. Reserve. 2 - Numa outra tigela coloque 150 g de farinha de trigo, 2 colheres (sopa) de açúcar e 50 g de manteiga gelada cortada em cubinhos. Com as mãos, faça uma farofa. Junte 3 colheres (sopa) de água gelada (para dar liga na massa) e amasse bem. Coloque a massa entre 2 sacos plásticos numa superfície lisa e com auxílio de um rolo abra-a até ficar com uma espessura fina. Corte quadrados do tamanho desejado (não se preocupe com o tamanho certo do quadrado). 3- Cubra o refratário (que já está com as frutas) com os quadrados de massa aleatoriamente (não se preocupe em ficar arrumadinho). Pincele gema e polvilhe açúcar a gosto. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 200 graus por +/- 25 minutos ou até dourar. São três minutos         mais ou menos. Bata tudo até ficar uma mistura homogênea.&lt;br /&gt;     &lt;br /&gt;       Depois misture à farinha de trigo e mão na massa.         Depois de pronta, coloque a massa para descansar por uma hora.         Ela deve estar tampada e não pode receber vento.&lt;br /&gt;     &lt;br /&gt;       Hora de fazer as bolinhas. Unte as mãos. Antes de         ir ao forno, o pãozinho deve descansar por mais uma hora. Cinco         a sete minutos no forno a 180ºC e o pãozinho está assado. Bater as claras em neve, o açúcar e o chocolate, retire as maçãs do forno e cubra-as com as claras em neve, polvilhe granulado e volte ao forno para secar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Modificações do Culinarista Mauro Rebelo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- No creme, acrescentei 1 colher (sopa) de manteiga com sal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Na hora de colocar a calda, coloquei um pouco dentro da cavidade antes de rechear, coloquei o recheio e reguei por cima antes de levar ao forno.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Deixei 20 minutos no forno em vez de 10 minutos conforme a receita manda. &lt;/h3&gt; &lt;h3 class="smller"&gt;Torta Hambúrguer (com foto)&lt;/h3&gt; &lt;div class="para"&gt; Torta Hambúrguer&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sempre fazemos esta torta aqui em casa, mas desta vez minha irmã alterou a receita da massa e nós achamos que ficou muito boa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Comentem aqui se gostaram desta receita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes Massa:&lt;br /&gt;2 ovos inteiros&lt;br /&gt;2 xicaras (chá) de farinha&lt;br /&gt;1/2 xícara (chá) de oleo&lt;br /&gt;2 xicaras (chá)de leite&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres (sopa) de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;50g de queijo ralado&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola pequena picada&lt;br /&gt;1/2 dente de alho picado&lt;br /&gt;1/2 caldo de legumes (cubo)&lt;br /&gt;oregano, manjericão e pimenta do reino a gosto&lt;br /&gt;queijo parmesão ralado a gosto para polvilhar no final.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes Recheio:&lt;br /&gt;8 hamburguers inteiros crus (comprados prontos ou feitos em casa)&lt;br /&gt;2 tomates grandes cortados em rodelas finas&lt;br /&gt;200g de queijo mussarela em cubos&lt;br /&gt;cebola e orégano a gosto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Preparo da Massa:&lt;br /&gt;Bata tudo no liquidificador com excessão do fermento. Coloque metade da massa, arrume os hamburguers, as fatias de tomate, o queijo mussarela, a cebola e o orégano. Coloque o restante da massa por cima, polvilhe queijo parmesão. Leve ao forno pré aquecido em temperatura média. Assei a minha por uns 40 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A massa não cobriu toda a torta. Hj ela inventou de fazer novamente enquanto eu prestava atenção pra fazer as medidas dela (receita antiga ela costuma fazer de olho mesmo). Ela leva bastante ingredientes, bem calórica, mas se vc não está de regime... tenho certeza que vai gostar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;10 ovos inteiros.&lt;br /&gt;8 xicaras de queijo ralado minas curado.&lt;br /&gt;1k e 250 gr. de açucar&lt;br /&gt;2 litros de agua.&lt;br /&gt;Cravo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;Bata os ovos na batedeira por alguns minutos. Acrescente o queijo ralado aos poucos, até formar uma massa. Leve ao fogo a agua, açúcar e o cravo para formar uma calda. Enquanto ela esta sendo preparada, faça pequenas bolinhas da massa (pequenas mesmo, pq elas vão crescer) e as coloque na calda ainda no fogo, porém, coloque-as aos poucos, da primiera vez 1/3, espere cozinhar um pouco, depois outro 1/3 e assim até termina-las. Deixe elas cozinharem por aproximadamente uns 30 minutos. Va adicionando o queijo ralado&lt;br /&gt;e misturando até o ponto de enrolar e molde os docinhos em forma de&lt;br /&gt;ameixinhas ou bolinhas e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Em um tacho ou panela coloque o açucar e a água e mexa pra misturar&lt;br /&gt;bem . &lt;/h3&gt; &lt;h3 class="smller"&gt;Joelho de porco na churrasqueira (c/ foto)&lt;/h3&gt; &lt;div class="para"&gt; Devagar eu estou retomando minhas aventuras na cozinha....