Responsible for organising the order, repair or replacement of faulty IT equipment.
Responsible for performing general IT administrative tasks include software and hardware set-up for new hires and internal changes.
Support all aspects of the company’s IT setup from fixing and setting up workstations through basic server administration to office IT facility (printers, projectors, servers).
Maintain and update IDC wire connections.

Relevant, or equivalent work experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of and experience in troubleshooting desktop PC‘s and peripherals.
Knowledge of network infrastructure and technologies.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products and Linux system.
Experience in the use and support of IDC and SVN.
Experience in the use of service desk/fault logging.
Good general technical aptitude.
Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that procedures are correctly prioritised, then implemented in an efficient and timely manner.
Must be capable of effective prioritisation, working under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Must have the eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Modular expansion of web systems, including CMS, Forums and Wikis.
Liaising with developers from other subsidiaries to deliver high-quality concepts, architecture and API builds.
Bug fixing, maintenance, security and performance optimisations of existing and new web projects.
Administrating development server (Apache, MySQL, SVN, Hudson, Ant, etc).
Producing accessible/readable code for possible re-use by fellow developers in other subsidiaries.
Supporting the rest of the Creative Services team with front-end code if necessary.

Highly skilled in PHP web development; knowledge of JSP is appreciated but not required.
Solid MySQL experience.
Good understanding of and experience working with CMS. WordPress skills would be a plus.
Experience in OOP. Familiarity with MVC and any PHP framework is a plus.
Ability to administrate in-house dev server, including Subversion and Apache Ant maintenance. Understanding of Apache server setup and requirements.
Experience with clean, accessible and SE friendly HTML/CSS/JS/jQuery.
Abiliy and willingness to research, learn, troubleshoot and work with multiple different systems like CMS, Forums, Wikis or given WebApps’ APIs.
Able to work on numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
Good self-organizational skills are essential. Experience working in Agile/Scrum managed teams is a plus but not required.

Recognize and Evaluate games coming from overseas markets.
Establish and Maintain the relationship with existing MMO Studios.
Create a CRM Plan to decrease the churn rate and increase the return rate.
Investigate opportunities to source games at an early stage, including making potential investments in online game developers.

At least 3 year working experience in Video/MMO/F2P MMO game company related to Licensing.
Proven experience having successfully found and licensed at least one overseas MMO game within European countries.
Knowledge about local players’ behaviour.
Knowledge about Asian and Korean game market.
Fluent in English.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
MS Office use.

Create and manage visual assets with respect to existing branding guidelines.
Combine technical knowledge and creative input to design and build successful ad campaigns.
Work closely within Creative Services team, with Community and Sales & Marketing to maintain and update all community websites and newsletters.
Deliver readable and accessible designs both for web and print-related projects.
Support Lead Designer with front-end development (semantic and clean HTML, CSS, possibly JS), if necessary.

1–2 years web/print/digital design experience.
Adobe Suite knowledge — minimum Photoshop and Flash; Illustrator and Indesign a plus.
Basic Actionscript knowledge is a plus.
Understanding of web standards and design trend awareness.
HTML and CSS knowledge, JS (jQuery) is a plus.
Interest in typography a plus.
Exposure to video editing an advantage.
Illustration skills a plus.

Ensure QA of the German language version of games.
Ensure QA of the German language part of websites.
Ensure consistency with the glossary between games and websites.
Assist translators when needed.
Be the editor for the game translations and localisation, adapting to EU market both in language and culture.
Create bug reports and do follow-ups with the Project Managers.

Passion for video games (with an emphasis on MMORPGs).
Experience in online game-playing (Having at least played 1 or 2 online games in depth).
Exceptional Knowledge of German.
Skilled in proofreading and composition.
Beta Testing experience with other MMORPG is preferred.
