Hi Everyone -

There have been a lot of changes going on over here in Oasis-land over the last little while and sadly the time has come that, for personal reasons, I need to cut back my public exposure on the internet. A daunting task, for sure.

What that means for my website: Any images clearly showing my face will only be available in my member's area. The member's area is still HUGE and will continue to grow, and you'll still be able to see ALL of me in there, so no real cause for alarm. I'm not going anywhere, I'm just going veiled for a while.

This is a much bigger change for my blog - as I've never shied away from sharing anything and everything on here for all the world to see. And I've shared a whole lot over the years! I tried going through individual posts and removing the pics that showed me too clearly ... but it just proved to be too difficult.

So, since I've been planning it anyway, it seemed a good time for me to make the switch from blogspot over to wordpress. I have imported all the posts from this blog to a new wordpress blog, and I plan to go through and edit the good ones, throw away the bad ones and basically revise, revamp and relaunch on a new, more advanced platform.

This is likely going to take a bit of time, and I hope you don't desert me! I will most definitely let you all know when I'm back up and running. I'll post a note here, and if you like, feel free to email me at support at miragemedia dot com with your email address, and I'll email you back with the link to the new blog as soon as it goes live.

It's been a long run; things are changing a bit, but I'll still be around. And I hope you all stick around with me :)