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Esse Eisbein ( joelho de porco ) é aquelas coisas que devem ser feitas com calma, sem pressa alguma, pra depois saborear tranquilo e se fartar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Faça num dia em que for fazer um churrasco, e deixe ele ali quietinho, num canto da churrasqueira, e bem no fim do churrasco vc dá aquele toque final na carne, e seja guloso, saboreie sozinho debaixo de um pé de manga, ou numa sombrinha qualquer, coma com gosto, e suje as mãos o rosto, como se fosse uma criança se divertindo com um sorvetão!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pra fazer é fácil, só precisa calma.&lt;br /&gt;Pegue um joelhão bonito, tempere com temperinho caseiro, deixe na geladeira de um dia pro outro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No dia do churrasco, embrulhe o bichão em bastante papel alumínio, espete e coloque mais papel alumínio , vedando as partes onde o espeto entrou.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque ali na churrasqueira, num calor médio e deixe-o lá dormindo e virando de vez em quando para " cozinhar " por igual.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Qdo aquele cunhado chato já tiver ido embora, vc desembrulha o joelho, atiça bem o braseiro e põe ele lá pertinho, e verá uma mágica acontecer bem na frente dos seus olhos!&lt;br /&gt;A pele vai virar uma bela pururuca, e qdo vc ver que já pururucou toda a pele, vc pega o espeto, sai correndo, se esconde e come tudo sozinho, acompanhao de umas latinhas de cerva bem gelada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;h3 class="smller"&gt;obs&lt;/h3&gt; &lt;/h3&gt; &lt;h3 class="smller"&gt;Amigos queridos, segue uma receita de&lt;/h3&gt;  maionese agridoce, uma opção para as festividades de final de ano.&lt;br /&gt;A receita copiei há muito tempo e a opção de servir no abacaxi, aprendi num cursinho básico de alimentação, chamado Geração de Renda, do SESI de minha cidade.&lt;br /&gt;Amo os cursos dessa instituição,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 abacaxi&lt;br /&gt;250 g de peito de peru defumado&lt;br /&gt;50g de nozes picadas&lt;br /&gt;50g de uvas passas sem sementes&lt;br /&gt;1 caixinha de creme de leite (&lt;b&gt;eu coloquei meia caixinha- uso da marca Nestlé&lt;/b&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;10 azeitonas verdes sem caroço, picadas&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres (sopa) de catchup&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres (sopa) de mostarda (&lt;b&gt;coloquei uma só&lt;/b&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;100 g de maionese (&lt;b&gt;usei a Light – da Helmanns&lt;/b&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola picada (&lt;b&gt;NÃO USEIIIIIIIII.... &lt;/b&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;3 batatas picadas e cozidas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de fazer:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lavar o abacaxi com uma escovinha, secar e partir ao meio. Com uma faca retirar a polpa do abacaxi com cuidado para não perfurar a casca, pois a salada será servida dentro.&lt;br /&gt;Picar o abacaxi e deixar em uma peneira escorrendo por cerca de duas horas.&lt;br /&gt;Misturar o peito de peru picado, as nozes picadas, as uvas passas, as azeitonas picadas em pedaços médios, a cebola bem picada e as batatas.&lt;br /&gt;Temperar com o catchup, a mostarda e a maionese.&lt;br /&gt;Mexer tudo muito bem e corrigir o sal.&lt;br /&gt;Acrescentar o abacaxi e o creme de leite, misturar, preencher as metades do abacaxi e levar à geladeira por no mínimo uma hora.&lt;br /&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Dicas&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Cortem o abacaxi em duas metades, certinhas, eu cortei um pouco maior, pq só fiz uma metade só do abacaxi, para duas pessoas, dá e ainda sobra.&lt;br /&gt;- Pode fazer a noite, e fazer a montagem no abacaxi no dia seguinte.&lt;br /&gt;- Mantenham o abacaxi na geladeira, após tirar a polpa dele, ele juntará uma caldinha, descartem-na, na montagem do prato.&lt;br /&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Importante&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Façam as alterações de sua preferencia, e/ou façam a receita que estão acostumados, não é necessário seguir a receita que postei, essa é apenas uma sugestão minha, para colorir mais ainda a nossa mesa.&lt;br /&gt;Estamos num clima tropical e o nosso Natal é no verão, é uma delícia refrescante.