What is the best thing to do?

Question 2

Once a multinational company came to leading business school for campus selection.To all the candidates they gave statistics of the toothpaste they sell in the market.
It included everything from the ingredients to the amount of sales.It was seen that every year the sales increased by .1% and .2%.Then they asked the candidates to mention a change in their toothpaste that could surely increase sales dramatically.

One person answered the next minute and he was selected by the company.What do you think is the solution?

Answer 1:

This question was asked in and interview and the person who was selected said that he would give the bike to his friend asking him to take the sick person to the hospital.Then he would wait at the best stop with this dream girl.

Answer 2:

The person asked the diameter of the tube through which the paste comes out of the container to be increased to one and a half time the current size.

Assuming that vehicles move in the left side of the road we can say that the bus is moving right.
Why???If it was the other way then there would be a door shown in the pic.

use powerful words like "breakthrough", "bargain", "amazing", "revolutionary".They always attract people.And remember the two most appealing words for any customer is "YOU" and "FREE"

Be provocative

The easiest way to grab attention is to raise a few eyebrows and there is nothing easier to do.

Talk "YOU" not "me me me"

Give importance to the customer in your ads not you or our company.
Check out ads by Microsoft.Their ads always gives importance to the customer than the product.

Stress on effectiveness rather than on features

It is better not to boast about your product and its features rather stress on its effectiveness and how well it gets the job done.
The IBM laptop ads are really good in this respect.They just totally showcase the effectiveness.

Appeal to people's personal benefit

Uncover in your ads things that benefit the customer and emphasis it out of all proportion.

Always be ready to break the rules, to become unconventional.There are not better ads.Thats what made the Apple ads in their early years.

And whatever you say make sure your product can endorse the claims.

Blogger bX-4smx9i workaround

Today when I was trying to upload a new blogger template I came across this weird error.
It said something was broken and gave me an error code "bX-4smx9i"

I had no idea about this and I tried Googling it.I was able to find many people with this problem.Almost all of them got this error when they were uploading a new template.I also noticed that most of their current theme has a few HTML widgets.

This got me thinking.I really didnt want to wait for a few days.So I deleted all the HTML widgets from the layout and I tried uploading the template again.This time it worked great and I have my new layout.

I think it is the HTML widgets that cause this weird error,I'm not sure.SO the next time you come across this error dont forget.

Delete HTML widgets and try uploading the theme,It might just work.

Short posts
Stumblers skip stuff if they feel it will take too much of their time.So edit like crazy and write as if each word costs a million

Picturify
Use lots of images.Adding images grabs attention.It gives the impression that you have put in a lot of work.Stumblers cant resist to give a thumbs up if they feel you have put in work.

Divide and conquer
Always divide your posts into sub sections.Stumblers like to read only what they want,it will also make the posts easier to understand.

Add bookmark buttons
Add bookmark buttons and make them easily noticeable.It will remind your visitors to stumble your posts.

Stumble exchange
You can get others to stumble you posts in exchange for your stumbles or something else in kind.Entrecard forums is a great place for this.

Stumbleudon
Stumbleudon is a service which uses your account to stumble someone else's page while using their account to stumble yours.It may help.I personally dont use this.I feel that it can also get you banned sometimes.

what's Orkut apps?
Back in November Orkut announced its orkut apps.Orkut apps are small widgets like the ones on Facebook of Myspace which can be used on orkut.See the pic below

...looks cool,How do I get it?
Now its almost complete but Orkut hasnt released it yet.But there is a way to try out Orkut apps before its release.In Orkut edit your your profile and change your country to Estonia and you can get Orkut apps in the sidebar.

EvilDesk is not just another explorer replacement.Its different from all the others.Unlike others it focuses more on saving resources than eye candy.Its highly functional with a minimalistic interface.On the whole its something for the serious computer user who wants to get things and without the memory hog or eye candy.

Here's what is said on its homepage

No classic taskbar, but "flashing" windows have their icons bounced to get your attention

EvilDesk loads with a deskbar reminiscent of the Mac OS.It has a clean desktop with no icons and a customizable menu.

The menu and deskbar are highly customizable.Once I tweaked the menu I was able to access all the files in my hard disk through it.

The menu is really helpful.Now I dont have to traverse through a maze of folders to open some file or to check a file's location.

When I tried EvilDesk in my stoneage 128 MB RAM PC it literally blazed.Usually it takes ages to do somehting with explorer.

One the other side some may find the plain desktop unappealing or repulsive.On of my friends also told me that he found it difficult to uninstall EvilDesk.I dont really know about it and I feel tat with such functionality there is no need to uninstall EvilDesk.
