DIEPPE – The Greater Moncton International Airport (GMIA) has successfully completed a 5-month pavement and drainage rehabilitation project of the main east-west runway (runway 11/29 including taxiway ‘D’). Flight operations have returned to normal this past weekend; therefore, both runways are now fully operational. Residents may notice a change in aircraft noise as flight operations return to their normal pattern.
