Lindsay Lohan Is Packing 270 'Looks' For Her Upcoming 90-Day Rehab Stay

Lindsay Lohan is supposed to be checking into the Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, N.Y. by Thursday for a 90-day court ordered stay, but sources tell TMZ "she may bail on the rehab facility because they won't let her smoke.""She doesn't think she can hack not smoking for 90 days," add the sources supposedly close to Lohan. "Lindsay asked her lawyers to try and convince Seafield to make an exception and, failing that, find a facility that would let her puff away."

After Seafield reportedly said no smoking no matter who the patient, Lohan is now having her lawyers contact Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach — where they allow smoking. (Lohan knows this because she rehabbed there for a short time in 2010.) The only problem is that City Attorneys for L.A. and Santa Monica, Calif. haven't signed off on Morningside and prosecutors had no idea Lohan is thinking of switching facilities according to TMZ.

In the meantime, the 26-year-old is preparing to enter rehab by packing her entire wardrobe. She Instagrammed the below photo of herself packing, with the caption, "90 days and 270 looks."The Seafield Center only allows seven changes of clothes — brace yourself, Morningside.

Lindsay Lohan’s Legal Woes Continue — Blows Off Deposition & Is Accused Of ‘Playing Games’

Lindsay Lohan‘s never-ending legal woes continue as the embattled actress is accused in court documents of playing games for failure to appear at a court ordered deposition, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Grigor Baylan, a paparazzo, filed the civil lawsuit against Lohan, Paola Demara and Tri Star Sports Entertainment, claiming he was injured when a car that the actress was riding in hit him. Lindsay was a passenger in the car when it made a speedy getaway from a club on Janurary 10, 2010. Lawyers for the photographer have tried numerous times to depose Lohan in the case, and she has failed to appear, even after being sanctioned $1000 for failing to do so. In new court documents obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, it’s stated that Lohan “failed to appear at her deposition on April 8, 2013. It was reported on several media outlets that Lindsay Lohan was in New York at mid-day eating sushi on April 8, 2013, and then appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman shortly thereafter…

“Lohan has not paid court ordered sanctions to date. As is appears that defendant Lohan is simply playing games, including making misrepresentations to plaintiff’s counsel concerning her scheduling issues, and will not voluntarily appear for a deposition or pay sanctions, even after this Court has ordered her to do so.”

Lilo hasn’t even answered formal legal written questions about the case submitted by the pap’s lawyer! The judge is being asked once again to slap another set of monetary sanctions of $4,842.43 on Lindsay along with an order forcing her to answer the written questions and finally to have her deposition taken.

Brokaw has refused to attend the gala this week, claiming that the 26-year-old had ruined it for him by showing up last year, TMZ reported quoting sources. Lohan reportedly is upset with the journalist for publicly picking on her for no good reason.

Actress Lindsay Lohan has been dropped by clothing and lifestyle brand Odaingerous due to her legal woes and party animal reputation. ‘In light of the recent conviction of actress Lindsay Lohan, clothing and lifestyle brand, Odaingerous is officially withdrawing its offer for an endorsement agreement of actress Lindsay Lohan as the face of the brand,’ radaronline.com quoted Odain Watson, creative director and CEO, Odaingerous, as saying.

‘We held off on our upcoming promotional campaign due to the uncertainty of Ms. Lohan. But have decided to move forward and will soon announce the name of the Odaingerous face and continue the world of living Odaingerously,’ Watson added. The troubled actress was enrolled in rehabilitation in the past mostly due to alcohol addiction.

I was totally thrown off because I really thought you had those thigh-high boots on, but no. They’re just thick black leather knee boots. This has got to be some kind of joke. I’m just going to stop right here and create a scenario in my head as to why you think this is fashionable. Honestly, I don’t want to waste my time, so I won’t. Just get some new pants when you reach your final destination.

Lindsay Lohan Rehab Sentence: Actress Not Looking at Betty Ford, "No Decision Made" Says Source

Ready or not, Lindsay Lohan's heading to rehab. But contrary to recent reports, the treatment facility has not been decided. The New York Post published an article this morning claiming LiLo "is considering the Betty Ford Clinic" in Rancho Mirage, nearby the Coachella music festival where she partied last weekend.

However, sources close to the troubled star tell E! News that's not the case, and the 26-year-old actress has not decided where she will carry out her mandatory 90-day lock down sentence. "She's not looking at Betty Ford," the source insists. "She drove by it when she was in Palm Springs for Coachella. That is all.""No decision has been made and Lindsay is still waiting to find out which facility she will choose," the source adds.

As for the likely location?
Lindsay and her attorney Mark Heller will look at a few facilities in New York this week, and the source adamantly believes LiLo will ultimately choose a rehab center in Manhattan where she will be close to family and friends. The Lohan insider also said it's "extremely unlikely" the starlet will choose the Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, as TMZ and Radar Online have previously reported. Regardless, the Liz & Dick star must choose a facility by the end of this week and she's required to commit by May 2.