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Com frango assado... hummmm.&lt;br /&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;a href="http://images.orkut.com/orkut/photos/OgAAAFEhPLqxdap2Nlz8wOKKqAiv3heW6CBHY3VHFfguk24YY2dZuIDs97LuSjKdtplhslU4DTdztNMK4jKMJUTD5KIAm1T1UMLGjVFEIq2AQXBomJxziwzVeC75.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="width: 393px; &lt;/h3&gt; &lt;h3 class="smller"&gt;Alfajores Argentino&lt;/h3&gt; &lt;div class="para"&gt; Esta receita é do Chef Álvaro Rodrigues&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;1 xícara (chá) de açúcar refinado (180 g)&lt;br /&gt;1 colher (sopa) de açúcar de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;1 colher (café) rasa de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;1 ¾ xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo (210 g)&lt;br /&gt;2 xícaras (chá) de amido de milho (200 g)&lt;br /&gt;200 g de manteiga extra sem sal, gelada e bem picada&lt;br /&gt;3 gemas de ovos médios (50 g), peneiradas&lt;br /&gt;1 colher (chá) de essência de baunilha de boa qualidade&lt;br /&gt;1 colher (sobremesa) de raspas de limão (opcional)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recheio:&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de doce de leite em ponto de corte&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Banho de Chocolate:&lt;br /&gt;250 g de chocolate cobertura ao leite&lt;br /&gt;250 g de chocolate meio-amargo bem picado&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;Em uma tigela grande coloque os açúcares, o fermento em pó, a farinha de trigo, o amido de milho, a manteiga e amasse com a ponta dos dedos ou bata no processador até obter uma farofa úmida. Junte as gemas, a essência e amasse delicadamente com a ponta dos dedos ou bata novamente no processador até obter uma massa lisa e macia. Por último, agregue as raspas de limão e envolva bem. Embrulhe a massa obtida em papel alumínio ou filme plástico e deixe gelar por uma hora ou até que esteja bem firme.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Abra porções da massa entre duas folhas de plástico na espessura de 5 mm e corte os alfajores com um cortador redondo de 5 ou 6 cm de diâmetro. Distribua os discos de alfajor sobre chapas de alumínio ligeiramente untadas com manteiga e polvilhadas de farinha de trigo e asse-os em forno preaquecido à 170ºC até que estejam levemente dourados. Deixe esfriar sobre uma grade, aplique o recheio e decore a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Montagem dos Alfajores:&lt;br /&gt;Utilizando um saco de confeitar com bico perlê médio, distribua o doce de leite sobre um disco de alfajor e una com outro disco por cima, pressionando delicadamente. Em seguida, banhe os alfajores em chocolate derretido e resfriado e deixe secar. &lt;/h3&gt; &lt;h3 class="smller"&gt;Bolo de chocolate branco com morangos (com foto)&lt;/h3&gt; &lt;div class="para"&gt; Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para a massa:&lt;br /&gt;2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;1 copo (pequeno) de açúcar (peneirado)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 copo (pequeno) de leite&lt;br /&gt;1 copo (pequeno) de farinha de trigo (peneirado)&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres (sopa) de chocolate em pó (uso chocolate em pó mesmo, marca nestlé)&lt;br /&gt;1 colher (sobremesa) de fermento em pó (peneirado)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para o recheio:&lt;br /&gt;200 gramas de chocolate branco de boa qualidade (usei nestlé)&lt;br /&gt;1 caixa de morangos picados&lt;br /&gt;1/2 lata de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para a cobertura:&lt;br /&gt;250 gramas de chantilly&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de preparo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para a massa:&lt;br /&gt;Bater as gemas com o açúcar e o leite. Acrescentar os outros ingredientes e bater bem. Por último, bater as claras em neve e acrescentar delicadamente à massa do bolo. Despejar a massa numa fôrma redonda de fundo removível (20 x 7 cm). Assar em forno pré-aquecido (220º) por cerca de 30/35 minutos. Esperar esfriar e desenformar. Cortar o bolo em 2, furar bem e molhar com guaraná ou leite.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para o recheio:&lt;br /&gt;Picar o chocolate e derreter. Juntar o creme de leite e misturar bem, até ficar homogêneo. Espalhar o recheio sobre a metade do bolo já molhada. Cobrir com morangos picados e colocar a tampa do bolo, também molhada com leite ou guaraná. Decorar a gosto com chantilly e morangos inteiros.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se quiser um bolo maior, basta dobrar a receita.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="para"&gt; &lt;div&gt;&lt;a
